The TIGGO 9 is built with a 'cage-style energy-absorbing space capsule' design, utilizing high-strength steel in 85% of its body, including 21% hot-formed steel with a tensile strength of 1300 MPa. An ultra-wide 1500mm front crash beam covers 78% of the vehicle's width, supported by three high-efficiency crash boxes.
