There's buzz that JJ Slater, Katie Price's beau, has hit the 'unfollow' button on Conor McGregor's Instagram account.
The rumour mill churns after Katie, 47, was snapped soaking up the sun and fun with the notorious Irish MMA champ, 36, at Wayne Lineker's O Beach club in Ibiza, donning a skimpy red bikini. McGregor has recently made waves with footage surfacing of him allegedly throwing a punch at a chap in a nightclub on the party isle.
Words on the street have it that JJ, famed from Married at First Sight UK, un-checked McGregor on Insta following half a year of digital camaraderie sparked when Katie introduced the two at McGregor's pub back in Ireland. It seems JJ opted out of following McGregor upon spotting images of him and Katie loving life in Ibiza.
An insider divulged to The Sun: "Katie was already following Conor on socials, and after that he followed her back and JJ also started following Conor. Now, after Katie was snapped partying with Conor in Ibiza, JJ has unfollowed Conor."
The source added that JJ wasn't chuffed with the snaps of Katie and Conor painting the town in Ibiza, saying "He didn't like seeing the pictures of them having a whale of a time on the party island, he thought it looked disrespectful.", reports the Daily Star.
The Daily Star is on the case, reaching out to JJ's reps for their take.
One eye-catching shot from Ibiza showcased Katie snuggling up with Conor alongside her top mate Ryan Mira. Posting the pic on his Instagram, Ryan captioned it: "What a day @thenotoriousmma @katieprice [Irish flag emoji]."
Wayne Lineker, lord of O Beach, piped up in the comments: "What a guy what a girl what a gay."
Not missing a beat, Katie re-broadcasted Ryan's post on her own Instagram Stories, and Conor went on to share a snapshot featuring him with the ex-glamour model.
Katie Price was pictured looking cosy with her man, the ex-UFC champ, who was all smiles in shades and a cap, as he shared a snap with the caption: "'@katieprice forever".
Despite experiencing ups and downs, it's believed Katie is eager to walk down the aisle with JJ, whom she has been seeing since last year.
Following JJ's diabetes revelation, Katie reached out to him and their spark ignited over coffee. Katie discussed this moment with Woman's Own saying, "I'd read in the paper that he'd got diabetes. I thought, 'Wow, that's quite harsh,' as diabetes is a life-changing thing to have."
She contacted JJ expressing concern over his diabetes, which led to an unexpected twist as JJ admitted to feeling embarrassed because he'd messaged her two years prior without a response, leading Katie to reflect, "I messaged and said, 'I hope you're okay with your diabetes'. And he said, 'Oh, I'm really embarrassed.' I went 'Why?' Turns out he'd messaged me two years ago but I never saw it. It must have been deleted so it was obviously meant to be."
Their relationship went public in February after much speculation, and although Katie admits she's not at her happiest nor feels entirely free, she clarifies that her feelings are no reflection on JJ, hinting it's something she needs to address for herself. She describes him as, "He's the most kindest, genuine, easygoing, chilled person. But do I feel my most happiest and do I feel free? No. It's not a reflection on him, maybe that's what I need to change for myself."
