I'm nearly 70 — it's time to fulfil my biggest sexual fantasy
This week we hear from Leopold*, a 69-year-old former English teacher who lives in Spain.
After separating from his partner eight years ago, Leopold has kept his sex life alive with the help of sex workers and masturbation sessions.
And despite almost turning 70, he's proving it's never too late to discover a new desire: he wants to find a dominatrix to spank him.
'I've been fascinated by spanking and domination for a long time, but always as the dominant. It suddenly dawned on me that maybe I wanted to be in the submissive role instead,' he explains.
'I've become obsessed with this fantasy and pleasured myself intensely with it for five days straight, without even the need for Viagra, which was a surprise.
'I'm ready to begin a new chapter of sexual exploration.'
Without further ado, here's how Leopold got on this week…
The following sex diary is, as you might imagine, not safe for work .

You'd think I'd be able to find a woman to give me a good thrashing — if not someone I've accidentally irritated, then at least among the professionals. But no.
I've been in touch with quite a few sex workers, but many don't reply, and others want money even to just consider my request for a session.
I haven't made it easy for myself either, since I'm in Spain but want to be dominated by 'an English gentlewoman'.
I've seen my sex worker, Juanita, fairly regularly over the years. She's travelling at the moment though, so today, I'm meeting a woman called Susi.
I like to prepare myself, so I shave my penis and balls, and as I have been to the chiropractor in two months, I head to a nail bar nearby for a pedicure.
I have the Viagra ready. I take one an hour before the session, and then one 10 minutes before Susi arrives.
I think she's leading me into the bedroom, but the language barrier between us becomes apparent as she takes me into the bathroom and tries to position me over the bidet to wash my penis.
I'm a little hurt by this as I've already spent time preparing myself — but it's likely she does this with every client, and she's not to know I'm already squeaky clean.
Back in the bedroom she starts kissing me but I'm a bit distracted by the constant pinging of messages to her phone. I try to ask her to put it on silent, but instead she pushes me down onto the bed, and places it on the pillow beside me.
I give up and try to concentrate on her enthusiastic caresses before she asks me if I want a blowjob. Juanita will spit on my nether regions a lot when she does this, and it drives me wild with desire — but when I try and ask Susi for the same, she doesn't understand.
She holds the phone to my mouth and makes me repeat it, translating it so she can understand, which leaves us both laughing.
When we move on to penetrative sex, I let her know that I only really have the stamina for cowgirl, regular or reverse. She does this well, though my encouraging cries of 'ride, cowgirl, ride' mean another session with Google translate and a lot more giggling.
All in all, a very pleasant hour for £85, and I will always remember the laughter. Even though it's a transaction, I do feel a little bit of an emotional connection.
I'm back at my computer looking for someone who will dominate me — I feel sexually and emotionally incomplete without this experience.
I would never look down on another's consensual kink, but I'm not interested in some fantasies that others are: I wish to avoid being dressed in feminine undergarments or rubber, having my parts locked into a cage, being insulted, or having my balls kicked.
Neither do I get any pleasure from watching other men being dominated, though the occasional well-written description has struck a chord.
For me it's all about the spanking of the buttocks. I'm comfortable with the spanking part, having received the odd slap from partners and, recently, practiced on myself.
I do worry about the implements or impact tools, as I've heard them called, though — I have a vague fear that, after a stroke or two, I'll leap to my feet screaming my safe word.
I check my emails, and still no response from anyone wishing to fulfil my request.
With sex on my mind, I book in a session with Juanita. She provides the girlfriend experience: she greets me with a passionate kiss, takes my hand and leads me to her bedroom.
She tells me to undress and falls to her knees. Then she pushes me onto the bed and undresses herself, as I watch, entranced by her beauty.
We caress and kiss for a while and then she starts to go down on me, until I tell her to turn around so I can return the favour.
Then it's penetration time. She puts a condom on me ('XL', I bet she says that to all the boys) and climbs on top, as she knows my preferences. First it's regular cowgirl and then I tell her to turn around so that I can watch her magnificent bottom in action.
