This Morning's resident psychologist and expert, Emma Kenny, has joyously welcomed her fourth child into the world at 52. The beloved television personality and her younger husband Pete, aged 34, are now proud parents to a newborn baby girl.
Emma excitedly took to Instagram to share news of her daughter Ella-Grey's birth, posting an array of adorable snapshots. In her heartwarming social media update, Emma announced, "Say hi Ella-Grey And then we were six! Say hello Ella-Grey! This morning she entered the world with a very loud cry. The Royal Bolton hospital have been fantastic and ensured that we have both been looked after brilliantly."
Already mum to Tyde, 22, Evan, 20, and little Etta-Blue, who made her entrance in 2023, Emma's happiness at the arrival of her fourth child is bittersweet. She revealed the recent passing of her mother, explaining the emotional impact: "I lost my mum suddenly a couple of weeks back, and it's really strange knowing that neither of my babies will get to know their grandparents.....they would have loved them as older my boys did before them."

Decades ago, Emma welcomed two sons, and now the family dynamic shines with her two younger daughters, one nearly two years old and the latest just arrived. Emma shared her surprise and delight over her newest addition: "Ella-Grey has been lying on me all day, she latched on immediately and is as wonderful as I imagined she would be.....but like her sister.....I am blindsided that she is a girl," she expressed.
"So, now I have two very big boys of 20 and 22, and two tiny girls aged 1 day and 23 months.", reports the Mirror.
She shared her emotional journey following the tragic loss of her father, revealing that she once believed happiness was out of reach.
"When my dad took his life in 2019, I never thought I would be happy again, but in truth I couldn't have been more wrong, I've learnt we are more than simply built to withstand suffering, we are programmed to learn, and grow, and develop courage through it. I cannot change what happened but I can embrace the gifts that grief brought me," she penned in a heartfelt message.

Wrapping up her update, she expressed gratitude towards her steadfast supporters: "Thank you to all of you who have spent years supporting me. You stood beside me in the dark times and you gave me so many new career directions that these days I don't need invites off the MSM! Thank you, all of you, for so much more than you could possibly know xxx."
The announcement was met with an outpouring of love and congratulations on the birth of her child. A fan commented: "Massive congrats! You are such a massive inspiration :)," while another conveyed their joy: "Awww congratulations to you both, your girls will be besties! It is hard when the younger ones don't get to know your parents the same way as older siblings, I feel my youngest missed out on so much too, best wishes to your lovely family."
Ruth Langsford expressed her joy for Emma and her partner with a heartfelt note, sharing: "Congratulations both" while Natasha Hamilton sent her own elated message: "So happy for you Emma - what a beautiful little girl, huge congratulations to you all xxx."
The television presenter managed to keep her pregnancy secret until the previous week when she took to Instagram, surprising followers with news of her impending arrival. Standing mirror-side and showing off her bump, Emma shared with her fans: "Last show before I give birth! 9 months pregnant, quite happy to go into labour on stage....so any of you with health care qualifications at my Killer Couples, Liverpool Empire show tonight please be prepared!".
Emma didn't shy away from divulging her quick return to the limelight post-birth, stating: "Back on stage in September.....but for now it's time for baby, 2 year old, filming YouTube and Facebook and going on a road trip to Italy the minute this babies fast track passport arrives! X."
Her current pregnancy was treated with the same discretion as that of her third child, Etta-Blue, whom she also chose not to disclose publicly before welcoming in 2023.
Reflecting on her life as a new mother in her fifties, Emma confessed to feelings of selfishness, but nonetheless adores motherhood. She confided in OK!
magazine back in 2023 following her third child's birth: "I felt a great deal of selfishness all the way up until giving birth.
"There are moments when I think, 'I wish I could have another 20 years with etta.' I could beat myself up about it, but my best friend died at 43, so you don't always get the time that's promised to you. I'll have conversations with Etta about it as she gets older."
Emma endured a decade of rigorous IVF treatments to conceive her daughter Etta, and tragically suffered multiple miscarriages. She previously shared: "For 10 years I tried to have her and failed constantly. I'll have to process my grief over the fact that I couldn't have her at 42 or 45.
"I feel I've had years stolen from my child, but I'm very grateful for having her."

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom finally address split rumours after cryptic posts

