Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck separated in April: Reports
Jennifer Lopez filed to divorce Ben Affleck on the two-year anniversary of their Georgia wedding ceremony. Their romance dates back to 2002.
Leah Remini is addressing feud rumors with Jennifer Lopez.
In an Us Weekly cover story this week, the "King of Queens" alum suggested that there are highs and lows with JLo, her once-best friend.
"Sometimes you don't talk to people every day like you used to, but that doesn't mean the love is lost," Remini added. "Friendships ebb and flow. That doesn't mean we're at odds."
But Remini said that "right after the divorce, we'd text each other loving messages of support" in reference to her friend's divorce from actor Ben Affleck and her own split from Angelo Pagán last year. Tabloid feud rumors surfaced after Remini was absent from Bennifer's 2022 wedding in Georgia. The pair have been friends for over two decades.
Leah Remini announces split from husband Angelo Pagán after 21 years
"I cherish my friendships and not everybody is meant to be in your life in the way that they were. When you grow out of that person that you were, that doesn't mean that you are at odds with them," Remini said. "I have many friends that I don't talk to every day. That doesn't mean we're at odds – it's just that I'm at a different place and so are they."
She also discussed her friendships with her former "The Talk" co-hosts Holly Robinson Peete and Julie Chen Moonves, the "Big Brother" host's husband and embattled former CBS executive Les Moonves, "RuPaul's Drag Race" judge Michelle Visage, comedian Chelsea Handler and actress Tisha Campbell.
Remini noted, too, that she has friendships with people "that are not in the business that are also meaningful."
The actress famously disavowed Scientology 12 years ago and told the entertainment outlet that she is in a "in a different place" since leaving the controversial belief system.
"I really retreated (after leaving Scientology)," Remini told Us. "But also not really wanting to leave the house that much. I started to come out a bit but was still careful and cautious."
The "Dancing with the Stars" alum may throw caution to the wind in one place: the ballroom. She detailed her ballroom dancing hobby, shouting out her former pro, Tony Dovolani, from the dancing competition show.
"Tony Dovolani made me a fan," she said of her "DWTS" partner. "I kept it going. And then my dance teacher became part of the family. He came over yesterday, brought my mom flowers. This, to me, means something. It's a meaningful relationship."

Battlefield 6 release date, price and beta weekend dates — Everything you need to know

Battlefield fans will soon get their hands on the highly-anticipated 'Battlefield 6' and experience what developers describe as a 'genre-defining, must-play first-person shooter experience you can't get anywhere else.' At the 'Battlefield 6' reveal livestream, broadcast Thursday on YouTube and Twitch, developer EA Games showcased new maps, modes, gameplay mechanics and the highly anticipated official release date. EA confirmed the new game will be released globally on Oct. 10, with two open beta weekends scheduled for August. 'Battlefield 6' will go head-to-head with ' Call of Duty Black Ops 7 ,' also scheduled to be released sometime later this year. 'Battlefield 6' will cost US$69.99, or around $97 for the standard version — keeping with the previous announcement by EA's CEO that the company isn't looking to jack up the price to US$80. The Phantom Edition costs US$99.99 or around $137.90. The high-tier version includes exclusive in-game content like additional soldier and vehicle skins, weapons packages and tier skips. The two are joining Black Ops alum Michael Rooker, who is set to reprise his 'Black Ops 2' role Both the standard and Phantom editions are now available to preorder on digital store fronts, which will give players access to the two beta weekends in August. The beta weekend events allow those who preordered to play the game ahead of the launch and provide early feedback to developers. Players who signed up to be a Battlefield Labs participant can also get prelaunch access, while others can watch partnered streamers on Twitch to earn early access privileges through Twitch Drops — in-game rewards viewers can earn by watching Twitch content. The first live open beta weekend will run from Aug. 9-10. The second is scheduled for Aug. 14-17. The game can be preloaded as early as Aug. 4 and be played during the beta weekends. Learning from Battlefield 2042's biggest pitfall at launch, the new Battlefield will bring back the single-player campaign, which storytelling fans missed from the last game. 'Battlefield 6' brings players into a post-NATO world on the brink of chaos and 'drowning in turmoil,' set in 2027. The story will follow a group of elite Marine raiders known as Dagger 1 — 3 as they fight to preserve global stability, EA said. From All-Out War to close-quarters chaos. 9 new multiplayer maps hit day one in #Battlefield6 🚁 Players will get to travel around the world, spanning nine new maps, including a remake of Operation Fire Storm from 'Battlefield 3.' At launch, the maps include: 'Battlefield 6' will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation, and PC (Steam, EA App, Epic Games Store) with availability both in retail and digitally, according to information on EA's page. Nintendo console players won't be able to get their hands on the game. The company said it currently has no plans to release 'Battlefield 6' on Switch 2. One of the nine maps to drop on launch features Gibraltar's Old Town, shown here. Liam Neeson Says He Knew Pamela Anderson Was ‘Wonderful' From The Moment They Met

Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson were friends before they started dating, but their first impressions of each other suggest that a spark was always there. The Naked Gun co-stars appeared on SiriusXM's Radio Andy with Andy Cohen and spoke about their first meeting. Neeson began, 'Well, you know, we had never met before [filming The Naked Gun], and I remember thinking, "Wow, she is gorgeous," but she had this wonderful sense of silliness and just humanity about her. I don't want to blow her head up, but it was like I just felt an ease with her, you know, and we discovered a silliness with each other, which was terrific, you know?' Anderson had similar praise for Neeson, saying, 'Well, I was nervous to meet him, of course, and you're always nervous the first day on the set, and it was just easygoing and very silly, which puts you at ease and very silly, on and off.' This is far from Neeson's first time praising his new partner. During his appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert last night, he called Anderson 'great' and 'terrific.' Back in October, he spoke about being smitten with his co-star, who plays his love interest in the film. 'With Pamela, first off, I'm madly in love with her,' he told People. 'She's just terrific to work with. I can't compliment her enough, I'll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She's funny and so easy to work with. She's going to be terrific in the film.' Anderson and Neeson recently started dating. On July 29, People broke the news, with a source telling the outlet, 'It's a budding romance in the early stages. It's sincere, and it's clear they're smitten with each other.' That same day, a source told Us Weekly, '[They] always had chemistry while they were filming, and their friendship naturally developed into more.' How Ana de Armas and Tom Cruise's 'Incredibly Close' Relationship Is Changing

THE RUNDOWN Ana de Armas took Tom Cruise home to Vermont with her last weekend. The two stars were photographed holding hands, fueling more dating rumors. A source told People this week that Cruise and de Armas's relationship has changed, although the insider did not say whether it has become truly romantic. De Armas 'really enjoys spending time with him,' the source said. 'They've become incredibly close, and Tom continues to be a huge support—both personally and professionally.' The actress, who is working with Cruise on the thriller Deeper, wanted to take him to Woodstock, Vermont, where she owns a $7 million house. 'Ana loves Vermont,' the source explained. 'It's her place to rest and recharge. She was excited to host Tom and show him around. She took him to all her favorite spots.' A source told People on July 18 that de Armas was single. That same day, an insider detailed de Armas's connection with Cruise to the outlet. '[They] have a special work relationship,' the source said. 'Tom is crazy hardworking, and she's very excited to work with him. She calls it an opportunity of a lifetime.' Deeper begins filming this month. The source added that, as she has been preparing, Cruise has been 'an incredible mentor to Ana. She has nothing but amazing things to say about him.' For Cruise, the sentiment may go a little deeper. On May 14, a source told Us Weekly that Cruise was 'super smitten' with de Armas and had 'developed' feelings for her. 'They've gone out on some dates, and it's very low-key,' the source claimed. 'It's in the early stages, and he's been courting her.'
