The presenters spoke about influencer's hoarding philosophy where she states that you should "imagine all the things in your house and if there was poo on it, would you keep it?".
The decluttering method sparked conversation about clothes holding memories.
One viewer wrote in saying: "If I have an unhappy memory associated with the day, the clothes I was wearing that particular day have to go because it's like a trigger.

Elaine Crowley has set the record straight after her name was involved in yet another social media scam, noting she 'didn't even have abs like that as a teen!' The Ireland AM presenter has often taken to social media to warn her followers of fake pages using her name and images in a bid to scam and deceive people. The latest scam using Elaine's images is one saying the Cork woman 'lost weight by simply giving up these three foods.'
