Steelers' Cam Heyward recalls Antonio Brown's relentless practice habits: ‘Second to none'

Despite trading blows on social media, Steelers DT Cam Heyward recently offered high praise of former wide receiver Antonio Brown's work ethic.
On his podcast, Not Just Football with Cam Heyward, the veteran Steelers defender touched on what made Brown such a great receiver during his time in the NFL:
"AB's practice habits were second to none," Heyward said. "You see the highlights, you see him shaking Joe Haden, you see him finishing the top of routes, you've seen him make these unbelievable plays — but the cool thing about AB was the way he finished special teams drills. The way he would catch a punt return and take it all the way for a touchdown… watching AB just work in practice, then catch 100 balls after practice. He even had a dream room in his house where he would just constantly be thinking about football. AB took it to a totally different level."
Brown's spiral from NFL stardom, which began with his exit from the Steelers, remains one of the most disappointing what-if stories in Pittsburgh sports.
The former Steelers wide receiver is currently facing an attempted murder charge stemming from a violent altercation at Adin Ross' celebrity boxing event — and has claimed on social media that he's "out the country."
