Jeff Brazier beams as he reunites with son Freddie in sweet snap despite family feud

TV presenter Jeff Brazier has reunited with sons Freddie and Bobby amid a legal dispute and ongoing family tensions as Freddie continues to face his personal struggles Jeff Brazier has reunited with sons Bobby and Freddie for a rare family gathering, despite rising tensions behind the scenes. ‌ The 46-year-old TV presenter was joined by his two sons, whom he shared with the late Jade Goody, as well as other relatives, to celebrate his mother Janette's birthday. ‌ Posting a smiling family photo, Jeff wrote: "Lovely to have the full squad together yesterday to celebrate my Mum's birthday. Will always be in her debt for the help she has been over the years." ‌ The warm family moment is in stark contrast to the seemingly strained relationship between Jeff, 46, and Freddie, 20. Recent reports have revealed that Freddi is currently embroiled in a legal battle with his father, who has allegedly taken steps to block him from visiting his maternal grandmother, Jackiey Budden. Jeff is said to be concerned about her influence, with their ongoing disputes stretching back years following the tragic death of Jackiey's daughter Jade, who died after a battle with cervical cancer when she was just 27-years-old. ‌ Despite the turmoil, Jeff appeared on Loose Women on Tuesday share a rare update on his relationship with Freddie. Promoting his role in 101 Dalmatians: The Musical, he spoke about Freddie's interest in seeing him perform. "I was with both the lads yesterday and Freddie is showing more eagerness to come and watch," Jeff said. As for Bobby, the EastEnders actor, Jeff added: "He's been a bit casual about it… Bobby is going to come soon and no doubt there will be a critique that follows. He does trust me, I think he's always admired the fact that I chuck myself in. Whether that's a good idea or not, it soon follows doesn't it?" ‌ It comes as Freddie's year has been marked by several personal challenges which he has documented on his social media platforms. Earlier in 2025, he left the family home to live with his grandmother Jackiey. He later announced plans to enter rehab in Spain due to an addiction to 'smoking,' but ultimately decided against it. ‌ Most recently, he ended his relationship with girlfriend Holly Swimburn, shortly after the couple adopted an adorable dog together. A source told the Mail: "Things got very intense very quickly… but it has turned ugly pretty fast. There has been an almighty fall out and neither party believes they're in the wrong." ‌ Freddie also had a rough encounter at the airport in early July, where he reportedly missed a flight and got into a fight. 'Missed my flight, got punched and got a fine on the train,' he wrote online. 'What a s** day.'* Older brother Bobby later told The Sun: "Freddy will be OK… he's a good boy." He added, "He's very sensitive and wants to please. When he grows up a little bit, that will serve him well."

Charity overwhelmed in Emmerdale surrogacy story as she makes revelation to Mack

A difficult road (Picture: ITV) Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) offered to be Sarah Sugden's (Katie Hill) surrogate when she thought there were no other options, but that selfless offer may be coming back to bite her in Emmerdale. When Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) originally dropped the idea of surrogacy in Sarah's lap Charity was livid – that he would get her hopes up with something that was never going to be viable. Dr Liam (Jonny McPherson) confirmed as much when he told Cain that no agency would touch her with a barge pole given her life expectancy, among other things. Cain then got himself scammed by an agency who took his money and ran, leaving everyone desperate, distraught, and back to square one. So, Charity stepped up. Charity failed to tell Mack about the plan (Picture: ITV) Cain feared it wouldn't work (Picture: ITV) She chose not to share this monumental decision with husband Mack (Lawrence Robb), however, and instead he found out from busybody Pollard (Chris Chittell), and when he learned that his wife planned to carry her great grandchild, he had a few things to say about it. But as things stand, it's full steam ahead with Sarah giddy with excitement over this new plan. She and Charity get prepared for their hospital visit while Mack busies himself with work to try and forget. When he bumps into best pal Aaron (Danny Miller) and confesses he won't be going to the hospital, Aaron tries to get him to have a rethink. Coronation Street's Sam plays a trick on terrified Lily in revenge plot

Sam Blakeman was put in a terrifying situation (Picture: ITV) Young Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) was recently traumatised by a terrifying incident in Coronation Street. Murderer Mick Michaelis (Joe Layton) had escaped from prison, and turned up at Weatherfield High looking for his daughter Joanie (Savanna Pennington). As the menacing figure appeared in the school, some of the pupils recognised him and fled in fear for their lives. Lily Platt (Grace Ashcroft-Gardner) rushed into a nearby classroom and locked the door. Sam was right behind her, but as he made for the safety of the classroom, Lily refused to let him in. Sam was left in the corridor at the mercy of Mick. Luckily Mick was focused on the hunt for Joanie and Sam wasn't hurt, but the fear he experienced has stayed with him and is seriously affecting him. Having heard about Lily's actions, Nick (Ben Price), Toyah (Georgia Taylor) and Leanne (Jane Danson) have been left concerned about what happened and worried that Sam's ordeal will have affected him, especially given that his mother died at the hands of an escaped prisoner – an event that left him deeply traumatised. Mick went in search of Joanie, so he made his way to the school (Picture: ITV) The ordeal has left Sam struggling (Picture: ITV) In upcoming episodes Sam is unable to cope when the family assemble at the bistro for Audrey (Sue Nicholls)'s birthday tea. He hides in the office, shaking with fear. There's worse to come when David (Jack P Shepherd) and Shona (Julia Goulding) try to get Lily to apologise to Sam for her actions, but she tells him that she locked him out of the classroom on purpose. Sam can't believe she would be so callous and the pair argue furiously. Peace seems to have been restored later when the two cousins both attend Eco Club and Nick and Toyah are relieved that they're getting on again. But Sam has other ideas. Lily has made a poster and Sam isn't very impressed by it. After sneering at the poster, Sam tells Lily that there have been six burglaries in the area in recent days. He says that the burglars move the furniture around. Follow Metro Soaps on WhatsApp and get all the latest spoilers first! Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? When Lily gets home she's spooked to find the door ajar. When she goes inside, she sees that the furniture has been moved around. Fearing that they've been burgled, she screams in panic. Has Sam just got his revenge on Lily? And if so, will that be the end of their feud? It's not the end of Sam's ordeal. As he opens up to Toyah about how the incident in the school affected him, he tells her he's been having panic attacks and is living with constant anxiety, it seems he's still feeling deeply troubled by everything that's happened.
