Hailey Bieber appears to take a swipe at Justin's ex-manager Scooter Braun after he praised singer's new album
Hailey Bieber seemingly made a thinly-veiled dig at Justin's ex-manager Scooter Braun after he broke silence on the singer's new album Swag. The Rhode founder, 28 - who recently clapped back at haters of her husband's new music - jumped to her Instagram stories to share a selfie of herself with a filter that made her eyes and lips larger. She then added the track Obsessed by Mariah Carey to play in the background - which was possibly geared towards Braun's comments over Bieber's LP which dropped on Friday. Earlier on Saturday, Scooter offered his thoughts on Swag after both he and Justin previously parted ways back in 2023. He wrote in a statement on Instagram: 'This is, without a doubt, the most authentically Justin Bieber album to date. It's beautiful, raw, and truly him. And that matters. 'I've had the privilege of witnessing his growth for almost two decades. Along every journey, there comes a time when an artist fully steps into their own - and that's what he's done here.' She then added the track Obsessed by Mariah Carey to play in the background - which was possibly geared towards Braun's comments over Bieber's LP which dropped on Friday The record executive added that the music artist 'poured his soul into this project, and you can feel it in every single run.' Braun continued his praise by penning, 'The way he chose to release it is just as intentional as the music itself - and I'm happy to see him do it his way. 'I have played no roll in this one, but as someone who's always believed in him, I'm incredibly proud and impressed and genuinely enjoying the music.' Scooter said that Bieber 'has a special tone that I have witnessed for almost 2 decades. It's the best in the world. And because of that special tone, I have to say daisies is probably my favorite record on the album.' He concluded the message by encouraging his followers to give the Swag album a listen and to 'support an authentic voice.' Hailey has continued to support her husband and clapped back at haters of his new music. While some have expressed excitement over the star finally releasing music, others were critical of the album and labeled it a 'messy cry for help.' It comes after the Peaches hitmaker sparked fan concern over his health in recent months. Hailey also jumped to her Instagram stories and shared: 'Justin Bieber's "Swag" earned 74.37 million streams on the Global Spotify Chart in its FIRST day, beating "Justice' and becoming Justin's biggest debut ever on the platform.' In an additional slide, the mom-of-one also included a link to Justin's website where fans can purchase the album as well. The couple - who tied the knot in 2018 - have been enjoying a summer getaway along the Mediterranean. Their baby boy Jack Blues also joined the pair as well as Leonardo DiCaprio's ex-girlfriend Camila Morrone. The Daisy Jones & The Six actress could be seen grooving to Justin's track Way It Is while relaxing on a boat. Hailey has further promoted her husband's new music by sharing a picture of a billboard in Times Square of Justin's album cover - while also slamming those who fueled marriage trouble rumors. In text added towards the bottom of the image, she also typed out: 'Is it finally clocking to you f***ing losers?' A source recently told People that Hailey 'was by Justin's side for the whole creation of the album.' The insider added, 'Everyone knows Justin as a star and a performer. They now get to know the artist that Hailey has known all these years.' After Justin parted ways from Braun, the music artist was able to 'run his own show' when it came to creating Swag. 'Hailey supported Justin to follow his artistic instincts. She helped him to trust himself and do what Justin knew he wanted to do as an artist.' A few days earlier on Thursday, it was reported that Justin has agreed to hand over millions to his ex-manager Scooter Braun as their years-long financial dispute comes to an end. The pair have finally reached a settlement agreement that will reportedly cost Bieber over $30million, according to TMZ. After Bieber cancelled his Justice tour in 2022, Braun's company HYBE America helped the singer pay back $26million of the original $40million advance he received from AEG. Bieber had allegedly agreed to pay back the money over a 10-year period but allegedly stopped making payments to HYBE after the first installment. Braun also previously claimed that Bieber - who announced a new album on Thursday - owed him several million dollars in unpaid commissions. But now, sources tell TMZ that Bieber will finally make good on his debts as the pair's settlement terms call for him to pay back the entire $26million. In a win for Bieber, the Grammy-winner will only have to pay Braun half of the $11million in unpaid commissions he allegedly owes him. has reached out to representatives for both Bieber and Braun for comment. The settlement news comes after TMZ claimed that Bieber was in the midst of negotiating the terms of a settlement with Braun and that the details would likely be fully hashed out within a matter of weeks. Back in May, the outlet revealed the alleged results of an independent audit performed by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) that was commissioned by Braun's entertainment company, Hybe America. The investigation, which lasted for six months, culminated in April with the determination that Bieber allegedly owed Braun $8,806,000. Although Bieber's team didn't publicly dispute the results of the PwC audit, they announced that they had conducted their own audit of his business dealings with Braun. However, they didn't share how its results compared to the independent audit. Despite the determination of Bieber's alleged debts from a third party, Braun was reportedly willing to forgive the $8 million entirely. However, TMZ's sources claimed there were still two major stumbling blocks in the way of an agreement between the two. Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) had given Bieber an impressive $40 million advance for his Justice World Tour, which commenced in February 2022, after it was twice postponed - from 2020, and then 2021 - due to the coronavirus pandemic. After it finally got under way, Bieber ending up cancelling 14 concerts scheduled for June and July 2022 when he suffered temporary facial paralysis as a result of Ramsay Hunt syndrome. He resumed touring for a short stint from late April 2022 through early September 2022 in Europe, the Nordic countries and Brazil, before canceling the remainder of the tour. In response to the cancellation, AEG reportedly tried to claw back $24 million of Bieber's original advance, but Braun's company Hybe agreed to step in and front the money for the repayment. In response, Bieber was allegedly required to pay back Hybe in installments spread out over 10 years, but he allegedly stopped paying after just a single installment. Sources claimed that the advance repayment was a major sticking point for Braun, and they alleged that Bieber has finally agreed to repay the amount. According to them, after his wife Hailey Bieber's profit from the $1billion sale of her cosmetics company Rhode, Justin was now willing to settle up. Another reported requirement from Braun is that Bieber pay back $11 million he allegedly owes from commissions that were never paid, which was outside the scope of the PwC audit. However, TMZ's sources say Braun is willing to settle the debt for 'pennies on the dollar,' which could be a major break for Bieber. But the payments reportedly ceased after just one installment, and sources close to Braun claimed to TMZ that the singer said he simply couldn't afford to keep paying. Sources close to Bieber alleged that he stopped paying because his business manager had dug through old transactions and determined that the singer had overpaid Hybe by $26 million. In response to that claim, Hybe reportedly performed an internal audit, which came to a drastically different conclusion: that Bieber owed $1 million even before his agreement to pay back the $24 million. Bieber's team disputed the internal audit over fears that it could have been influenced to come out in Hybe's favor, which led the company to commission the independent audit from PwC that determined Bieber owed even more money, to the tune of $8 million. News of the feuding pair's long-awaited settlement comes just hours after Bieber - who sold his musical catalogue for $200million in 2023 amid his financial troubles - announced he will be releasing a new album, titled Swag. The star teased fans with his return to music with billboards with 'Swag' on them in major cities around the world ahead of the music dropping on Friday.

Fans rejoice as beloved Friends actor, 32, makes a surprising comeback
He once starred in one of the most iconic sitcoms of all time but Cole Sprouse, 32, has come a long way from his days on the Friends set. The former child star, who portrayed Ross Geller's son Ben in seven episodes of the beloved series, is now best known for his lead role in Netflix 's Riverdale. But it's another project that has fans rejoicing once again this week. Sprouse's side hustle is running a chaotic, cult-favorite Instagram account called @camera_duels, where he posts candid snaps of fans who try to secretly photograph him in public by snapping a photo of them back. The account became a viral sensation a couple of years ago but in June 2023 Sprouse stopped posting to it. 'It started because I was pissed off,' Cole previously told Wonderland magazine. 'I try to approach a lot of the strange trappings of celebrity and the culture with comedy… the actions and feelings and vibes that people put off when they're about to do something like that is so obvious and comical that it begs a duel.' The account was originally meant to shame people who tried to sneak photos without asking. But it has ironically turned into a bucket list item for fans with many admitting they now try to stage a stealth photo just to be featured. 'That was an oversight on my behalf,' Cole admitted. 'I should have seen that coming!' Now Sprouse is back posting to his Instagram. Last week he shared a rambling yet poetic takedown of a father in a Speedo snapping a photo of him at the beach. The caption included everything from commentary on the surveillance state to the unfortunate visibility of 'a 50+ shivering meatus' behind thin swimwear. Fans couldn't get enough and the post left followers fangirling over him. His account now boasts over 4.6million followers, with each post bombarded with fan messages. Sprouse played Ben for just seven episodes between 2000 and 2002 but suddenly disappeared from Friends without explanation. The real reason was because his character was written out as the show to focus more on Ross' relationship with Rachel and later, their daughter Emma. Still, despite his brief time on the show, the Friends fans have not let go. Fans have speculated that Ross may have lost custody of Ben off-screen, due to his increasingly erratic behavior. Sprouse himself has even joked about the theory, agreeing that Ross 'wasn't the most present father' during a previous GQ interview. In 2015, a Reddit user named D.F. Lovett hypothesized that Cole's character still existed but that Ross lost custody of him. 