Actor Ibrahim Ali Khan has made a striking impression with his appearance in the trailer of the upcoming film, Sarzameen. While the teaser had already piqued curiosity and sparked conversations, the trailer has taken the excitement to a whole new level. Ibrahim's impactful screen presence in this fresh avatar is winning hearts all around. In the trailer, he was seen donning a long beard with surma in his eyes. Interestingly, the actor underwent extensive action training for his role in the film.
According to an independent industry source, 'Ibrahim Ali Khan will be seen performing intense action in his upcoming film, Sarzameen. To prepare for the role, he underwent extensive action training. He not only learned various forms of action but also came down from 83kg to 77kg for this role. He dedicated a significant amount of time to perfecting his action sequences."
Ibrahim Ali Khan's upcoming film Sarzameen, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kajol, is set to premiere on JioHotstar on July 25, 2025. Set against the backdrop of a volatile Kashmir, Sarzameen follows the life of Colonel Vijay Menon (Prithviraj), a man of unshakable duty and integrity. Kajol plays Meera, a resilient wife and mother, while Ibrahim Ali Khan appears as the lead antagonist in the complex role of Harman, a young man struggling with shadowed memories and truths.
Meanwhile, according to a report in MidDay, Ibrahim will also star in a love story opposite Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani, who made her debut with the film Azaad earlier this year. According to reports, the duo has begun preparing for the yet-untitled film and is engaging in reading sessions and workshops.
Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, made his acting debut with Nadaaniyan opposite Khushi Kapoor earlier this year. The romantic comedy also stars Dia Mirza and Suniel Shetty in key roles. Directed by Shauna Gautam, the film was released worldwide on Netflix and is produced by Dharmatic Entertainment.
