Travis Kelce's tight end university gears up for global takeover
As usual, Quarterbacks dominate
NFL
headlines, but Travis Kelce, the Chiefs' star tight end, is changing that. A three-time Super Bowl champion, podcaster, and fashion enthusiast, Kelce co-founded Tight End University (TEU).
He passionately believes tight ends are the "best position on the field" because "we're all the most relatable guys. We're all the plumber, the utility guy, the landscaper, the electrician.
You need a guy. We are the guy, and that's why I love playing tight end."
TEU began in 2021 as a small gathering for overlooked pass-catchers but has blossomed into a major annual event with 75 participants, live TV, sponsors, concerts, and even Taylor Swift. Kelce's dedication is reflected in this expansion, mirrored by producer Peter Raskin.
TEU might soon go global, Raskin revealed. "We might look at other cities moving forward," he told Front Office Sports, citing interest from "other cities asking us to bring the event there, and other countries."

This hints at TEU becoming a traveling exhibit.
The financial model is splendid: sponsors cover all costs for invited NFL tight ends, with any surplus going to charity—$2.5 million donated in four years. Kelce himself acts as a coach, sharing wisdom on route running. "So really work and find that shoulder-over-toe and you can really get in and out of their precise, with a purposeful, powerful foundation." This anticipates a future coaching role.

After TEU, Kelce and Taylor Swift enjoyed a private dinner in NYC, with Austin, her brother. Spotted at the exclusive San Vicente West Village, enjoying a quiet evening, with their no-photo policy. Taylor wore a $3,500 Balmain dress; Kelce chose a crisp white shirt and black pants. This illustrates their relaxed yet powerful image, truly defining their offseason.

