Insta-glam home comes with roulette table, Ferrari garage
Mosman will open its doors at 11am tomorrow (August 2) for half an hour, marking only the second public viewing of the property after the first inspection drew a crowd of more than 300 people.
FBI Interiors owners Michael and Natalie Ajaje worked with Tim Stewart Architects and McBryde Builders to bring the epic build to life and say their vison for the home was simple.
'We wanted to build one of the best houses in Bulimba, if not Brisbane,' Mr Ajaje said.
Set on an 814sq m block, the home is known as 'Mosman' and marks the latest in a series of designer properties that the Ajajes have completed in recent years.

Qld property: How much your home is worth now
Described as their 'biggest and best' project to date, it spans three levels and has a commanding street presence due to timber cladding and white battened façade.
'The façade is very unique,' Mr Ajaje conceded.
'It's designed to set the house apart as it's a beautiful home and it deserves to stand out.'
Inside, the attention to luxury detail continues, with the five-bedroom residence boasting a beach club back yard, yoga studio, roulette table, eight-car basement garage, and a bespoke circular staircase that cost an eye watering $250,000.
'It's a house with a lot of big-ticket items,' Mr Ajaje said.
'That staircase is a stunner. It's like a piece of art that you might see in the Hilton or a museum.'
Featuring soaring ceilings, curves, texture and a clever use of space, the property is also designed to be functional.
'It's three levels with a lift and suits everyone from large families to professional couples and even the bachelor lifestyle,' Mr Ajaje said.
Upstairs are four of the property's five ensuited bedrooms including a sprawling 120sq m master suite that's the size of an average three-bedroom apartment.
It comes complete with a dressing room worthy of a Rodeo Drive retailer and an ensuite that would be equally at home in an upmarket wellness retreat.
'We've used all the tools we love,' Mr Ajaje said.
'The aim was to create something that offers easy living, is modern and on trend where there are lots of zones for people to retreat to or come together.'
The central level is all about that communal lifestyle and features an open plan lounge and kitchen space leading out to the outdoor entertaining area overlooking the pool and back yard.
'People love the size of the home and that area out the back,' Mr Ajaje said.
'It's the ultimate entertainer with a beach club vibe and it's built to stand the test of time.'
Downstairs, the basement area includes a games room with casino grade roulette table, a wellness space including yoga room, and a fully tiled, eight-car garage with Ferrari mural.
'The basement ensures there's parking for everyone, but it could also easily be converted to a fully standalone living space to accommodate multi-generational living,' Mr Ajaje said.
'Mosman' is listed with Sarah Hackett of Place and is located at 23 Henderson St, Bulimba.
'I'd love to see it go to a local family with younger or older kids,' Mr Ajaje said.
'It's a beautiful big house that's among the best in Brisbane right now and if you miss it, you could be waiting a long time for something similar.'

Justin Bieber drops Yukon music video: Intimate moments with Hailey and Jack, will he tour Swag album in 2026?
Justin Bieber has released the music video for his latest single 'Yukon,' and it puts his family front and centre. The black-and-white video, directed by Cole Bennett, shows Bieber, his wife Hailey, and their son Jack Blues enjoying time together on a yacht, capturing candid and affectionate family moments. Clips throughout the video highlight the family's close bond, with Bieber seen singing, dancing, and surfing, while Hailey holds Jack and the couple lovingly interact with their young son. The Biebers chose to share footage that offers a glimpse into their family life, while still protecting Jack's privacy. Yukon is part of Bieber's seventh studio album, Swag, released in July. According to a press release, the album reflects Justin's life as a husband and father, and brings a more personal and reflective sound to his music. The video for Yukon further underscores this theme, with lyrics and imagery focused on family and devotion. The couple welcomed Jack, their first child, in August 2024, and have shared glimpses of their life as parents since then. After a four-year break from releasing full-length projects, the Canadian pop superstar dropped his highly anticipated seventh studio album on July 11. The album is Bieber's first since 2021's Justice, a critically acclaimed and commercially successful release that featured chart-topping hits and marked a mature evolution in his sound. His return to music was teased with a series of billboard ads sprawled across Los Angeles and Iceland bearing the word 'Swag', which was a hint at the album's title. Bieber also shared a set of photos on his Instagram story featuring his wife Hailey Bieber and their son Jack Blues, which are part of the album's official artwork. A digital billboard lit up New York City's Time Square, revealing that the album includes 20 tracks. The exciting news comes after months of speculation around Bieber's health. He was forced to cancel Australian and New Zealand tour dates in 2023 after facial paralysis from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Fans are hoping Bieber's new album could mean more music, or a July, Bieber posted to Instagram a video singing captioned: 'Can't wait for this liveskiiiiiiiiiiiii so fun to sinnggggggggg', which could very much be interpreted as he's planning a tour.

Aspiring Russian influencer mum breaks spine attempting viral Nicki Minaj-inspired TikTok challenge
A Russian mommy blogger broke her spine while attempting the viral Nicki Minaj stiletto challenge that has taken TikTok by storm. Mariana Barutkina, 32, an aspiring influencer with just over 1,200 followers on Instagram, tried the 'Super Bass' singer-inspired trend just weeks after giving birth — ending up back in the doctor's office after taking a scary tumble, TMZ reported. Video posted by Barutkina on Instagram shows her attempting to one-foot squat in heels on a baby formula container, which is balanced on a sauce pot that is itself placed on a marble-topped kitchen island. The pot slips and the self-confessed newbie mommy blogger falls backwards off the counter and towards the ground causing the serious injury. 'I decided to start blogging, the first content shooting – and here I am leaving the doctor diagnosed with 'Th9 compression bending uncomplicated fracture of the body,'' Barutkina wrote in the caption. 'The irony? Karma? Or just life, which always tests our strength at the most unexpected moment.' Barutkina was attempting the acrobatic 'Nicki Minaj 'High School' Challenge,' which sees wannabe influencers and trend-hoppers recreate the Bronx rapper's iconic pose from the 2013 music video 'High School.' Many posers add levels of difficulty in bids to go viral — including balancing in heels on stacked dumbbells, on stacked bottles of wine, and even traffic cones.
