From the looks of a new video shared by Buffy star Sarah Michelle Gellar Friday, we'd say the new Slayer-in-training has… potential. In the new Instagram reel, Gellar and Ryan Kiera Armstrong (aka, 'Warrior 1 and 2,' per the caption) can be seen preparing for battle, as both women work their bodies to the max in preparation for vampires, demons and the forces of darkness.
