Speaking to Truly on a recent episode of Hooked On The Look, Vienna said: "I have the biggest lips in the world, but I won't stop there and want to go even bigger."
The influencer began cosmetic procedures at the age of just 18, when she first got lip filler and now, her body has 'more plastic than body fat.'
She has had multiple procedures and surgery to achieve her unique look, including a breast augmentation, a lip lift, an eye lift, a BBL, as well as cheek and chin implants.
In total Vienna has spent around $160,000 [£119,565] on surgery and $50,000 [£37,365] just for her lips.
So dedicated to her plumped-up pout, Vienna jets from Majorca to Frankfurt to get her filler fix, as she explained: "I get lip filler sometimes every week, mostly it's between two and four weeks.
'I want them really big, really extreme. I want to really stand out."
But Vienna receives a lot of negative attention over her large lips, as she admitted: "I get a lot of judgement because of my appearance.
'People film directly in my face, people scream at me at how ugly I am. I get a lot of stares."
Not only this, but online trolls have urged her to 'sue' her plastic surgeon', called her look 'nasty' and claimed that her surgeon 'should be arrested.'
And it's not just judgement that Vienna has to deal with - she also finds breathing a challenge as a result of the size of her pout.
She confessed: 'Having big lips totally affects how I talk but also how I drink or eat or breathe. Sometimes it's even hard to breathe.'
But despite the judgement, Vienna is determined to continue looking exactly how she wants, as she acknowledged: "I will never stop getting plastic surgeries because it makes me the person I want to be."
Social media users react
YouTube users were left gobsmacked by Vienna's plump pout and many eagerly flocked to the comments to share their thoughts.
What are the risks of lip fillers?
THE RISKS of dermal fillers depend on whether the procedure was done correctly and the type of filler used.
The NHS recommends you speak to your practitioner about the risks beforehand.
Serious problems are rare but can include:
Infection
A lumpy appearance under the skin, which might need to be treated with surgery or medicine
The filler moving away from the intended treatment area, which may need to be removed using surgery
Scarring
Blocked blood vessels in the face, which can cause tissue death and permanent blindness
You should see your GP if you have any complications that need medical attention and speak to your practitioner if you're not happy with the results or experience lumpiness.

One person asked: 'What kind of beautician and plastic surgeon allows this?? Surely this is almost illegal??'
Another added: 'She looks like she had an allergic reaction to something. What physician would allow this?'
A third commented: 'She doesn't look human.'
Meanwhile, someone else wrote: 'It looks so painful!'
Not only this, but another gasped: 'That looks very uncomfortable.'

Eastern suburbs socialite who was slammed for 'classless' video bragging about her money boasts about her $100,000 designer wardrobe during trip to St. Tropez
She recently raised eyebrows for taking part in a 'classless' video which had the eastern suburbs cringing. And Real Housewives of Sydney star Victoria Montano has once again bragged about her wealth during a luxurious trip to St. Tropez with her family. Victoria, who made headlines in June after appearing in a video boasting about her designer clothes and 'Montano money ', shared photos of her extremely expensive wardrobe, believed to be worth around $100,000. In one image, the 40-year-old put on a very leggy display in a $2,200 polka dot Patou dress, which she paired with a bright yellow Hermès Kelly clutch, worth around $11,800. The reality star then posed in a $3,500 Dior blouse, which she tied at her waist to reveal a glimpse of her toned abs. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Real Housewives of Sydney star Victoria Montano has once again bragged about her wealth during a luxurious trip to St. Tropez with her family Victoria also modelled several Dolce & Gabbana ensembles. Obviously a favourite designer in the socialite's wardrobe, she wore five outfits by the designer, totalling nearly $17,000. One picture even showed Victoria matching in Dolce & Gabbana with her young daughter. Also worth mentioning is her array of Hermès bags, which the socialite is known to collect. In one picture, she could be seen wearing a green mini Kelly, which retails for a whopping $29,000, and in another she wore a brown Kelly which can cost around $28,000. 'South of France done for another year - always my absolute fav,' she bragged in the post's caption. 'Seven slides, a selection of LEWKS unfortunately only on the days my chief photographer Tim wasn't too jet lagged to crouch down and get the good angles!' 'Which one is your fav?' she asked her 32,800 followers. Victoria and her fellow Real Housewives of Sydney castmates came under fire in June after their cringeworthy display of wealth went viral in a social media clip. In the footage, Victoria and RHOS stars Krissy Marsh, Victoria Rees and Matty Samaei were seen flaunting their lavish - and very expensive - designer outfits. 'Back door fashion, I'm wearing Nookie,' Krissy told fans, as she showcased her plunging cream mini dress from the label. 'I'm in (Victoria) Beckham and Zadig & Voltaire,' Victoria Rees chimed in while parading around in her fiery red blazer paired with a black shirt and jeans. Matty Samaei also showcased her designer leopard print dress, but it was Victoria Montano's part which angered most. Dior, Valentino and a Hermès bag! It's called Montano money,' she bragged, as she strutted around in a pair of tiny Daisy Dukes, a bralette underneath a silky shirt and stilettos. The clip sparked backlash from followers who criticised the socialites in the comments. 'If you have to name your labels, you're classless,' one person sniped. 'What's with the comment "Montano money?" Ridiculous,' a second added. 'Look so cheap for rich girls,' another wrote, as a fourth asked: 'Why behave like that?'

