Kilmarnock left back Ndaba flies out for Lecce medical
The 25-year-old is all set to complete his transfer and put pen to paper on a three-year contract, with option to extend for another two seasons.
He can then meet up with the squad in their Bressanone pre-season training camp.

Ndaba plays primarily as a left-back, but can also work in central defence, in a more advanced role down the left flank or even in central midfield if required.
Formerly of Ipswich Town, Chelmsford, Ayr United, Burton Albion, Salford, Fleetwood and of course Kilmarnock, last season he made 38 competitive appearances for his club, contributing one goal and one assist.
The situation is moving rapidly, as Football Insider only confirmed today that Kilmarnock had accepted and offer and he would start talks for personal terms.

Chivu Confident Ahead Of New Inter Milan Season: ‘This Group Has Proven That It Can Overcome Any Difficulties'
Cristian Chivu believes that this Inter Milan group has 'proven it can overcome any difficulties.' The new Nerazzurri coach gave his thoughts in a press conference ahead of the start of the new season, as reported by FCInterNews. Cristian Chivu is just a few weeks from the start of his first season as Inter Milan coach. The Romanian took over from Simone Inzaghi at the start of June after the latter's decision to step down in order to earn big at Al-Hilal. Chivu has already coached a few matches at the Club World Cup. But now, he will have a full preseason as well as several new signings in which to really put his stamp on the team. It won't be easy for Chivu. This Inter team endured the double bitter blow of losing out on the Serie A title by one point on the final day of last season, followed by a crushing 5-0 defeat at the hands of PSG in the Champions League final. Then, the Club World Cup wasn't much better. After some promising signs in the group stage, Inter suffered eliminating from the round of sixteen by Fluminense. And that brought some tensions in the team to the surface. After the match, Inter captain Lautaro Martinez all but called out Hakan Calhanoglu over recent transfer rumours. Martinez spoke passionately, imploring 'whoever wants to leave, leave.' The outburst from the captain showed the real scale of Chivu's task getting this Inter team ready for the new season. (Photo by) As far as what he needs from his players, new Inter coach Cristian Chivu emphasized 'integrity and the desire to overcome everything.' 'The desire to overcome difficult moments. This group has already proven that they can do that, that they can even overcome the worst difficulties.' 'Because that's the only way we can move forward,' Chivu said. 'And fight for titles.' 'We never look back, or look to the past,' said the new Inter coach of how the team can put the end of last campaign behind them. 'We're not looking for revenge. But we're focusing on the present, to build the future.' Chivu noted that 'we've inherited a situation built over several years, in which Inter has always been at the top, whether we win titles or not.' 'We'll do our best,' the Romanian promised. 'Giving our all to achieve our goals.' Then, the Inter coach noted that 'in words everything is simple.' 'But in reality, everything is harder. But this group of players has shown over time that they're united, and have a desire to make an impact.' Chivu stressed that Inter want to 'remain at the top of Italian, European, and world football.' Chivu Promises 'Aggressive, Vertical & Balanced' Football At Inter LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – JUNE 11: Head coach Cristian Chivu of FC Internazionale Milano after disembarking at Los Angeles International Airport for FIFA Club World Cup 2025 on June 11, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by) Meanwhile, Chivu gave a preview of what his tactical approach will be like at Inter. This amid reports that the 44-year-old has been working to implement a switch to a 3-4-2-1 formation. 'These are numbers,' said the coach. 'But principles are what matter. And our intention is to be aggressive, vertical, and balance.' 'And to achieve results through the moments in a match, and in a season,' added the new Nerazzurri coach. Chivu spoke about having 'the right spirit to maintain and remain a competitive team.' 'That's our goal,' the coach made clear. 'The expectations have been the same since this team was founded,' he went on. 'To always be competitive, to establish an identity, and to maintain loyalty and passion to achieve our goals.' 'I believe that what this group has achieved in the last few years is a testament to what we've created so far,' the coach continued. 'A winning team that reaches two Champions League finals and one Europa League final is proof of a solid group.' Chivu Declares 'We Don't Need To Copy Anyone' PASADENA, CALIFORNIA – JUNE 17: Cristian Chivu, Head Coach of FC Internazionale Milano, reacts following the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 group E match between CF Monterrey and FC Internazionale Milano at Rose Bowl Stadium on June 17, 2025 in Pasadena, California. (Photo by) Meanwhile, Chivu stated that 'we don't need to copy anyone.' 'Nor make any slogans,' he added. 'We just want to stay competitive.' However, the coach did add that 'this will be an Inter that tries to be more unpredictable and hybrid.' 'And they're capable of it,' Chivu was confident. 'We can adapt to football matches.' And Chivu also spoke about how Inter managed to digest the disappointing end of last season. 'We were in Charlotte,' recalled the coach. 'There was a discussion about things that happened but weren't said.' 'These things are a part of every dressing room,' he added. 'And part of a group that has a strong desire to win.' 'The group needs a bit of clarity now and then,' he concluded.
