As reported by Reporter TV live, the controversy stems from chilling voice messages in which Renny Joseph is heard threatening to 'beat Sandra to death and dump her in a forest.' He also issues a threat to kill Sandra's father, Thomas. He brags about calling Sandra late at night and verbally abusing her, accusing her of forgetting that her position in the industry came from the 'generosity' of production controllers.
'If she speaks against us again, we'll take her father, beat him, and go to jail for it,' the message said.
In another clip, Mukesh Thrippunithura echoes the hostility, accusing Sandra of arrogance after producing just 'two or three films.' The voice goes like, 'Hasn't she done just two or three films and is now acting high and mighty? When the Producers Association banned her, her mental state declined. So, she tried entering through another door — targeting production controllers.

Sandra Thomas responded to the media by saying the messages were posted in an official group, yet FEFKA's General Secretary failed to act. Despite filing a police complaint two months ago, no legal action has been taken so far.
She condemned the industry's silence and added, 'Many goons are operating under the FEFKA umbrella. Now the public sees why the Hema Committee complainants never came forward. This is the price women pay for speaking out.' She reiterated that she would not step back despite the threats, stating the attacks were targeted because she is a woman who dared to challenge such situations happening in the industry.

Arrest of Coimbatore bomb blast accused: ATS team conducts house search in Karnataka
COIMBATORE: Following the arrest of Coimbatore serial bomb blast case accused A Sadiq alias Tailor Raja,50, a team from the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) here conducted a house search at Vijayapura in Karnataka on Monday. According to sources, the ATS team seized valid documents including Aadhaar card, PAN card, and driving licence of Sadiq Raja, who had changed his name to Shahjahan Shaik. "He supplied the IED bombs to the designated Al-Umma cadres in February 1998. After escaping from Coimbatore, he moved to Cholapur in Uttar Pradesh. Later, he relocated to Hubballi in Karnataka where he worked as a tailor and changed his name to Shajahan Makkandar. There, he married and had three children. He subsequently moved to Vijayapura in Karnataka where he ran a chilli business under the name Shahjahan Shaik," said a source. Sadiq alias Tailor Raja, who had been evading arrest for 27 years, was apprehended by the Coimbatore city police from Vijayapura on July 9. He was later handed over to the ATS, Coimbatore, which took him into custody for five days. "He confessed to his role in three murders and his involvement in the 1998 Coimbatore serial blast," said a senior police officer. After five days in custody, he was produced before the judicial magistrate court-V on Monday evening and was remanded in judicial custody until July 24. Sources confirmed that he had not been involved in any terror activities since the 1998 Coimbatore car blast, focusing entirely on his family life. "He was shocked when the police traced him after 27 years. He cried and told the police they could have arrested him earlier as he had built a good family life. He had purchased a plot in Vijayapura where he planned to construct a house," said a source. He had also created a Facebook account under the name 'Shahjahan Shaik,' believing that the police wouldn't be able to trace him through social media due to his name change from Sadiq alias Tailor Raja.

In fact, Saiyaara also emerged as the highest opening day earner for a romantic film in recent years, surpassing Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (Rs 11.1 crore), Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (Rs 6.7 crore), Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar (Rs 15.73 crore), and Kabir Singh (Rs 20.21 crore). Advance booking numbers reflected the buzz, with Rs 9.39 crore earned before the film even hit theatres. 3.8 lakh tickets were sold in advance, including 1.38 lakh across national chains like PVR INOX (1.05 lakh) and Cinepolis (33,000). This made it the highest opening day ticket sales for a debut film since Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai and Refugee in 2000.
