Levi's 501 jeans loved by Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber slashed to £40
There isn't a wardrobe in the world that doesn't have at least one pair of jeans in it, and one of the most iconic silhouettes around is the Levi's 501 jeans. They've been around since 1873 and were the first ever pair of jeans to be patented, making them a key piece in fashion history.
They're also the go-to style and fit for some of the most stylish celebs, with stars like Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Sydney Sweeney and even Princess Diana all photographed wearing the jeans over the years. Although Levi's 501 jeans are usually pretty pricey at £100, the Amazon Prime Day sale means you can currently get your hands on them for £39.67 – saving you more than £60.
The Prime Day discount currently only applies to the light blue denim wash in the 90s style, but considering this is the go-to colourway for almost every celebrity out there, we're more than happy to get our hands on a pair. Almost every size is still in stock, and you can pick from any combination of a 23 to a 34 waist and 30 and 32 leg measurement.
One reason the Levi's 501 90s jeans are so popular is because of their fit, which has a mid-rise waistband and a loose, relaxed fit. They tend to be fitted around the waist and hips with a looser fitting leg that makes them look both flattering and effortless, although it's suggested that if you prefer a slimmer fit to opt for a size down from your usual.
Their 100% lightweight cotton material means they're also breathable and comfortable to wear, and retain their shape no matter how often you wear them. Levi's always recommends only washing your jeans after every 10 wears or so, to help preserve their life span and keep them looking as good as the day you bought them.
Although Levi's 501 jeans are the original, plenty of other brands have brought out their own versions, like Abercrombie & Fitch's Mid Rise 90s Straight Jean which are currently £56.99 down from £75. They're one of the brand's best-sellers, coming in seven different colours and washes and a choice of 23 to 37 waist measurements, and five leg lengths spanning extra short to extra long.
Nobody's Child has also launched its Dark Wash Straight Leg jeans which replicated the 501's silhouette by being fitted around the waist and hips with a relaxed straight leg. They're also currently on sale, now £52 down from £75.
However if you want a true classic, Amazon Prime Day is the perfect time to get your hands on Levi's 501 90s jeans at a fraction of the price. In fact they have so much slashed off them you could buy two pairs and still save yourself £20 on the usual price of one pair – definitely a winner.

MANY people feeling strapped for cash are boosting their bank balance with a side hustle. The good news is, there are plenty of simple ways to earn some additional income - but you need to know the rules. When you're employed the company you work for takes the tax from your earnings and pays HMRC so you don't have to. But anyone earning extra cash, for example from selling things online or dog walking, may have to do it themselves. Stephen Moor, head of employment at law firm Ashfords, said: "Caution should be taken if you're earning an additional income, as this is likely to be taxable. "The side hustle could be treated as taxable trading income, which can include providing services or selling products." You can make a gross income of up to £1,000 a year tax-free via the trading allowance, but over this and you'll usually need to pay tax. Stephen added: "You need to register for a self-assessment at HMRC to ensure you are paying the correct amount of tax. "The applicable tax bands and the amount of tax you need to pay will depend on your income." If you fail to file a tax return you could end up with a surprise bill from HMRC later on asking you to pay the tax you owe - plus extra fees on top.