Travis Kelce is opening up about what it's really like to date one of the world's biggest superstars - and it's not all glitz and glamour. During an appearance on the Bussin' With The Boys podcast this week, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end spoke about the unexpected impact Taylor Swift's fame has had on his daily life. Be it public scrutiny or paparazzi hiding in trees. While the couple continues to enjoy their time together, the 35-year-old admitted that dating the Cruel Summer hitmaker has changed the way he moves - even on a golf course. File photo of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce(AFP) Despite fans constantly watching their every move, Kelce insists their relationship isn't about publicity. 'We're having fun with it, man,' he said. 'Being a couple, dude. You already know. It gets thrown out there as it's like we're trying to seek attention every now and then. But it's like, we're just enjoying life and having fun - going to hockey games, kind of introducing her to more of the sports world,' he added during the conversation. When asked what had surprised him most about his high-profile relationship, the 35-year-old athlete recalled a rather inconvenient downside—he could not even relieve himself on the golf course anymore. 'I'm just playing golf, and all of a sudden, in the trees, there's a guy with a camera. Like, 'Oh s***, I gotta go to the restroom now. I can't just go over here to take a piss,' he said with a laugh. Kelce admitted that the last thing he wants is to wake up and find a photo of himself going viral for all the wrong reasons. 'So now. I actually gotta use plumbing,' he added. Kelce also shared that Swift has found more freedom in her schedule following the end of her Eras Tour. According to him, she will be back at Arrowhead Stadium cheering on the Chiefs this NFL season. The couple has been enjoying their offseason together before training camp picks up. Watch: Vaibhav Suryavanshi heaves fire with bat; India yet fall short as England level series 1-1
Vaibhav Suryavanshi of India (Photo by) NEW DELHI: Despite another solid knock of 45 runs from opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi, India fell agonizingly short as England edged a dramatic one-wicket victory in the second Youth ODI at Hove on Monday, levelling the five-match series 1-1. India had entered the match on a high after their commanding win in the opener, where Suryavanshi top-scored with 48. Go Beyond The Boundary with our YouTube channel. SUBSCRIBE NOW! The young right-hander continued his fine form, scoring a composed 45 to help India recover from a disastrous start after skipper Ayush Mhatre was dismissed for a golden duck. Watch: Alongside Suryavanshi, Vihaan Malhotra (49), Rahul Kumar (47), Kanishk Chouhan (45), and Abhigyan Kundu (32) all chipped in with useful contributions, guiding India to a competitive total of 290 in 49 overs. England's bowlers were far from disciplined, leaking 32 extras, including a staggering 26 wides. Still, AM French led the way with 4 for 71, while Jack Home (3/63) and Alex Green (3/50) shared the rest of the spoils. The chase, however, proved to be a rollercoaster. England stumbled early at 7 for 1 and later 47 for 3, with medium pacer RS Ambrish striking twice in quick succession. Poll Do you think India's batting lineup can bounce back in the next match? Yes, they will perform better No, they will struggle again But a magnificent counterattack from England captain Thomas Rew, who hammered 131 off just 89 balls (16 fours, 6 sixes), turned the tide. His 123-run stand with Rocky Flintoff (39) laid the foundation, but once Rew fell in the 40th over, the match swung back toward India. With England reduced to 254 for 8 by the 46th over, Ambrish (4/80) reignited hopes for India. England needed seven off the final over, and with only one wicket in hand, the game hung on a knife's edge. But Sebastian Morgan (20 not out) held his nerve, striking a boundary off the third ball of Yudhajit Guha's over to seal a heart-stopping win. Though India were left to rue missed chances, Suryavanshi's consistency at the top continues to be a bright spot. As the series heads into the third match, India will look to regroup and lean on their in-form opener to regain the lead. Game On Season 1 continues with Mirabai Chanu's inspiring story. NHL fans witness another painful Toronto goodbye with Mitch Marner as NHL analyst says this exit feels like Vince Carter's 2004 Raptors fallout after shocking Vegas Golden Knights move
Mitch Marner meets the media of Toronto (Credit: Getty Images) In a move that has shaken the NHL landscape, Mitch Marner has officially parted ways with the Toronto Maple Leafs and joined the Vegas Golden Knights, the right winger, known for his playmaking flair and deep roots in Toronto, leaves behind a nine-season tenure. That saw him rack up 639 points in 576 regular season games, his departure ends a dramatic saga fueled by cap issues, playoff frustration, and increasing pressure for change. Marner's new deal with Vegas reportedly comes with a long-term commitment and a fresh start in a team built for postseason success. The 27-year-old's $10.9 million cap hit had made him a trade candidate, and despite his elite numbers, 99 points in 2022–23 and 85 in 2023–24, he struggled to elevate the Leafs past the second round of the playoffs. Vegas, meanwhile, adds another offensive weapon to its already-deep roster, signaling another push toward Stanley Cup contention. Is Marner's departure similar to Carter's Raptors exit? NHL analyst compares Marner's departure to Vince Carter 's 2004 Raptors fallout Following Marner's high-profile move to the Golden Knights, NHL Network's Mike Johnson drew comparisons to Vince Carter's turbulent departure from the Toronto Raptors in 2004. While Carter's NBA exit was clouded by controversy and public fallout. The emotional undertones in Marner's case echo a similar storyline, both were local stars, central to their teams' identities, and both left amid frustration over unmet expectations. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Get ₹2Cr life cover@ ₹700 p.m. ICICI Pru Life Insurance Plan Get Quote Undo For many Leafs fans, his move marks the end of a hopeful era that began with promise but ended in disappointment. His exit leaves behind a trail of mixed emotions, admiration for his skill, frustration over postseason stagnation. And uncertainty about what's next, for Vegas, the move adds a high-caliber playmaker to an already potent roster. And for Toronto, the focus now shifts to building a more playoff-ready identity, while dealing with the fallout of another star leaving the city. The narrative feels all too familiar to Toronto fans, who are still recovering from past sports heartbreaks, Mitch Marner's move may not carry the same level of drama as Vince Carter's, but the emotional weight is undeniably similar.
