Young is 28 years old and has two wins on the Korn Ferry Tour in his career. Despite never winning a major, Young has fared pretty well at major tournaments in his career, finishing seventh at the 2023 Masters, third at the 2022 PGA Championship, fourth at the 2025 U.S. Open, and second at the 2022 Open Championship. For his efforts, Young was named PGA Tour Rookie of the Year for the 2021-22 season. Echavarria, meanwhile, is 30 years old and has two PGA Tour wins in his career, winning the 2023 Puerto Rico Open with a 21-under-par score, two strokes ahead of the second-place finisher.
