The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international joined the Hammers from Cliftonville in 2023. Over two seasons, he made 56 appearances for the development side, scoring 10 goals as the Under-21s finished in second and fourth place in Premier League 2 in 2024 and 2025 respectively. Moore joins Shels ahead of their UEFA Champions League second qualifying round, second-leg tie against Qarabag. His performances for Cliftonville in 2022/23 saw the teenager named in the NIFL Premiership Team of the Year and win the NI Football Writers' Association Young Player of the Year award. Shels boss Joey O'Brien said: 'Sean's a top young player with huge potential. He came into the game at a young age with Cliftonville and earned a great education over in England with West Ham. 'Now he's ready to kick on with the next stage of his career, and we're delighted he's put his trust in us. 'He's an exciting player to watch, really positive in how he plays the game. He can play in multiple positions on both sides of the pitch, which gives us great flexibility.' Luke Byrne, Shelbourne FC Technical Director, added on the club's website: 'Sean is a really exciting talent with lots of potential and we are looking forward to working with him to develop that talent. 'He is a young Irish player who definitely fits the profile that we want to add to the squad. We're very happy he has chosen Shelbourne as the best place to continue his career.'

Cliftonville's Naomi McLaughlin says she is "buzzing" to be named June's Women's Premiership player of the month by the Northern Ireland Football Writers' Association. McLaughlin played a key role in all four goals as Cliftonville overturned a two-goal deficit to beat Glentoran 4-2 in the League Cup final at 19-year-old also scored against Larne and impressed in the win over Lisburn."It's great to pick up Player of the Month," said McLaughlin."I'm just glad to help the team in any way I can."I was involved in all four goals in the League Cup final. That was really nice for me."What a game. We always make it hard for ourselves, but I'm glad I could help the team and four assists is good for anyone so I was happy about that."McLaughlin moved to Solitude from Sion Swifts at the beginning of 2024 but struggled with injury in the Reds' treble-winning year. After retaining the League Cup, the Northern Ireland youth international says the club have their eyes on more success."I missed a lot of football and now I'm buzzing to be back.."It's nice to pick up this award when I've been out for a long time.""I'm glad with assists to help out the team in whatever way I can. Teenager Shay Reid could be the latest talented young player to leave Cliftonville with Preston North End interested in signing him after he impressed on trial with the English Championship side. Reid, who turned 17 on Friday, played two matches during a week long trial at Preston Academy scoring and assisting in a 3-2 victory over Sheffield Wednesday and followed that up with a brace and another assist in a 4-3 win against Wrexham.