After endless speculation and cryptic social media activity, Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry have finally addressed their split. The Lord of the Rings actor, 48, began dating Teenage Dream pop star Katy, 40, in 2016, and they share a daughter, Daisy Dove, born in 2020. While they've been pretty rock solid for a while as far as the public is concerned—not counting their brief split in 2017—recently rumours have been swirling that they've parted ways. As a result, fans have been paying very close attention to the actions of both stars (such as Katy's obvious tears on stage at her final tour show) and what they're posting online. And while neither Katy nor Orlando has explicitly commented on the reports themselves, their representatives have now issued a statement. They told Us Weekly: 'Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry's relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting.' They continued: 'They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is—and always will be—raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect.' This marks the first official comment from their camps on the matter and follows a multi-layered post from Orlando hinting at 'loneliness'. Taking to Instagram, where he boasts seven million followers, Orlando reposted a carousel of quotes from Swiss psychiatrist and psychotherapist Carl Jung yesterday. Among the pics was the quote: 'Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself.' It didn't take long for Orlando's followers to take notice of the words, theorising that they could have a deeper meaning for him. 'You are not alone😢😢😢', wrote @sate_058.' 'Preach. it's nice to sit down to think about things like this. Good for the brain 🙌💙', commented @orlandobloomhq. 'We in our therapy era 👏', added @mhapriso. June 26 was when US outlet People seemingly confirmed that Orlando and Katy were not together anymore. That same day, the movie star jetted to Italy for the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, where he rubbed shoulders with fellow A-list guests, such as the Kardashians and Sydney Sweeney. Meanwhile, it has always been believed that their young daughter is both Orlando and Katy's priority as they navigate the huge life change, as echoed in their new message to the press. Sources have claimed that the former couple 'had to admit' they would be better parents to their four-year-old if they weren't a couple. Another insider said: 'At a certain point, they had to admit it's better for Daisy to see their parents separately, then she won't grow up feeling the tension and animosity.' The Dark Horse hitmaker and her former husband-to-be, who proposed in 2019, now want to 'protect' their 'angel' daughter against 'anything adverse'. 'They are there for Daisy and have been,' added the source. 'They want to keep a friendly relationship so each can be around her separately or together.' However, some reckon Orlando is already looking to start afresh, as he reposted another motivational quote the other day about 'new beginnings'. From the account @taomeditations, it read: 'Each day is a new beginning. What we do today is what matters most.' As for Katy, fans have noticed she's ditched her dazzling engagement ring on public outings. Her absence from Orlando's side at the Bezos wedding also set alarm bells off, despite him continuing to 'like' her Insta posts. Over the years, Orlando and Katy have become one of showbusiness's hottest couples—and they certainly haven't been shy in sharing the more intimate details about their relationship. Who could forget Katy's Call Her Daddy podcast interview last year, in which she confessed she'd perform oral sex on her man if he washed the dishes? More Trending On a less explicit note, though, she has spoken about her love for him, such as her interview on SiriusXM mid-pandemic. 'What I have actually learned, some of the positive… because he's seen it all, and God bless him, he's still here,' she said of quarantining together. 'It's amazing and commendable. I have definitely tested him, like… 'Oh, yeah, you think you can handle me?'' In a previous post for his first Father's Day, she also described him as 'the healer of [her] heart and the giver of my greatest gift'. Got a story? Jota was that rare breed - a player you admired regardless of who you support

If you don't follow football but you're wondering why the torrent of tributes to Diogo Jota has been so relentless, here are some of the reasons. Yes, the Liverpool footballer was an outstanding, versatile player, arguably the best finisher in the English champions' squad on his day. Yes, he lifted everything there was to win during his five years at Anfield. And yes, he scored crucial goals last season to help them to win the title, including the winner - his last ever goal - in the Merseyside derby against Everton in April. But he was also low maintenance, high in the good energy that attracts kindred spirits and universal respect. He wasn't ever pictured falling out of nightclubs, engaging in unseemly Twitter/X controversies or involved in the pantomime, Baller League-type flare ups we see on Instagram. Jota, the man, was summed up by the pictures that have so dominated the news agenda over the past 24 hours. A family man, a devoted man, taken too soon when the car he was in with his younger brother, Andre Silva, came off the road in north-west Spain on Thursday night. They'd been driving through northern Spain to catch an overnight ferry to the UK for pre-season which had been due to start on Monday. Jota had been advised not to fly following lung surgery, according to reports in Portugal. But the Lamborghini the siblings were in was said to have blown a tyre while overtaking on the A-52 at Cernadilla near Zamora - just ten miles over the border. We continue to await confirmation of the full, tragic circumstances. But what we do know is that Jota was loved. He was cherished within his club and adored within his native Portugal. He was the kind of guy who played computer games in his spare time. A guy who was still paying to play for his local club Gondomar at the age of 16, an age when some talented players in England are already pushing for a place in Premier League teams. He was a footballer whose lack of malice, hostility and animosity during matches came as a refreshing antidote to so many of the tiresome antics we see at the elite level of domestic and European football. He was a father, a son, most recently a husband whose low key life away from the game was summed up by the fact that he was with his brother when the tragedy struck. It doesn't seem real to be talking about him in the past tense. Jota - aged 28. A man barely past the first few chapters of his life. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to suggest he was that rare breed - the kind of player you admired regardless of which team you support. An army of top clubs and their fans had admired Jota and the 17 goals he'd scored to help Wolves into the Premier League as champions before Liverpool gazumped them all to sign him, five years ago. How do the Premier League Champions now focus on football beyond this? How do they park their grief and get on the game again? It is a given that the game will wrap its collective arms around Jota's family. But if we as journalists and fans are rocked by his sudden heartbreaking loss, what about Jota's close friends and colleagues in that dressing room. What about his bosses even? Sadly, Liverpool have a history stretching back decades of dealing with the kind of trauma they simply should not have to bear. And the sadness of it all is in the timing. He was just 28. No age. In May, he'd celebrated winning the Premier League title with Liverpool, he posted pictures all over his socials. In June he helped Portugal to win the Nations League international tournament alongside the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo. And less than two weeks ago he was married. Gorgeous pictures on his social media accounts of him with his childhood sweetheart, Rute Cardoso and his three children. Now, in the blink of an eye, she is a widow. He has been taken away from them. Football comes very much second to the magnitude of the chasm left in the Jota family. It will never be filled. What we do know is that he will never be forgotten.

Jenny hit the road last September with her Out of the Box tour, which ran until November. Watch as The Chase's Jenny Ryan reveals new role away from ITV show At the time she shared her excitement and nerves about stepping away from her stern quizmaster persona with the new venture. Speaking to show host Ed Balls on GMB, Jenny explained: "We took the show to Edinburgh Fringe last year really on sort of a whim. "It's a big risk to take something like this, as presenters know, after a stern role and you try something new. "It's a bit of a challenge for people to change their expectations and perceptions of you." The former MP joked "Tell me about it!", referencing his segue from a political career into presenting. When Ranvir Singh suggested that Jenny might find it difficult to return to The Chase after opening up to audiences, she said: "Putting myself out there to show a softer side of me, putting everything out there, my background, everything… was a bit of a risk. "But we sold out [at the Fringe] and we got such excellent feedback."