'Friends was on for ten seasons, but Ben doesn't show up in person after episode 12 of season eight,' the Reddit user posted. The post continued: 'He's only mentioned six times in the remaining 54 episodes after his last appearance. 'People like to give Ross the benefit of the doubt, wondering if perhaps he was a better father off-screen. Perhaps his children met but the audience never saw. 'The more likely answer is that he was such a deadbeat father that he completely faded away from his son's life, pretending to his family and so-called friends that he still saw a boy he barely knew.' Sprouse has also previously shared details of his time on set and admitted he had a major crush on Jennifer Aniston while filming Friends at just eight years old. 'I had a really, really hard time working with Aniston because I was so in love with her', he confessed to the New York Post. 'I was infatuated. I was speechless. I'd get all bubbly and forget my lines and go completely blank. It was difficult.' The role on Friends was Cole's first acting job where he starred without his twin brother, Dylan, because the sitcom didn't require both twins. Sprouse went on to star on Disney's The Suite Life of Zach and Cody with his brother before landing a role as Jughead in Riverdale after graduating from college. Sprouse said fans still regularly recognize him as Ben from Friends. 'Because Friends is on Netflix, there's renewed interest,' he explained in an interview with Marie Claire in 2022. 'People can call me 'Ben' on the street and I will turn around.'

Lorraine Kelly films show for ITV rival amid 'opening eyes' to new projects
Lorraine Kelly was away filming last month and it's now been reported that she was working on a 'big budget' travel show for Channel 4 ahead of changes to her ITV talk show TV presenter Lorraine Kelly is said to have filmed a "big budget" project for Channel 4 recently. Ahead of changes to her long-running ITV talk show next year, it's been teased that she's considering other options that she could explore. Lorraine, now 65, has fronted her eponymous show for more than a decade, with it having launched in 2010. It was however announced by ITV earlier this year that, from January next year, episodes will be reduced to 30 minutes. It was also revealed that the show will then only run for 30 weeks each year. Following the news, last month, Lorraine shared that she was away and teased that she was having "big filming adventures" in Norway. She said in a video message on Instagram: "I'm in the land of the midnight sun. It's absolutely glorious. It's a project that I've wanted to do for years and years, and finally it's actually happening. I'm heading really, really far north." It's now been reported by the Sun that Lorraine flew to the country last month to work on a travel show for Channel 4, rather than ITV. A source told the outlet that the broadcaster was "delighted" to have signed up Lorraine for the project. The source said it was "exciting" for her to do "something different" and to be back on location somewhere. They teased that amid the shake-up at ITV daytime shows, her "loyal" fans will support Lorraine "wherever she goes". They said: "Despite the apparent slight in the ITV daytime shake-up, Lorraine's loyal fanbase isn't to be underestimated and they will follow her wherever she goes. She's survived in this business a long time, and she's a master at rolling with the punches." It's also been reported by the outlet that the production role Head of Lorraine is being axed at ITV. It's claimed that her two producers are set to instead report to bosses on This Morning. The source said that it casts doubt on the future of the talk show and claimed that her current contract finishes next year. The source teased: "She's opening her eyes up to the many options available to her." ITV said in a statement: "We have always said that from January 2026, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women will be three editorially distinct shows which will be produced by one team. These changes are not about the performance of the shows or the staff. We can assure our viewers that their favourite daytime shows will remain familiar to them on screen." Although best known for her work on ITV, Lorraine has appeared on other channels over the years too. It includes her having been on Channel 4's the Last Leg on several occasions and she mentioned the show on a podcast recently. She teased last month that she's able to be "a bit naughty" on shows away from ITV's Lorraine. As reported at the time, she said to Tom Kerridge on the Proper Tasty podcast: "40 years in TV last year was incredible. I got a BAFTA. 'Here's a BAFTA for being alive.' I thought, 'Hang on a minute, I'm not done yet'. "I think now I can be a lot cheekier. Because I've always been a bit naughty. Not so much in the morning, but if I do a wee show on Channel 4, or The Last Leg, or something like that." She teased: "You can be unleashed. And I quite like that. You do have to have a self-edit button and I'm finding mine is not operating as much as it should."
