
Closing of training course on financial oversight & internal control of resources at Interior Ministry
The General Administration of Financial Affairs—under the Human Resources and Financial Sector of the Ministry of Interior concluded on Thursday the fourth training course on "Financial Oversight and Internal Control of Resources and Expenditures in Accordance with the Government Accounting System Manual."
Held over two months, the course targeted 29 trainees from branch managers of the administration within the Ministry of Interior's general departments and provincial security offices.
During the closing ceremony, Major General Abdul Fattah Al-Madani, Director General of Training and Qualification at the ministry, stated that these training courses are part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance personnel competence and improve performance to ensure financial transparency and discipline.
He expressed hope that participants would benefit from the course's content and apply what they learned in their practical work, contributing to the development and refinement of administrative and financial operations across various departments and agencies affiliated with the Ministry of Interior.
For his part, Brigadier General Youssef Al-Shami, Director General of Financial Affairs, noted that 137 trainees from various departments and agencies under the Ministry of Interior benefited from the training program, acquiring skills in their field to enhance performance and improve outcomes.
He commended the efforts of the Ministry of Interior's leadership and Major General Ali Salem Al-Sayfi, Deputy Minister for Human Resources and Financial Affairs, for their continuous support of training programs that contribute to improving the efficiency of employees in administrative and financial fields.
In a speech on behalf of the participants, trainees expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Interior's leadership and the training team at the Yemeni House Institute for Consultations and Institutional Development, affirming their commitment to applying what they learned in practice in line with the leadership's directives.

Ministry of Justice concludes course on skills of monitoring, inspecting work of secretaries
Sana'a - Saba: The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights concluded a five-day training course targeting 31 employees from notary offices and offices in several governorates. The course aimed to enhance their skills in monitoring and inspecting the work of notaries, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the Notary Law. Sana'a Governorate Official inspects performance of public telecommunications branch
Sana'a - Saba: Fares Al-Kahali, the Deputy Governor of Sana'a for Services Sector, inspected on Wednesday the workflow at the branch of the Public Telecommunications Corporation in the province. During the visit, the Deputy Governor received a briefing from the branch director, Badr Al-Din Al-Madani, on efforts to improve services, the qualitative work carried out during the past Hijri year, and the challenges facing operations at the main center and its sub-branches in the districts. Al-Madani pointed out that efforts have been made to keep pace with the expansion of telecommunications network coverage and services provided by the corporation across the province's districts. In a meeting with the branch's leadership and staff, discussions focused on the corporation's plan for the new Hijri year 1447, including the inclusion of a matrix of new projects to enhance services. Efforts to complete infrastructure projects—such as fencing and constructing the corporation's sites in several districts—were also reviewed. These projects aim to extend modern telecommunications services to rural areas through the establishment of new stations. During the meeting, the Deputy Governor praised the role of the branch's leadership and staff in keeping telecommunications services aligned with needs and rehabilitating the branch's facilities damaged by aggression.