She won't accept a proper spanking but says she is is quite happy with the occasional encouraging slap. As for spanking me, she says she is horrified by the thought of causing pain.
The finale is always the same; she goes down on me and I finish, covering my face in case I look especially ugly in the moment.
I get in touch with Juanita, asking if she's free again this weekend, but she's not available.
I know she's not really my girlfriend but it feels like a rejection, and I wonder if she's finally had enough of this old man.
I see her Whatsapp status update, which says she will be unavailable for a few days. Not just me then, which is a relief. I rarely think of Juanita and we hardly ever exchange messages apart from when I ask for a session. And yet, for that hour or two, I am completely in love.
Still no answer from my prospective doms but looking on X, I find an interesting possibility. A woman offers her bottom for spanking sessions and, while I am particularly keen to find myself across a woman's lap, I'm still interesting in being the spanker.
So, I get in touch with Greta, and we go about setting some boundaries. She tells me she doesn't actually touch men, but I can touch her wherever I like.
I say that, at some point, I might want to masturbate and she says that's fine, but she won't watch me. Our compromise is I'll send her to stand against the wall, displaying her reddened bottom while I pleasure myself. More Trending
Her response is a smiley emoji along with a devil, which I take to mean we've agreed. We set a date three weeks away.
Thanks to my new found fantasy I'm feeling, almost constantly, low-key horny. I seem to have lost all sense of guilt and shame about wanting my sexual desires satisfied.
I've also been reading about the prostate, and how regular ejaculations are good for it. Apparently, around 21 per month is a healthy number to aim at and, since I can't afford that number of sex worker sessions, I'm going to have to up my masturbation game.
No porn today; I'll just run through the script I've written in my head for my session with Greta and daydream about, one day, getting that spanking.

The Crazy In Love singer was staying at the Corinthia's penthouses for her gigs at the Tottenham Stadium. Sabrina performed at BST Hyde Park last night and is due to take to the festival's Great Oak Stage tonight where she will be supported by singers Amber Mark, Olivia Dean and Clairo. And I have heard that the Espresso singer has been working hard to make sure her performance is flawless. FAREWELL SABBATH FOR OZZY 9 Ozzy Osbourne took to his throne as the Prince of Darkness for his final performance Credit: Getty OZZY OSBOURNE took to his throne as the Prince of Darkness for his final performance with Black Sabbath last night. The Iron Man hitmaker was joined by his original bandmates Tony Iommi, Terence 'Geezer' Butler and Bill Ward for the Back To The Beginning concert at Villa Park in the band's home town of Birmingham. Ozzy, who has publicly battled Parkinson's disease in recent years, perched with his cloak draped ceremoniously around him. He was supported by wife Sharon Osbourne. His son Jack Osbourne spoke ahead of the momentous gig. Asked if Ozzy was nervous, he said: 'I think it is every emotion. He is so excited about performing again and so excited about getting on stage. 'December 2018 was the last time he did a full gig – that is how long it has been. 'This is the reunion that normally only happens, sadly, at someone's funeral – but it is so great to be here. It is the history of heavy metal in one venue. That kind of sums it up. It is a rollercoaster. 'I think this is most likely going to be his last full performance. But he still intends to make music.' And in true Ozzy style, he did not hold back with his final look. Ozzy's tailor Sir Tom Baker told Biz on Sunday that he had designed a leather 19th-century frock coat with a two-and-a-half metre train for the music legend. Sir Tom, who spent weeks on the outfit, explained: 'It's very high shine – it looks like water. We decorated it with leather trimming and gold skull buttons. It has dramatic, ghoulish shoulders.' Meanwhile, punk rocker Yungblud said he was invited by Sharon Osbourne to sing at Villa Park in support of Ozzy. He told me: 'I've known Ozzy for years. Uncle Ozzy, man. He gave me a gold cross a couple of years ago. So I've given him back one in return. 'To be a close personal friend of his now, and to be a member of the family with him – he's my blood.' Sir Tom added: 'Ozzy and Sharon are lovely people. They are stronger than ever – she dotes on him. It's lovely to see. 