This Morning cuts to break after Ben Shephard's crude remark on-air

Daily Record25-06-2025
This Morning presenter Ben Shephard was left in hysterics on Wednesday as he quickly moved on from an interview after a cheeky innuendo.
Ben Shephard, a familiar face on This Morning, encountered an amusingly awkward moment during Wednesday's edition.
While chatting with GK Barry about her upcoming tour, co-hosts Ben and Cat Deeley presented the segment on ITV with much excitement.

However, as they wrapped up the interview, the hosts experienced an unintended gaffe, prompting an abrupt transition to the next part of the show.

Concluding the conversation, Ben quipped: "Good luck with the tour it'll be great fun! any bushes on the tour?"
To which GK humorously retorted: "Just me," leading Ben to jest in return: "Just you? Big bush."
The exchange left the studio bursting with laughter, with Ben attempting to regain his composure, reports Wales Online.
He then quickly directed viewers' attention, saying: "Here's the competition! Take it away!"
GK, whose real name is Grace Keeling, is well known for her participation in the 2024 series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, a defining experience she's drawn upon for her new Jungle Fever tour.

Discussing audience expectations, the 25-year-old acknowledged a shift in her fanbase after her appearance on the reality show, which she's consciously catering to.
Opening up to Ben and Cat, she expressed: "I've got a bit of an older audience now since I'm A Celeb, so I thought this next tour, I'm going to incorporate it for the mums, the girls, the gays, the occasional boyfriend that's brought along.

"I just want it to be a hen do, gone mad, bush tucker trails, loads of audience participation, celeb guests. I want it to be the best night of people's lives, minus their wedding day."
Curious about whether food challenges would be part of her audience's experience, Grace revealed she was inclined towards an alcohol-themed approach.
She elaborated: "I don't really know where I'd get testicles from! I think maybe I'll just make it an alcohol vibe, but I think it should be so much fun. I've been on a few (tours) but this one is bigger and better."

After her stint on I'm a Celeb, Grace has become a familiar face on ITV, rising to fame as the youngest ever panellist on Loose Women.
This year, viewers will have the opportunity to see the 25-year-old TV personality take on an entirely new program titled Celebrity Sabotage.

The overview for the highly anticipated ITV programme states: "Each week, our gang of celebrity saboteurs will be joined by a NEW guest saboteur, including Jill Scott MBE, Fay Ripley, Olivia Attwood, Jo Brand, Guz Khan and Harry Redknapp. Who will join in on all the action and cause even more mischief and mayhem?
"In each episode a fresh set of unsuspecting contestants will arrive, believing they're participating in a brand-new ITV show. These range from cooking challenges and relationship tests to business tasks and even murder mystery games. Little do they know that these shows are completely made up!".
"To make it even more convincing, these fake shows will have believable hosts, including familiar faces such as Clare Balding, Matt and Emma Willis, Monica Galetti, Jason Fox, Sara Davies and Rylan Clark. Everyone involved, from the celebrity saboteurs and the crew to the famous hosts, is in on the secret."
This Morning is available to watch on ITVX.

Massive 90s game show set for reboot as Gordon Ramsay's production team work on new quiz inspired by series

GORDON RAMSAY is developing a new game show which could give us a 21st-century version of The Crystal Maze. Unfortunately the chef has no plans to shave his head to look like the original host Richard O'Brien. 2 Gordon's production house Studio Ramsay Global is in the very early stages of devising the group challenge show – so early, in fact, that it's not yet clear where the show would eventually air. But there would certainly be an appetite for a programme like The Crystal Maze, which became a cult classic when it was shown on Channel 4 from 1990 to 1995. There have been a couple of reboots, including a one-off celebrity edition hosted by Stephen Merchant, but nothing has quite conjured up the magic of the old show. If anyone can do it, surely Gordon can. The Sun revealed in March that Ramsey was set to launch a new baking show. Fans loved his sweary antics on shows such as The F-Word and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. In 2023, Gordon launched Next Level Chef on ITV, but it was axed after only one series. He was looking to have better luck across the pond as he revealed Next Level Baker to FOX. The new spin-off show would test bakers as they attempted to make festive holiday treats across the three levels on the set. One master of the craft would hope to take away the top prize and the crown. My husband Gordon Ramsay missed the birth of our first 4 kids, it's controversial but I didn't want the attention on him Gordon gushed over his new show as he said it takes him back to his roots as a chef. He said: "I'm delighted that Next Level Baker is coming to Fox later this year. "A holiday special, where passionate home cooks, more used to crafting treats for their family, will compete against social media creators; individuals who fill our feeds with photo ready creations, side by side with talented professional pastry chefs, impressing with Michelin starred perfection.' "My very first job was baking in Paris, and to me there is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread." 2

Emily, who gave birth to her first child just over a year ago, was in discussions about the show with Disney+ and the production company Boldprint Studios — but it was not to be. Naked tennis A TV insider said: 'It's not entirely clear why she didn't pursue the show, particularly as it would have proved very lucrative to be working with the streaming giant. 'It would almost certainly have proved very popular with viewers too. But it's fair to say she would have struggled time-wise to fit it in alongside all her other projects and, of course, her most important job of being a mother.' Emily had baby Barney last June with her long-term partner Alistair Garner, and within months, she was juggling being a first-time parent with her TV work. She's just made a second series of Rivals, a Disney+ adaptation of Jilly Cooper's epic bonkbuster novel which debuted last year. Helen Skelton 'rinsing every second' out of relationship

Currently presenting the BBC's flagship morning programme, Morning Live, Cumbria's Helen has been a mainstay on our screens for some time. The 41-year-old mum of three regularly updates viewers and readers on how she stays happy and how she juggles home and professional life. Ahead of entering her 42nd year, Helen reflected on her greatest personal learning. "You've just got to sit in the moment that you're in," she told Hello! We've had lots of new arrivals on the farm over the last few days - one of them being this adorable American Miniature Horse, pictured with mum Pearl! Watch as Farmer Rob checked in on them yesterday: "That's the good thing about being a countryside person and being a sports person. It's the ultimate lesson in that nothing stays the same. "When you're in a good time, just really lean into it and make the most of it – if your relationship is good or your kids are good, just rinse every second of it but equally, the bad times don't last either. Tough times don't stay tough forever. "The only thing that you can be sure of is that the sun is going to rise and the sun is going to set. Accepting that everything changes is really quite liberating." "If they see me doing it all the time, then [they'll learn] it's what you do. It's the last thing they do before they go to bed. It's the first thing they do before they leave the house. "It's just about instilling that habit so that they're not thinking about it."