Why Kylie and Kendall Jenner snubbed half-brother Brody's wedding to Tia Blanco despite being on guest list
Kylie Jenner and sister Kendall reportedly turned down their invitations to attend half-brother Brody's wedding to Tia Blanco over the weekend. The lipkit mogul, 27, and the supermodel, 29, were noticeably absent when Brody, 41 — with whom they share the same father, Caitlyn Jenner, 75 — exchanged wows with the surfer, 28, during an intimate ceremony in Malibu on Saturday. And now the reason for why the duo declined their invitations has been revealed. There's no estrangement between the sisters and Brody, a source assured TMZ on Monday, before suggesting they might have skipped the event to 'keep the spotlight on the bride and groom.' This isn't the first time the famous duo has skipped out on Brody's big moments. He previously shared that Kylie and Kendall didn't even RSVP to his commitment ceremony in Bali with then-girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter in 2018. has reached out to Kylie and Kendall's representative for comment. Though his half-siblings were not present, Brody had the support of brothers Brandon and Burt Jenner. Their father, Caitlyn, who transitioned from Bruce in April 2015, also attended but committed a major fashion faux pas. Meanwhile Kendall and Kylie have been enjoying a girls' trip to Europe, with Kylie recently sharing snaps of them frolicking around Saint-Tropez and Tuscany. The sisters did make time to attend Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's lavish Venice nuptials last month. Brody's mom, Linda Thompson, announced the happy news of his marriage to her social media followers, sharing footage of the loved-up couple entering their reception to Natasha Bedingfield's hit single Unwritten. Linda captioned her post on Instagram: 'Mr. and Mrs. Jenner.' The newlyweds exchanged vows in the back yard of Linda's sprawling house. And Brody also shared plenty of videos and photos from the celebration to his Insta Stories. Tia wore an off-the-shoulder lace gown and white veil for the wedding ceremony, while Brody donned a traditional black suit and tie for the special occasion. 'Best night marrying my best friend,' wrote Tia on Instagram. Brody's brother Brandon performed on guitar when the pair walked down the aisle. Though his half-siblings were not present, Brody had the support of Linda, dad Caitlyn Jenner — who transitioned from Bruce in April 2015 — and brothers Brandon and Burt Jenner; (L-R) Brandon, Caitlyn, Brody and Linda pictured in an Instagram snap The sisters did make time to attend Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's lavish Venice nuptials last month; pictured heading to the wedding on June 27 The athlete added, 'My dream backyard wedding came true last night. At home where honey was born. Reliving it over and over! So many thank yous to be said. Can't wait to share all the photos & videos soon.' Images shared to social media show Brody kissing his beautiful bride after saying I do in front of an officiant. Meanwhile Brody's dad Caitlyn committed a classic wedding faux pas and was spotted wearing an all-white gown to the ceremony in a video shared to social media. The color white is traditionally only reserved for the bride or at times the entire bridal party if it's a white-themed affair. Brody's father was married to Thompson from 1981 to 1986. Caitlyn and Thompson also share son Brandon, 44. The former Olympian shares Burt, 46, and Cassandra Marino, 45, with first ex-wife, Chrystie Scott. Caitlyn welcomed Kendall and Kylie with third ex-wife, Kris Jenner, 69. Caitlyn has had a strained relationship with the boys over the years. Earlier this year Brody shared that he got a 'real, sincere apology' from Caitlyn after he expressed feeling neglected during the Olympian's rise to fame with the Kardashians. 'It was the first time in my life that I've ever gotten an apology,' Brody shared on Special Forces: World's Toughest Test. 'You know, "I'm sorry for not being there."' Caitlyn was married to Kris for 23 years, from 1991 to 2015, and was a step-parent to Kris's four children from her previous marriage: Khloe, Kourtney, Kim, and Rob Kardashian. Brody has long had a rocky relationship with the Kardashians despite appearing on some episodes of their reality show. Brody and Kim had a massive falling out when he was told he could not bring his then-new girlfriend Kaitlynn to Kim's wedding to Kanye West. In return, the Kardashian brood weren't invited to his commitment ceremony in Bali that took place in 2018. Brody's younger half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were invited, but according to the star, didn't even RSVP. 'My two little sisters, we never even heard from them. They never even RSVP'd I don't think … We sent them an invite but we never heard back. I would have loved to have had them there,' he told People at the time. Brody's relatipnship with the Kardashian family has had it's ups and downs. April 2016 saw Brody completely isolate himself from his step siblings, when he was heard saying: 'They're not my f**king family,' after someone congratulated him on his family's (meaning the Kardashian-Jenner's) success.
