Inside Conor McGregor's wild Ibiza trip: How Irish fighter's outing spiralled out of control after party with Katie Price and Wayne Lineker led to a reveller being punched to the floor in infamous nightclub
Conor McGregor 's thuggish attack on an Ibiza reveller in the early hours of Tuesday morning was as shocking as it is sad and familiar.
The UFC superstar's wild burst of aggression, seemingly out of nowhere, while partygoers at Pacha nightclub danced the night away, has gone viral painted a picture of a man completely out of control.
McGregor, 36, had been living it up for hours and enjoying himself with the likes of Katie Price and Wayne Lineker, with much of his bender captured by others and posted online.
In the afternoon on a cloudless day on the White Island, McGregor was first seen shirtless, trademark tattoos out and strutting into Ocean Beach.
Described as the ultimate day club experience and frequented by footballers and other celebrities on a regular basis, O Beach as it is known, was founded by Lineker back in 2012.
McGregor was seen puffing on a massive Cuban cigar, wearing a gold chain and white bucket hat along with £218 red Versace shorts.
The father of four appeared to be chaperoned by five security guards as other Ocean Beach partygoers turned their heads to look at him.
It was there that McGregor spent time with Lineker and Katie Price, posting a picture holding his fists up with the former and up close on the dance floor with the latter.
At this point in the afternoon, the MMA star appeared to have his wits about him but then seemed slightly more worse for wear on his next stop when the sun had gone down.
He crossed from the western side of the island to the south, a 26 minute drive to his next destination.
He was filmed dancing away in HI nightclub where there's a lavish VIP area called 'The Theatre'.
The ultra-modern venue is one long room, packed to the rafters and McGregor, shaved head gleaming under the lights was seen conducting the crowd with his arms.
He was smiling and appeared to be in high spirits. The caption on the clip appeared to confirm as much, reading: 'Notorious living his best life.'
McGregor was later filmed in a cordoned off section of the club, resting his backside on a bar and lifting his arms up slowly before posing for a photo in a muscle-man stance.
HI has a long room with a packed out dance floor and McGregor lapped up the atmosphere
HI nightclub has a relatively strict dress code but made an exception for their celebrity guest, who was still shirtless having seemingly come straight from Ocean Beach.
Usually, HI does not permit flip flops, swimwear or sports shirts with even more 'elevated expectations' in some VIP areas.
Once McGregor had had his fun in HI, he moved on to Pacha, where he would stay until the very early hours of the morning.
HI is around a 10 minute drive up the coast on the south side of the island from Pacha and it seems McGregor stopped off at some point to change.
Wearing tight white pants and a black and white shirt, he continued to party and remained steady on his feet despite the mammoth day.
But at 5:53, he was in conversation with a man before putting his arm around his shoulders and lashing out at him on the dance floor.
He spoke to the man for a few seconds before hitting him with his left hand while holding a glass of alcohol in his right.
McGregor hopped from HI to Pacha but changed clothes and refreshed
One party-goer told The Sun: 'Clearly something's been said to annoy him and he's reacted very badly.
'The guy seemed to fall to the floor, and his mates came to pick him up and get him away.
'There [didn't appear to be any] consequences for Conor, but the guy he punched was taken away and I didn't see him again.'
It was reminiscent of another alleged attack out of the blue that was claimed to have taken place by an Italian DJ back in 2021.
He revealed how a pleasant evening of drinking at a hotel with Conor McGregor ended with him being punched in the face.
Francesco Facchinetti said he had a broken nose and squashed vertebrae in his neck after the allegedly unprovoked attack by the MMA fighter at a party exclusive Regis Hotel in Rome four years ago.
Speaking exclusively to Mail Online at the time, a shaken Mr Fracchinetti said: 'One minute we were talking in a friendly manner and the next he just lashed out at me.
'We were having a drink together and everything seemed fine when suddenly he changed. I was a few inches from him when he punched me full in the face with his right hand.
'I went flying backwards and crashed into a table.
'I was stunned. There was a lot of blood, and my wife became hysterical and screaming. One of the bodyguards tried to calm her down and two people immediately jumped on McGregor and dragged him away.
'I could not believe that he had hit me. I must admit I was worried about what he would do next, but he was quickly taken away. Everyone was very shocked and upset. No one could not believe what he had done. It was just so unfair and uncalled for.' A spokesperson for McGregor did not respond for comment.
And in 2019, the former MMA fighter sucker-punched an elderly grey-haired man at his pub in Dublin after the customer declined a shot of McGregor's own-brand whiskey.
McGregor continues to hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons and has never appeared further away from resuming his fighting career.
His last UFC contest was a defeat by Dustin Poirier in July 2021 and he has only won once inside the octagon in the last 11 years.
McGregor instead has been pictured partying in various destinations and spends time working on his various businesses, while also talking up his political aspirations - hoping to run for leader of Ireland on an anti-immigration agenda.
It remains to be seen whether his latest shocking incident will land him in hot water with the authorities in Ibiza or if the victim will come forward to press charges.

Ronda Rousey's shocking reaction to brutal Power Slap knockout goes viral
Combat sports legend Ronda Rousey 's eye enlarged and jaw extended as far as it could go, with her hand in front of her mouth, as she witnessed a brutal Power Slap knockout. The UFC 's inaugural Women's Bantamweight Champion was sitting in the front row at Power Slap 13 on Friday night in Las Vegas, watching all the action from mere feet away. It was during the bout between Stunt Marshall and Dontae Smiley where Ronda could not believe what she saw. A left-handed, open-palm blow from Marshall sent Smiley limp, with the resounding contact jarring his head straight into the table separating them and quickly onto the ground. Smiley's body stayed limp while being helped by medical professionals, as he was guided to lie flat on the mat. Rousey's shocked look did not leave her face for several seconds, as she looked to her left to see if others were disturbed by the action as much as she was. It was the Power Slap debut for Marshall, who has a combat-sports pedigree in common with Rousey. Rousey is the only professional wrestler to main-event an all-female premium event, entitled Evolution, and WrestleMania - wrestling against Nikki Bella, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch in those matches. Marshall is an independent professional wrestler, competing mainly in the southeastern United States. Rousey last fought in the UFC in 2016 and left the WWE in 2022, choosing to have a life away from combat sports in recent years. Yet, she could not pick her jaw up off the floor for several seconds after Smiley went down.
