A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Edison between February 25, 2021 and February 6, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
According to the lawsuit, Defendants made misrepresentations concerning the Company's claim that Southern California Edison Company used its Public Safety Power Shutoffs program to 'proactively de-energize power lines to mitigate the risk of catastrophic wildfires during extreme weather events.'
If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff for the Class, you must file papers by April 21, 2025.