CHRISTOPHER STEVENS reviews Heatwaves: The New Normal? It used to be called ‘summer', now a hot spell has the BBC in meltdown
Heatwaves: The New Normal? (BBC2) Marilyn Monroe started a heat-wave in 1954, by 'letting her seat wave', in a fiery number from the musical There's No Business Like Show Business. 'Her anatomy, made the mercury, jump to 93!' But to hear the BBC tell it, you'd think there was no such thing as a heatwave before climate change. Weather presenter Sarah Keith-Lucas was having a meltdown in Heatwaves: The New Normal? as she predicted wildfires sweeping the UK and 'extreme heat' with 'extreme consequences'. This was the language of hysteria, matched with pictures of burned-out houses and forest infernos. 'When Los Angeles burned, home after home was razed to the ground,' she warned. 'In Australia, hundreds have died and millions of hectares devastated as a result of bushfires. ' Britain, too, could be on the verge of similar heatwave hell, Sarah believes, thanks to 'human-induced climate change'. We cut to clips of anxious members of the public, voicing fears of 'climate collapse'. A buildings expert declared that old buildings with the wrong sort of windows 'will just become uninhabitable'. How this will happen, he didn't explain. Maybe he was worried about rusty hinges that won't open. But a bit of WD-40 will fix that, and it's cheaper than abandoning your home and moving into an air-conditioned refuge. Temperatures above 26°C could cause thousands of deaths, Sarah claimed, citing the Office for National Statistics. Before climate change, a week of 26°C used to be known as 'summer'. Now, it's the end of civilisation. Car valets of the night: Following a fatal stabbing, Mark and Johnny set about restoring a blood-soaked Renault to showroom condition for a rental fleet, on Crime Scene Cleaners (Ch4). Somebody could have died in your next holiday hire vehicle. There's a grim thought. Sarah did admit that a heatwave happened in 1976, though she reported it as a moment of national crisis, with police evacuating countless people from their homes, probably because they couldn't open their windows. But the problem, according to Candice Howarth — spokeswoman for the Quadrature Climate Foundation — is that 'we culturally and historically aren't used to heatwaves in the UK'. I'm sure she's right. Cinema-goers in the Fifties probably came out scratching their heads and saying, 'You know what, Doris, culturally and historically I've got no idea what Marilyn Monroe was singing about.' The reality is that anything can become an alarming new phenomenon if it's served with a spin of panic. Sarah took us into her BBC weather studio, a cubbyhole with a camera and a green screen, and showed us a map on which the jet stream locked Britain under a 'heat dome'. As the temperatures rose, the colours on the map turned a more vivid red. By the time it hit 30°C (86°F), the UK was glowing fire-alarm crimson. Then she met a farmer who was planning to cope with 'weather extremities' by planting a vineyard. Sadly, Sarah was left holding an empty bottle because the vines haven't produced grapes yet.

Influencer's breast implant slid into her ARMPIT after she botched her own boob job with one simple mistake
A popular influencer has admitted to botching her own boob job through a careless mistake. Maddison Steiner, who boasts half a million followers on social media, went under the knife last year for a breast augmentation following the birth of her son. Describing her breasts as a 'deflated B-cup', the 25-year-old opted for 360cc implants placed over the muscle. The procedure was billed as '48-hour rapid recovery' and Steiner said that she felt ready to return to everyday life by the 72-hour mark. However, the influencer failed to heed the strict instructions her plastic surgeon had given her regarding her post-op recovery. 'I started lifting my toddler, even though my surgeon had specifically advised against lifting anything — including children — for six weeks,' she told People. 'I misunderstood the instructions and thought it only applied to lifting things above my head, not to all lifting in general,' she added. Within the next few weeks, Steiner realized that one of her implants had shifted dramatically. In a horrifying turn, it then slid into her armpit when she got into bed. Her surgeon swiftly scheduled her in for a revision surgery, which she said was far more painful than the initial procedure. 'My surgeon had to manually stitch the implant pockets to tighten them and prevent further shifting,' she said. When she woke up from the revision surgery, Steiner admits that she thought she'd been 'botched'. 'I started crying because the way he had tucked my breast to help the pocket heal made everything look very strange,' she said. However, within a few weeks the implants settled, just as her surgeon promised they would, and she's now thrilled with the results. Celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, who has not treated Steiner, told that it's extremely important for patients to follow post-op instructions. 'First and foremost, always read your surgeon's post-operative instructions and go over them with the surgeon if you have any questions or confusion about the details,' he explained. 'Most surgeons have protocols in place to improve the outcome of the results to the best of their ability.' Dr. Dugar, whose patients include Sami Sheen and Dayna Kathan, then shared some of the dos and don'ts of breast augmentations. 'With breast surgery, limited motion and limited lifting of usually anything over 10lbs is recommended in the first few weeks for optimal healing,' he explained. 'Lifting heavy objects causes strain on the muscles and tissues which have been recently manipulated during surgery therefore increasing the risk of bleeding or pulling of the sutures.' He also said that it's important to weigh up what kind of implants you're getting and not to make any rash decisions. 'Always consider worst case scenario that you are more comfortable with: some patients regret going too small, some regret going too big, some regret scars, some regret loss of nipple sensation, some regret the risks of Breast Implant Illness, asymmetry or overall placement and pole location,' he said. 'Discuss these concerns with your surgeon so you can err on the side for each of these you are more comfortable with.' And lastly, Dr. Dugar said that it's important to get advice from medical professionals and not internet forums and social media. 'Avoid taking online postoperative advice from social media or reddit or other platforms,' he urged. 'While it's great for transparency for so many people to share their journeys online, it's also dangerous as they could accidentally be giving medical advice without a medical degree,' he continued. 'They are also giving advice from their perspective of one procedure performed on them, instead of a global advice based on treating thousands of patients.'
