Latifa Releases Second Part of New Album "Albi Ertah"

Tunisian superstar, Latifa has released the second part of her new album 'Albi Ertah'.
The second patch of the album consists of "Tslamli," "Hawina Hawina," "Akhbarak Eh," "Qabl Ma Teb'ed," and "Kada Aliya El Haneen."
It consists of 14 songs that will be released gradually on digital music platforms.
"Albi Ertah" marks a new milestone in the making of music in the Arab world for it is the first work to be created entirely with Dolby Atmos, an advanced surround sound technology that gives listeners a three-dimensional audio experience.
In a previous statement, Latifa described the album to be 'Completely different' from her previous work.
"The album is completely different from all my previous work, whether in terms of arrangement, lyrics, or composition," Latifa said. "It contains new and innovative musical styles that keep pace with global musical developments,".
"The songs range from joy and pain, nostalgia and sadness, to wounds—real emotions I experienced and touched throughout my artistic and humanitarian career," she added.
Latifa released her latest album, 'Mafesh Mamnoo' in June 2024, which won the Album of the Year at the 2024 DIAFA Awards.
The album consists of 10 songs and features Latifa cooperating with a large number of poets and composers, including Mahmoud Anwar, Omar El-Masry, Samer Abo Taleb, and Walid Saad.
It also included a collaboration between Latifa and Iraqi superstar Kadim Al Sahir on a single written by the late poet Karim Al Iraqi.

Egypt's Culture Minister Attends Moroccan Throne Day Celebration in Cairo

Ali abo deshish Dr. Ahmed Fouad Henno, Egypt's Minister of Culture, participated in the celebration hosted by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Cairo, marking the 26th anniversary of King Mohammed VI's ascension to the throne. He attended on behalf of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, alongside a distinguished gathering of officials, diplomats, and cultural and artistic figures from Egypt and across the region. In his remarks, the Minister emphasized the deep-rooted historical ties between Egypt and Morocco, built on mutual respect and constructive cooperation—especially in cultural fields, which he described as vital bridges between nations. 'What unites Egypt and Morocco is a shared civilizational and human heritage, reflecting a unique convergence in values and visions. This occasion celebrates the Moroccan people's loyalty to their leadership and the nation's ongoing developmental achievements under King Mohammed VI,' said Dr. Henno. He also highlighted Egypt's appreciation for its close relationship with Morocco and stressed the importance of expanding cultural and artistic collaboration in the face of shared regional challenges. Moroccan Ambassador to Egypt, H.E. Mohamed Ait Ali, expressed his pleasure at the minister's presence, noting it reflects the strength of Moroccan-Egyptian relations. Mohamed Mounir Drops Single "Ana Allazy"

Yara Sameh 'The King' Mohamed Mounir has dropped his new song "Ana Allazy" on YouTube and music digital platforms. Written by Bassem Adel and composed by Essam Karika, the track marks the third song to arrive from Mounir's upcoming album. The LP consists of 10 songs and is produced by Rotana. He previously offered his fans the first taste of the record with the release of "Malamehna," followed by "El zoua El Aaly," featuring Tamer Hosny. It features Mounir cooperating with a large number of poets and composers, including Hala El Zayat, Menna El Kiey, Tamer Hussein, Aziz El-Shafei, Ehab Abd Elwahed, and the late Mohamed Rahim. Mounir dropped his last album, 'Bab El-Gamal' ("The Door to Beauty") in August 2021. Mounir, born on October 10, 1954, is one of the Middle East's best singers. He released his 1977 debut solo album, 'Alemony Eneeki' on the Sonar record label, after completing his military service. The superstar has released over 22 albums and six soundtrack albums. Mounir, whose musical career spanned over three decades, presented various genres in his music, such as classical Egyptian Music, Nubian music, blues, jazz, and reggae. Lily James Joins Chris Hemsworth in Submarine Thriller "Subversion"

Yara Sameh Lily James has joined Chris Hemsworth in "Subversion," a submarine thriller that Patrick Vollrath is directing for Amazon MGM. Written by Andrew Ferguson, the story has been described as a 'Die Hard on a submarine' style thriller that follows a once-promising naval commander (Hemsworth) who is blackmailed by a cartel-like organization into piloting a dangerous submarine carrying illegal cargo across international waters." Thrust into a high-stakes game of cat and mouse with a Coast Guard officer (James) in hot pursuit, the commander must outmaneuver blockades and navigate perilous threats both inside and outside the submarine. Production begins in September in Australia. Lorenzo di Bonaventura is producing with executive producers Stephen Shafer and Greg Cohen for di Bonaventura Pictures. James will next be seen opposite Riz Ahmed in David Mackenzie's thriller "Relay," which debuted at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival and hits U.S. theaters on August 22. She is also starring in "Swiped," inspired by Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, a drama that she also produced through her company Parodos Pictures. That film will premiere at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival. The British actress is currently in production on "Harmonia," a psychological drama directed by Guy Nattiv, and recently wrapped "Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo" for director Takashi Miike and Neon.
