How to make delicious ice cream WITHOUT a machine using just two ingredients
The food lover said her easy recipe involves using just lemon curd and some custard.

On her @thecaketoonist account, she demonstrated the simple process, and it looks ideal as a refreshing treat in this hot weather.
First of all, you need to add 250g of lemon curd to a mixing bowl, and she advised that a sharper flavour is better.
She added that if you have half a lemon, you can add in some extra juice for 'more bite.'
Then you need to take a 500g pot of custard, and add it a 'bit as a time' to the curd and mix in well.
The foodie advised that you can also use vanilla pudding if you don't have vanilla custard as it's 'pretty much the same thing.'
Once you have evenly combined the two ingredients, add the mixture of a shallow baking tin that has been lined with non-stick paper.
She said that the shallower the mixture is spread, the quicker it will freeze.
Add your tin to the freezer and it should be solid in around three hours, although she kept hers in overnight.
Next, you need to break the solid custard into pieces with your fingers or a blunt knife.
You then add the bits into a food processor and start blitzing.

Hers went into a powdery state, before later turning into a 'recognisable soft ice cream consistency.'
She shared: 'At which point you can eat it at a very soft scoop stage, or you can scrape it into a tub, swirl through some more of the lemon curd, and put it back in the freezer to firm up.
'Then you can scoop and eat up all that lovely vitamin C.
'To my mind, combating scurvy has never tasted so good.'
People were quick to comment on her video, which has racked up over 30,000 likes.
One said: 'Love this recipe! will definitely be trying this.'
Another added: 'This would be very dangerous in my freezer. That being said, it wouldn't spend a lot of time there.'
And a third commented: 'This looks absolutely delicious!!!!!!'

Rihanna bares baby bump on rare outing with Riot, one, after A$AP Rocky's accidental gender reveal
Rihanna put her blossoming baby bump on display when she stepped out in Paris this week with her younger son Riot holding her hand. The 37-year-old shares two sons, RZA, three, and Riot, 23 months, with her rapper boyfriend A$AP Rocky, and she is currently expecting their third. She joyously went public with her latest pregnancy at this May's Met Gala, which happened to have Rocky as one of the co-chairs. Now, she has been spotted in a rare public outing with little Riot, emerging from the car together in the French capital this Tuesday. Cutting a stylish figure in a color-block cropped polo shirt and walnut brown maternity trousers, she slung on a statement handbag by Dior. The purse was the newly redesigned Book Tote based on the first edition cover of Dracula by Bram Stoker, an author whose Irish nationality is shared by Dior's new creative director Jonathan Anderson. Jonathan, who is known for founding his own line JW Anderson, made his Dior debut with the brand's menswear show in Paris last week - an event attended by Rihanna. Rihanna's latest outing comes two days after Rocky appeared to accidentally reveal the gender of their third child while attending the world premiere of her film Smurfs held at Mont des Arts in Brussels, Belgium on Sunday. When ET 's Kevin Frazier asked the 36-year-old rapper 'Is that the girl you've been waiting for' he immediately replied: 'It is, man, it is.' Feeling cornered, A$AP (born Rakim Athelaston Mayers) then held up a plush Smurfette doll and redirected: 'Right here, you know what I'm saying? Right here.' Over on ET's official Instagram account, fans went wild with user @aysenuurkc exclaiming: 'It's [a] girl!' 'He definitely gave it away,' Instagram user @khadija_sufi laughed. 'How cutely he promoted the movie and showed his love for her!' Instagram user @fashionistaera21 gushed. 'That's a real man supporting his girl.' Instagram user @hot_cheetos_0001 commented: 'Put a ring on it. Do it the right way.' Rocky appeared to accidentally reveal the gender of their third child while attending the world premiere of her film Smurfs held at Mont des Arts in Brussels, Belgium on Sunday 'He needs to marry her,' Instagram user @chibiapril0412 agreed. When Frazier asked the expecting 36-year-old the same exact question, she smiled coyly and replied: 'Let's see if it's a could be a Papa Smurf. Who knows?' Riri (born Robyn Fenty) did confirm that the couple would give their next child a name that begins with R: 'That's the one thing me and Rocky don't fight over.' When asked how many more children they planned on having, the two-time Grammy nominee joked: 'We [are] going to be like the Wayans' family, you know? Yeah, I mean, love is beautiful and it's just [about] spreading it.' The nine-time Grammy winner and A$AP Rocky already welcomed two sons - RZA Athelston Mayers, 3; and Riot Rose Mayers, 22 months - during their five-year relationship and she hasn't been shy in the past over her dream of having a daughter. But the power couple - who share matching 1988 tattoos to mark their birth year - originally met in 2011 when she first enlisted him to rap on her song Cockiness (Love It). A$AP Rocky was facing up to eight years in prison until February 18 when a jury found him not guilty of two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm stemming from a 2021 shooting of his longtime friend A$AP Relli (born Terell Ephron). The AWGE founder's late Bajan father reportedly went to prison when he was only 12, and he spent his teen years moving around homeless shelters with his mother and sister.
