He purchased his ticket early, a week ahead of the draw, hoping it might increase his chances of winning, and it did. Together, they purchase two tickets monthly and have long been dreaming of one day winning the grand prize. He plans to use his portion of the cash prize as savings and to invest in future ticket purchases.