'They seem to trust each other implicitly. She has a say over matters, but he is just as strong in the balance.' Yungblud, who performed a cover of Black Sabbath ballad Changes last night, added of the gig: 'It's an honour to be a part of it. Ozzy has been one of my idols since I was two.' Last week I revealed Paul was singing along to Gracie's set on Glastonbury's Other Stage alongside pal Daisy. The Seventeen Going Under singer revealed that he received the devastating diagnosis after headlining the British Grand Prix Opening Concert at Silverstone on Friday night. He posted on Instagram after his performance: 'At the beginning of the week I got my voice checked by my ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor and the cords were slightly swollen. 'After a few days' rest I was advised by my team that I was okay to perform. 'On stage at Silverstone I could feel that things were a lot harder than usual, I felt I needed to push a lot harder to sing – this is never a good sign. 'I've just been checked by my ENT again today, as I was concerned about it, and it's transpired that I have had a haemorrhage on one of my vocal cords.' Sam, who recently wrapped a huge UK summer stadium tour, has cancelled his upcoming performances at Rock Werchter in Belgium , Down The Rabbit Hole in The Netherlands, NOS Alive in Portugal and the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. Kneecap lead 45,000-strong crowd in anti-Keir Starmer chants at Finsbury Park
Irish rap trio Kneecap made their feelings towards Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer clear tonight as they led the crowd in angry chants. Tonight, the group played their largest gig to date, taking to the stage in Finsbury Park, London, in front of 45,000 people. They were supporting Irish band Fontaines DC, whose frontman, Grian Chatten, joined to perform their collaboration, Better Way To Live. Fans watched on as Kneecap came out in front of a screen that said, 'Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people.' And in typical Kneecap fashion, they weren't shy in expressing their disdain for certain politicians throughout the night either. On the mic, they vowed that next month will mark 'the second time Kneecap have beat the British Government in court'. People then echoed the Belfast group's chants when they repeated the 'F**k Keir Starmer' and 'You're just a s**t Jeremy Corbyn' comments made at Glastonbury the previous weekend. The group also stated that 'it's not the English people we don't like; it's the English government,' following the PM's attempts to have Kneecap removed from the Glasto lineup this year. Starmer previously claimed that he didn't believe it would be 'appropriate' for Kneecap to perform at Worthy Farm, given that Liam O'Hanna, who performs as Mo Chara, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court earlier this month, charged with a terror offence. He will return next month. In response to the Labour leader's calls for a ban, Kneecap shared a screenshot from his interview, writing: 'You know what's 'not appropriate' Keir?! Arming a f***ing genocide… [sic]'. Also on stage tonight, Kneecap addressed their recent legal woes in a jovial manner: 'It's nice to be back in London and not be up in court.' 'It's been a mad few weeks, lads, Jesus f***ing Christ. Look at the f***ing state of us,' added O'Hanna. Full T&Cs apply, see here. Meanwhile, fellow member Naoise O Caireallain, who uses the stage name Moglai Bap, said, 'If anyone's free on the 20th of August, you wanna go to the court and support Mo Chara' before shouting, 'Free Mo Chara, free, free Mo Chara'. Wearing a keffiyeh, O'Hanna responded: 'I appreciate it, the 20th of August is going to be the second time Kneecap have beat the British Government in court – in their own court, on their own terms—and we're going to beat them for the second time. 'I tell you what, there is nothing like embarrassing the British Government.' Last year, Kneecap won a discrimination challenge over a decision by former business secretary Kemi Badenoch to refuse them a £14,250 funding award. The UK Government conceded it was 'unlawful' after the band launched legal action claiming the decision to refuse the grant discriminated against them on grounds of nationality and political opinion. It was agreed that the £14k+ sum would be paid by the Government to the group. Furthermore, amid this evening's performance, the group intermittently broke off the mosh pits and raucous crowd by addressing the war in Gaza, which is a recurring theme of their shows. O'Hanna said: 'It's usually around this point of the gig that we decide to talk about what's happening in Palestine. 