Pop star Jessie J shares positive news following breast cancer diagnosis
The 37-year-old British singer and former The Voice Australia judge has taken to social media to share a positive health update amid her ongoing cancer battle.
In a video posted on Instagram, Sky — Jessie's two-year-old son — says: 'Mummy is going to be OK.'
Jessie captioned the video: 'And…I AM OK'
'Results = I have NO cancer spread.
'Happy tears are real.
'Thank YOU for the prayers, the love, the well wishes, the joy and all the positive energy.'
Jessie then provided some context to her son's video message.
She explained: 'This video is from the night before my surgery. We called it baby boy. You are my biggest ray of light and with you in my life the darkness will never win.'
'Lots of healing to go and one more surgery to make these cousins look more like sisters. But for now it's gratitude time and I am changing my name to The LopJess monster (sic)'
Jessie first shared news of her cancer diagnosis via an Instagram post on June 3.
The chart-topping pop star admitted at the time that she'd been 'going back and forth' over whether to share the news with the public.
She said in a video message: 'I want to share it with my fans and the people that care about me, and also I'm a sharer.
'I've always shared everything that I go through in my life. Before No Secrets came out, I was diagnosed with early breast cancer.
'I'm highlighting the word early. Cancer sucks in any form, but I'm holding on to the word early. I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period.'
Jessie confessed at the time that she was still trying to process the news herself.
However, she ultimately felt it was important that she shared the news with her fans.
The Price Tag hitmaker said: 'I'm not processing it because I'm working so hard. I also know how much sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support and also their own stories.'

French President Emmanuel Macron snubbed by wife Brigitte when he offered her a helping hand as UK state visit kicks off
French President Emmanuel Macron has been awkwardly snubbed by his wife Brigitte as he offered her a helping hand at their state visit to the UK. King Charles invited Macron for a three-day visit, which began on Tuesday. It marks the first time a European Union head of state has visited the UK since then-French President Nicolas Sarkozy visited in 2008. During the very awkward interaction, Mrs Macron ignored Mr Macron after the President disembarked his jet at RAF Northolt in West London. He was seen waiting for his wife at the bottom of the steps of the jet with his hand outstretched as she made the short journey down. However, Mrs Macron instead used the handrail to guide herself, and with Mr Macron left hanging, he dropped his outstretched hand. Whether the snub was intentional or just a mishap remains unclear, but the frosty relations between the couple didn't end there. The Macrons were later seen in a car waiting to leave the base, with Bridgette again seen ignoring her husband to look at her phone. Prince William and Princess Catherine greeted the couple at the Ceremonial Welcome, where Mr Macron kissed Catherine's hand. The Princess of Wales stunned in a dusty pink Christian Dior jacket, which she paired with a hat by British designer Jess Collett, Princess Diana's earrings, and a pearl necklace from Queen Elizabeth II's collection. The rarely-seen gesture led to a brief outburst of online alarm about royal etiquette. While it's somewhat uncommon for Kate to receive a kiss on the hand, the move was all above board, according to the royal family's official website. The website states there are no strict codes of conduct when meeting members of the royal family, albeit some suggested traditional courtesies. "For men, this is a neck bow (from the head only) whilst women do a small curtsy," a statement reads. "Other people prefer simply to shake hands in the usual way." The King also greeted Mrs Macron in the same way on Tuesday. Wendy Bosberry-Scott, editor of British organisation Debrett's Peerage and Baronetage, echoed the royal site and approved of the manner. 'The king has always greeted women of rank in this manner,' Ms Bosberry-Scott told the the New York Times. 'It is also perfectly acceptable, in France, for men to greet women this way.' King Charles was all smiles with Mr Macron as the pair set out for Windsor Castle in 1902 State Landau. The King led Mr Macron into the landau, and the pair were seen chuckling and chatting as they took their seats. Queen Camilla and Mrs Macron followed the men in the Semi-State Landau, Buckingham Palace announced. The four of them rode through through streets adorned with Union Jacks and French flags. The King later joked with the Macrons during an exhibition of art from the Royal Collection at Windsor Castle. After a tour of Westminster Abbey, the President and First Lady were treated to a lavish state banquet in their honour, where the royals and their guests donned formal and ceremonial attire and gave speeches. In his speech, the King stressed the crucial partnership between France and the UK in the face of a "multitude of complex threats." "As friends and as allies, we face them together," Charles declared. "These challenges know no borders: no fortress can protect us against them this time." "Instead, the answer lies in partnership, and we – France and Britain – must help to lead the way. "Our two nations share not only values but also the tireless determination to act on them in the world. Mr Macron sat next to Charles at the banquet, and the pair enjoyed a meal of 'summer vegetables and Welsh chicken" and a special cocktail called 'l'entente,' the BBC reported. According to the publication, Charles spoke in both English and French before guests including Mick Jagger, Kristin Scott Thomas and Elton John. Mr Macron later took to X to say his visit to the UK was "an important moment for our two nations." In his wide-ranging statement, the president promised "effective" action on issues which included the illegal migrants Channel crisis. "The United Kingdom is a strategic partner, an ally, a friend. Our bond is longstanding, forged by history and strengthened by trust," the President said. "Together, we will address the major challenges of our time: security, defence, nuclear energy, space, innovation, artificial intelligence, migration, and culture. "These are all areas in which we seek to act together and deepen our cooperation in a concrete, effective and lasting way." Mr and Mrs Macron's three-day state visit will culminate in a summit with UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer on Thursday. Mr Macron and Mr Starmer are expected to discuss how to stop migrants crossing the English Channel in small boats and advance plans for a post-ceasefire security force for Ukraine.

