She added a caption to the picture in which she said that she was going to the beach after a workout.
She wrote: 'Straight from core power to the beach.'
The stunning blonde then shared a snap from the beach in which she showed off her legs as she soaked up the sun.
She also took a £129 Guess beach bag and a Natural Light snapback cap with her.
The snaps would have been viewable to the 1million people who follower her Instagram account.
It is not the first time fans have seen the bikini top as she wore it for a sauna session back in August 2024.
The pictures come a week after she visited Catalina Island in California.
During the trip, she posted many glamorous pictures of herself.
She also showed off some the activities she enjoyed, which included watching fish swim and eating some pancakes.

John Krasinski to write, direct, produce 'A Quiet Place Part III'
John Krasinski is returning to direct, write and produce ' A Quiet Place Part III.' The film has been set for a July 9, 2027 theatrical release, Paramount Pictures said Friday. The first film, released in 2018, was a box-office smash, earning some $341 million worldwide on a budget of only $17 million. It also established Krasinski, who starred alongside his wife Emily Blunt in the post-apocalyptic horror, as a bankable filmmaker. He returned to write and direct 'A Quiet Place Part II," the release of which was delayed over a year due to the pandemic. The franchise also expanded to include a prequel, 'A Quiet Place: Day One.' Krasinski produced but handed over the reins to filmmaker Michael Sarnoski. In total, the three films have grossed over $892 million. Krasinski on Friday posted a graphic with the numeral 'III' and the release date on Instagram. No other details about cast or story were immediately available.

Aug 1 (Reuters) - Songwriter Jake Holmes has settled a lawsuit that accused former Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, music publisher Warner Chappell (WMG.O), opens new tab and film studio Sony Pictures (6758.T), opens new tab of violating his rights in the song "Dazed and Confused," according to a Friday filing in California federal court. The parties told the court, opens new tab that they had resolved their dispute and were finalizing a written settlement. Details of the settlement agreement were not immediately available. Holmes' attorney Daniel Johnson declined to comment. Spokespeople for Warner Music and Sony Pictures did not immediately respond to requests for comment or more information about the settlement. Holmes, a singer-songwriter and prominent creator of advertising jingles, wrote "Dazed and Confused" in 1967. Page's band, the Yardbirds, reworked it later that year, and his next band, Led Zeppelin, featured it on their debut album in 1969. Holmes first sued Page for copyright infringement in 2010 over his versions of the song. That dispute was settled in 2011. Holmes filed a new lawsuit in May alleging that Page released several archival Yardbirds live versions of "Dazed and Confused" that only credit Page as the song's writer, breaking their settlement agreement and infringing Holmes' copyright. The complaint said that the Sony Pictures documentary "Becoming Led Zeppelin," released in February also unlawfully featured "Dazed and Confused" without compensating or crediting Holmes.
