However, Inter know a win will take them within one point of leaders Napoli, who drew with Udinese at the weekend.
Denzel Dumfries will return for Inter after missing last week's defeat through suspension. Nicola Zalewski is also available for selection following his loan move from Roma. The wing-back was not permitted to play last week, given he was not an Inter player when the initial fixture took place.
Inter otherwise have a near clean bill of health. Goalkeeper Raffaele Di Gennaro remains sidelined with a finger injury.