Jennifer Aniston and hypnotist love interest Jim Curtis seen getting cozy in Big Sur a month before Mallorca vacation
Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis got cozy in California weeks before their Spain getaway. A Page Six spy spotted the actress, 56, and the hypnotist at the Ventana Big Sur luxury hotel last month. The 'Friends' alum cuddled up to her rumored new beau while dining at the resort's restaurant in June. Aniston's rep has yet to respond to Page Six's request for comment. This weekend, the pair spent more time together in Mallorca with the 'Morning Show' star's pal Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka. While Curtis' relationship history is not known, Aniston was previously married to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux. Aniston introduced Curtis to her friends in photos obtained by the Daily Mail, and the foursome partied on a yacht later that evening. The Emmy winner, notably, is one of the self-proclaimed coach's half a million followers on Instagram, and she regularly 'likes' his uploads. The 'Cake' star also featured Curtis' book 'Shift Quantum Manifestation Guide: A Workbook for Coding a New Consciousness' in a May slideshow. The Golden Globe winner has remained amicable with her exes, famously hugging Pitt, 61, at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2020. She and Theroux, 53, even text and FaceTime each other, the 'Leftovers' alum told Esquire in 2021. 'We don't talk every day,' the filmmaker, who recently wed actress Nicole Brydon Bloom, clarified at the time. 'It would be a loss if we weren't in contact, for me personally. And I'd like to think the same for her.' The exes were photographed reuniting for dinner in 2023 — and Theroux has publicly supported Aniston on multiple occasions over the years, from her fertility struggles reveal to her heated back-and-forth with JD Vance over 'childless cat ladies.' Since their split, Aniston has not gone public with any romances until Curtis. While she did send tongues wagging in March for going out to eat with Pedro Pascal, a source insisted to Page Six that their bond is 'strictly platonic.' Kevin Connolly engaged
Kevin Connolly has got engaged. The Entourage actor has been dating Zulay Henao for seven years and on Friday (04.07.25), he popped the question in his hometown of Long Island, New York, in front of family members including their four-year-old daughter Kennedy. Zulay, 46, told People magazine: "It was intimate, personal and so full of love. Having Kennedy there made it unforgettable." Kevin got down on one knee to propose with a "timeless" and "elegant" diamond ring custom-designed by KC Sukamto. The jewellers created a "classic and modern" piece of jewellery featuring an emerald-cut solitaire with a hidden halo set in two-tone design with a gold band. The happy couple then celebrated with fireworks and an intimate dinner with their close family. Last month, the Modern Muze founder shared a touching tribute to Kevin on Father's Day. Sharing a selection of family photos, she wrote on Instagram: "Happy Father's Day Papi! We love you babe, thank you for being our home! You are Daddying beautifully, just look at the smiles in these pictures… muah baby." Kennedy was born amid the COVID-19 pandemic in June 2021, and the couple were in "awe" of their little girl. Announcing the tot's birth, Zulay wrote on her Instagram Story at the time: "She's really sweet and patient so far, not too much crying, just really curious about her surroundings. "I just watch in awe. She also has a huge appetite like her momma." Just six weeks later, Kevin and Kennedy contracted COVID-19 Kevin told Victory the Podcast: "I like to think I'm a pretty responsible person, even now that I have a baby. But I don't know, man … whatever this new Delta variant is. F*** man, I got sick. "It's been hard. Anyone that has a kid knows that it's hard when your kid is sick, you know? Because there's really nothing you can do for them." Kevin explained that his symptoms were "brutal" - but he was trying his best to cope with the illness. By contrast, he revealed that his daughter has been "doing great". Kevin explained: "It's just the congestion part, but the fever is down and we're all back on the road to recovery. It's a close call."
