Usher axes Australian shows and offers no explanation to fans
Usher has canceled his upcoming Australia tour scheduled for November and December. The 46-year-old had planned to bring his globetrotting Past Present Future tour Down Under for 12 shows - six at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena and six at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. However, fans were left heartbroken on Friday to find an email from Ticketek announcing the string of shows Down Under would not go ahead, with no explanation why. 'The promoter of USHER's Australian Tour regrets to advise that the scheduled November/December shows, will no longer be proceeding,' the email read. 'All purchased tickets will receive a full refund.' The tour would have been Usher's first headlining tour Down Under in more than a decade. His last headlining run was back in 2011, on his OMG tour. The singer was last in the country back in 2018, performing alongside the likes of Salt-N-Pepa, T-Pain and Naughty By Nature for the RNB Fridays Live tour. Daily Mail Australia has contacted promoter Live Nation for comment. Cancellation: Ticketek's message revealing the shows Down Under will not go ahead, with no explanation why Usher's tour, which kicked off in the US back in August last year, has since jetted to Europe and the UK. Usher took to Instagram in May to make the announcement, sharing a compilation video of some of the best tour moments. Fans were quick to express their excitement over the announcement with the likes of, 'I'm so excited, I'm headed to Australia'.

Karl Stefanovic, 50, flaunts shock body transformation and ripped biceps during intense workout: 'Look at those guns'
Karl Stefanovic shocked fans on Friday when he showed off his insanely ripped arms with a wild body transformation. The Today host, 50, shared a video to Instagram which showed him working out in the gym with his personal trainer Mark Glanville and friend Peter Oreb. The media personality, who recently unveiled his weight loss journey, stunned as he performed push-up exercises while his biceps rippled beneath an orange tank top. 'There's something not quite right about my trainer,' Karl captioned the video, which saw his trainer dancing while the TV star worked up a sweat. Fans of the breakfast show host flocked to the comments to praise Karl's physique, paying particular attention to his arms. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'Look at those guns. They are illegal here in Oz,' one person joked. 'Just quietly your arms are looking good mate,' said another. A third commented, 'Arms are looking good,' while someone else added: 'F*** how's the cannons on the big fella.' It comes after Karl was the talk of Justin Hemmes' Silver Party in May. Fellow attendees thought the TV anchor was 'looking the best he's looked in years'. 'He didn't appear to be drinking and was being judicious with the canapés,' a source told Daily Mail Australia. Karl's new look comes after he revealed the moment he was told he needed to hit the gym by best mate James Packer. Appearing on The Kyle and Jackie O Show in November, he said he was left humbled after a picture of him revealing his 'dad bod' on the beach led the billionaire businessman to text him. 'There's a shot of me on Christmas Day or whatever coming out of the surf, and it was bad,' Karl told hosts Jackie 'O' Henderson and Kyle Sandilands. 'James Packer sends me a note that says, "Mate, you need to get your a*** to the gym."' James, 57, himself recently revealed he was still gaining weight despite admitting to being on Ozempic. 'If you're getting notes from Packer about that, you know it's serious,' Kyle, 54, said. The photo in question was snapped in Byron Bay over the summer in 2019 when Karl was enjoying some downtime with Jasmine. Karl even shared the photo to Instagram, joking with followers that he was pregnant. 'After a great deal of speculation... the rumours are true,' Karl captioned the cheeky post. Jackie, 50, then asked Karl how he dealt with seeing such 'confronting images', and he said while he was embarrassed, Jasmine had always been very supportive. 'I feel like it's a lot of embarrassment, but then my wife is always so good about it,' Karl said. Back in 2020, Karl pledged to lose 10 kilograms in 10 weeks on the Today show after tipping the scales at over 100kg. 'I started at 105kg, the heaviest I've ever been. It was incredibly embarrassing,' Karl said as he spoke to obesity expert Dr Nick Fuller, who helped him on his fitness journey.
