The 40-year-old beauty - who previously starred on Vanderpump Rules, before becoming the host of Love Island USA in 2024 - admits that there are some obvious similarities between the hit reality TV series and the new Love Island spin-off show, which traces the lives of the Islanders a year after gaining fame.
Speaking to People, Ariana explained: "There's a lot of similarities to filming [the spin-off] as, I feel like, there was to filming Vanderpump Rules, for example."
Ariana enjoyed being reunited with the likes of Serena Page and JaNa Craig as part of her hosting duties.
She said: "When JaNa and Serena came out to do Aftersun, we were able to go out and get dinner the night before. And that was really fun."
JaNa and Serena even paid a visit to Ariana and Katie Maloney's sandwich shop.
Ariana shared: "They came to the sandwich shop, Something About Her, to shoot their spin-off show. So I got to chat with them a little bit there, because a lot of times we interact online."
Meanwhile, Vanderpump Rules has undergone a reboot ahead of season 12 of the show, and Ariana previously warned the all-new cast that they have a "tough road ahead of them".
The reality star is excited to watch the upcoming season of the long-running TV show, but she insisted that it won't be an easy experience for the new line-up.
Ariana - who made her Broadway as Roxie Hart in the musical Chicago in 2024 - told Extra: "I'm excited to see, I guess, how it works.
"It's such a hard thing to do, I think, to put yourself out there … They have a tough road ahead of them … Anybody, I think, who's done that has lived that, and I think they'll be great. They'll have fun."
Ariana also revealed that she learned a lot about herself during her time on Vanderpump Rules.
She said: "I've learned to trust myself. I've also learned to trust my gut more and I think I've learned that I can do things that are hard in life."

Supernatural star Jensen Ackles reveals how he copes with fame
Jensen Ackles is able to cope with fame thanks to the "stability" in his family life. The 47-year-old actor- who has been married to former One Tree Hill star Elta Danneel Graul since 2010 and has caughter Justice, 12, as well as eight-year-old twins Zeppelin and Arrow with her - moved from Texas to Connecticut with his family two years ago and has now explained that his home life has given him a "good foundation" for when the cameras are away. He told PEOPLE: "I've got a really, really quiet, peaceful life. When I go home, I'm home. I'm not Jensen the actor. I'm Jensen the husband, the dad, the friend, the brother, the son. I think having that stability in my personal life has really given me a good grounding, a good foundation for what I do." The Supernatural star - who began his career when he was cast in the soap opera Days of Our Lives - has even found that he has been able to impress his eldest because of the celebrity connections he has. He said: "It's not just because of what I do, but because of who I know sometimes. "That's given me a lot of credit — not only with her, but with her friends, which is key." However, he is not so keen on the idea of her watching his latest role in the racy drama The Boys just yet. He said: "I don't ever want her watching,' he jokes, before adding, 'Maybe when she's in her 30s." Despite this, Jensen recently spoke of his excitement that his eldest will be able to watch him in Countdown. He said: "I do think my oldest is old enough to watch this, so she's fired up to see it. "There's not a lot that they can watch yet. She (Justice) hasn't really gotten to see her dad in action. And in this one, I'll be in action. "But they know. Trust me, they know."

Bryce Dallas Howard has never seen Happy Days
Bryce Dallas Howard has "never watched an episode of Happy Days". The 44-year-old actress is the daughter of Ron Howard - the actor-turned-director who played Richie Cunningham in the hit TV sitcom between 1974 and 1980 - but Bryce admits that she's never watched a single episode of the show. In a new clip from Busy This Week - which has been shared with People - Bryce said: "I'm going to admit something, which is that I've never watched an episode of Happy Days." Busy Philipps, the host of Busy This Week, subsequently noted that Henry Winkler, who portrayed Arthur 'Fonzie' Fonzarelli on the sitcom, is also Bryce's godfather. The actress then replied: "I love him so much, and I love my dad so much, and I love all the Happy Days folks, and it would be so easy just to watch it, and I don't know why." Asked if Ron and Henry were aware that she hasn't watched the show, Bryce said: "Yeah, kind of." The movie star even suggested that her siblings - Paige, Jocelyn and Reed - haven't watched the hit sitcom, either. She said: "I kind of don't think they have. I don't think they have." Meanwhile, Bryce previously revealed that she "wasn't allowed" to act during her childhood. The Argylle star told People: "I think if I had the chance to act younger, I would've taken it. But I wasn't allowed to. "My parents were very firm on that boundary, that they were not going to support anyone who wanted to be a child actor." Bryce's parents were keen for her to find experience in other industries. She shared: "I started working as a waitress on the weekends at a deli, and it was fantastic. Because I was 14, I needed to get a waiver from my parents to be on a payroll, and honestly, I was like, 'This is great.'" Bryce eventually found her way to Hollywood - but she appreciates being given such a well-rounded life experience. The actress explained: "I'm really glad that they did that because when I did start acting, it took a while to make a living. To be able to be like, 'Oh, okay. I can actually support myself with this.'"
