Patrick Schwarzenegger admits being blindsided by incest sex scenes in White Lotus amid backlash
The actor, 31, who is the son of famous actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, plays the role of Saxon in White Lotus.

In the series, Patrick's character stunned viewers in a full frontal scene where his bum is in full view, as well as leaving fans gobsmacked by an incest storyline.
Saxon and his younger brother Lochlan shared a room in the series, with them talking about sex early on.
Then, during episode 5, Saxon and his younger brother kissed each other after attending a Full Moon party in Thailand.
Not only this, but during flashbacks from episode 6, the brothers were then shown in a sexual situation together.
Patrick has now spoken out about being blindsided to the extent that things might get sexual.
He has revealed that he knew "where it could go" in regards to sex scenes and being nude, but didn't realize the extent of where it might end up.
"When I was auditioning, they had said, 'Are you okay with, know, performing things sexually? Are you okay being nude at times?', he told CBS in a new interview.
"So, I knew an idea of where it could go," he confessed.
Patrick added: "I didn't know to what extent the show would go."
Patrick's dad Arnold has said that he didn't recognize his son in the role.

He said it was "wild" watching his son in the series, with him also feeling immense pride, too.
"It was really so amazing to watch his performance because I almost didn't recognise him," he said in a chat with the BBC.
"There were so many things that I've never seen before, and I said, 'Where did this come from?'"
He then said how he felt "so proud" of his son and gushed over how he has "become such an extraordinary actor".
In Patrick's CBS interview, he confessed: "It would be a little bit alarming if he did recognize a lot of those characteristics," speaking about his dad's comments.
The White Lotus actor is smitten with fiancée Abby Champion.
Patrick and Abby announced their engagement over a year ago and have been planning their upcoming wedding while juggling their careers.
The couple started dating way back when in 2015, with them getting engaged at the end of 2023.
Earlier this year, the husband and wife to be stripped off for a sizzling SKIMS shoot.
Patrick bared all while Abby wore some see-through lace lingerie.

Over its first three days, there have been over 60.1m views, a new high for the streamer with over 368.4m hours viewed. The second season launched with 68m views but over a four-day period last December. It has already become the ninth biggest non-English language season ever with the first and second seasons occupying the top two slots. Reviews have been mixed to positive with the Guardian's Rebecca Nicholson calling it 'nowhere near as pointed as it was' in previous seasons. While this has been called the final season, David Fincher has been rumoured to be developing an English language remake for the streamer. The director has worked with Netflix before on political drama series House of Cards, film industry biopic Mank and Michael Fassbender action thriller The Killer. Earlier this year, it was announced that he would work with them once again to direct a sequel to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood based on a script by Quentin Tarantino. The streamer has already found success with competition spin-off Squid Game: The Challenge with a second season on the way. When asked about future Squid Game projects, series creator Hwang Dong-hyuk told Variety that he hadn't heard anything official yet about a remake. 'If they wanted to do a following season, then I think it's obvious I would have to participate and lead,' he said. 'But if it's the US version that they're making, I think sharing of ideas would be enough. I have no intention of being completely hands-on in a project like that.
