AMANDA SERRANO gets a third shot at Katie Taylor TONIGHT as the two stars meet in their highly-anticipated trilogy fight!
Taylor defeated seven-weight world champion Serrano in a 2022 battle that was billed as the biggest fight in female boxing history.
But the Irish icon's second successive win over her Puerto Rican rival was overshadowed by boos as the crowd believed Serrano, battling with a bloody eye, deserved more.
Fast forward eight months, and the pair will go toe-to-toe all over again, and there is a cracking undercard taking place ahead of the huge Madison Square Garden bust-up.

Cameron eyeing Taylor vs Serrano winner
English boxer Chantelle Cameron will be looking to set up a meeting with the winner of tonight's main event should she beat the experienced Jessica Camara.
Cameron has already achieved something that Serrano has not in defeating Taylor.
The 34-year-old stunned the world of boxing when she beat the Bray Bomber by majority decision in May 2023.
The pair had a rematch, which Taylor won, but a decisive trilogy bout could be in the making should they both have their arms raised tonight.
Speaking about a potential trilogy fight with Taylor, Cameron said: 'I'm told I will fight the winner of Katie versus Amanda, because I'm the WBC interim champion.
'I don't say I'm confident of getting a third fight with Katie though because the trilogy fight with her should have happened a long time ago. I've fought her in Dublin twice and she told me after the second one in the ring that the trilogy fight will happen.
'I thought it was signed and sealed, I agreed the date and venue, and I was actually taking less money for it than the first two fights. But then I got told she wanted an easier fight next and was fighting her mandatory instead of me.
'She didn't want to fight me again and has she changed her mind? Probably not.'

Our city is being ruined by 'billionaires' playground'... we're being forced out by tourists

A Texas city is becoming a billionaires' playground as it moves forward with a new sports arena that locals are riling against. A project that was initially code-named Project Marvel is facing huge backlash from local residents who have no desire for a new San Antonio Spurs arena to be constructed downtown. 'We don't need to provide a $4.5 billion playground for tourists and billionaires that does not provide economic development for our city,' Father Jimmy Drennan, of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, told the San Antonio Express-News. For years, there have been talks amongst city officials about building a new Spurs arena behind closed doors and forcing consultants and developers to sign nondisclosure agreements. But locals don't want their taxpaying money to go toward the new arena, which they say, won't get any love from those residing there, only tourists and billionaires. 'This is a business deal with the Spurs and the city. It should also be a business deal for us,' Patrick Stolmeier, a local, told The Express-News. Anne Alexander cofounded a campaign called Stop! Project Marvel and several of her organization's signs - which read: 'No! Project Marvel' - have been popping up in plenty of neighborhoods since. The campaign might become a thorn in politicians' sides as more and more residents are becoming disdainful about the project. And locals are angered by the lack of transparency and communication and don't want it to be on the ballot in November. 'There are too many unanswered questions, including costs, economic benefits, alternatives, and financing,' Alexander's campaign said in a statement. 'Is downtown for the people or just for tourists?' Alexander's cofounder, Annalisa Peace, questioned. They also worry about traffic jams from the all the tourists coming downtown and whether or not locals would even be able to afford tickets to the games, which is currently held at the Frost Bank Center on the East Side. The average income in San Antonio is $34,000 for an individual and $63,000 for a household. 'When I tell people: "Would you like to sign in opposition?" they grab it out of my hands to try to sign it,' Mike Phillips, a COPS/Metro Alliance, an interfaith group that opposes the arena, told the outlet. Assistant City Manager, Lori Houston, told The Express-News that officials hear the backlash, but said the city has no desire to cancel their plans. 'I've heard people say: "How do I stop this project?" You take a vote,' she said on Tuesday. 'But we don't want to stop this project.' Tourism is a huge moneymaker for the Southern city and adding the arena downtown would help increase foot traffic and help finance the area through taxes on hotels and rental cars. Officials also worry that if the area isn't built, the basketball team could look elsewhere and that would lower the city's profit margin. And not every resident is viciously opposed to it and Keely Petty told The Express-News that she believes it could put San Antonio on the map next to Houston and Dallas. The city is also looking to expand the convention center again, which could cost up to $900million and would have to move the San Antonio Water System chilled water plant to do so. How much it would cost to move the water system is unknown.

WNBA player stuns fans with comment on teammate's body

Surprises have been around every corner in the Golden State Valkyries' inaugural campaign in the WNBA - with the team performing much better than expected and stars winning over the hearts of the Bay Area. Among those up-and-coming stars is rookie Kaitlyn Chen, who is fresh off winning a national title at UConn and played her way back into the WNBA after initially being waived. The Valkyries drafted her 30th overall in the third round, but waived her in May. However, her strong play in a 3x3 league led to a contract with the team and turned her into a key rotation piece. All the time she's getting is at least one testament to her hard work. Another could be the shape she's in, which attracted praise and attention from her own teammate, Kate Martin. The Valkyries posted a video of Chen arriving before a contest against the Indiana Fever earlier this week and Martin sounded off in the comments. 'Your quads go so hard @ Martin wrote underneath the post. Chen appeared to jokingly fight the praise in response, saying, '@katemartin how do you dislike a comment'. Chen played a role in Golden State's victory over the Fever - shooting 2-of-3 and logging five points, one rebound, three assists, and two steals in 14 minutes of action. Martin did a decent job for herself as well, dropping five points and two rebounds in 19 minutes as she was able to beat her fellow former Iowa Hawkeye guard Caitlin Clark in a 80-61 victory earlier in the week. The Valkyries are the surprise of the league this year. While many projected they'd struggle in their first season, the Valkyries are in line for a playoff spot. At the time of publishing, Golden State is sitting sixth in the WNBA's standings and fourth in the Western Conference standings.