'I understand that it's almost inhumane that I'm thinking of new things to say on stage during a genocide for sound bites. 'It's beyond words now, like, we always used to say, obviously they're being bombed from the skies with nowhere to go, but it's beyond that now. 'They've been being starved for a few months on end, and not only that, the areas that they have set up to collect aid and food have turned into killing fields, and they're killing hundreds a day trying to collect food.' He continued: 'It's beyond words, but again, we played in Plymouth last night to 750 people, and we did the same thing, so it doesn't matter how big or small our audience is; Kneecap will always use the platform for talking about this.' O Caireallain had said earlier in the gig: 'They can try and silence us, they can try and stop us, but we're not going to stop talking about Palestine—as long as there's a genocide happening in Palestine, we're going to keep talking about it, and yous are going to keep talking about it, and they can't stop us.' The UN human rights office has recorded 613 killings near humanitarian convoys and at aid distribution points in Gaza run by an Israeli-backed American organisation since it began operations in late May. More Trending Kneecap's impassioned pro-Palestine speeches this weekend come after the launch of an investigation into their Glastonbury set by Avon and Somerset Police. Also involved in a probe is Bob Vylan, whose performance saw singer Bobby Vylan, whose real name is reportedly Pascal Robinson-Foster, 34, lead crowds in chants of 'Death, death to the IDF (Israel Defence Forces)'. Directly after the duo's set, Kneecap also performed on the West Holts Stage, where they chanted 'Free Palestine'. Currently, footage is being reviewed by an appointed senior detective to investigate whether comments made by either act amounted to a criminal offence. Got a story? Vinny horrified as major Emmerdale legend overhears private moment with Kammy
A new friendship for Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) turned to confusion on Emmerdale recently when Vinny got carried away and tried to kiss his friend Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah). Kammy is confident, relaxed and reckless – all the things Vinny isn't, basically. So when they spent an afternoon getting revenge on a delivery driver who'd made some pointed comments to Vinny, he was swept away by the excitement and fun they were having. He leaned in to kiss Kammy, who didn't reciprocate. They then tried to brush the whole thing off as being a joke. 'Kammy isn't bothered about the kiss, he more feels for Vinny,' Shebz Miah confirmed. 'Kammy's so relaxed. Kammy's so confident in his sexuality. It's more that he wants to offer a helping hand, because it's a very tricky situation now that Vinny's in. We've got Gabs on one hand, then all the other stuff in Vinny's life and how does it affect that?' With Vinny's wedding to Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) coming up soon, Vinny is now feeling incredibly anxious about what happened with Kammy, particularly after Gabby insists that Kammy is on the guest list for the wedding. When Vinny has to take Gabby's car to the garage to be serviced, he can't avoid Kammy any longer. As they talk, Gabby passes by on the phone with Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) and there's a glitch in the call that means Laurel can hear everything Kammy and Vinny are talking about. It's not long before Laurel demands a private word with Vinny and he's naturally nervous about what Gabby's step-mum might be about to say. Knowing that Gabby has previously had her heart broken when former fiancé Nicky Miligan (Lewis Cope) jilted her on their wedding day after admitting he was gay, Laurel is obviously worried that history could be about to repeat itself. For Vinny's sake as much as Gabby's she begs him to consider carefully whether he's absolutely sure about the relationship with Gabby. She says if he has any doubts, he shouldn't go ahead. Rosie Bentham told us that potentially Gabby would be more devastated if this wedding didn't happen than she was with Nicky. More Trending 'I think this one would hit even deeper because it is someone that she genuinely has feelings for and has developed a very strong connection with,' she reflected. 'I think if Vinny is questioning things and really struggling, some communication needs to happen. But this stuff with Kammy, I don't know how it would be initially received.
