But the Nerazzurri don't want to wait forever. They can't have this uncertainty for the rest of the summer.
Therefore, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are keen to sort things out before preseason training starts.
If Calhanoglu is going to go, Inter want to get it done quickly and move for a replacement. In that respect, Atalanta's Ederson is reportedly the priority.
And if Calhanoglu is going to stay then Inter will be keen to have him reintegrated into the squad by the time preparations for next season start in a little over two weeks.

Crespo turns 50. Happy birthday to Hernan Crespo!
Refined technique, ice coolness in the area and a simply unparalleled flair for goal. Today, Hernán Crespo turns 50: he has played a huge part in Inter's history books and even today he remains in the heart of every Nerazzurri fan. Born on 5 July 1975 in Florida, near Buenos Aires, Crespo was nickname "Valdanito" for his technical and physical resemblance to Jorge Valdano. And just like Valdano, Hernán was an elegant forward, powerful in the box and incredibly good at finding the net at the right time. The Argentinian star lit up European football, and he had two important stages of his career with Inter. Advertisement He first spell in black and blue was back in 2002/03: he got 16 goals in 30 appearances and had a great Champions League campaign, throughout which he scored nine goals, leading Inter to the semi-final. A huge impact, and a season that left its trace. After going to Chelsea, Hernán came back to wear the Nerazzurri shirt in the summer of 2006. Three seasons, 87 games, 30 goals, back-to-back Scudettos and two Italian Supercups. It was an adventure full of success and unforgettable moments. His overall record for Inter speaks volumes: 117 appearances and 46 goals. The numbers of a great goal-scorer. And if you look at the modern Champions League, Crespo has a special place in Nerazzurri history: with 11 goals he is one of Inter's top scorers in the competition. The image of Crespo celebrating in front of the crowds with his arms up is still part of many fans' memories. Hernán was not just a great forward, but an important part of Inter history and all of the Nerazzurri family wish him all the very best!

Princess Beatrice Brings French Girl Style to Wimbledon in a Striped Sandro Skirt Set
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. The excitement of Royal Ascot might be over, but the 2025 Wimbledon championships kicked off on Monday, June 30—and the royal fashion is already as hot as the heat wave sweeping Britain at the moment. Princess Beatrice and her mother, Sarah Ferguson, were the first royals to attend this year's tournament, and the Duchess of York's eldest daughter leaned into French girl style for their mother/daughter day out. Sandro has long been a favorite brand of royals like Princess Kate and Queen Letizia, and Beatrice chose a crisp cotton blouse and coordinating skirt from the French retailer. The cropped shirt isn't your basic button-up, though—Bea's blouse featured white floral cutouts embellished with summery beading. She tucked the top into a matching cotton skirt with a flounced hem and the same cutout detail, wearing her hair down in loose waves and carrying a taupe leather clutch. View Deal View Deal Meanwhile, the Duchess of York went for a bold floral style from another royally approved brand, wearing a bright green Me+Em midi dress with keyhole detail. Ferguson joins fellow Me+Em fans Duchess Sophie and the Princess of Wales, both of whom have worn the British designer's fashion-forward pieces on numerous occasions. It's expected that Princess Kate—who serves as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club—will attend at least one match during the championships, which end July 13 this year. In 2024, the Princess of Wales attended the men's finals with daughter Princess Charlotte and sister Pippa Middleton, marking her second appearance of the year as the princess battled cancer. Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso addresses Rodrygo Goes form and Endrick Felipe future
Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso has declared that decisions on the future of players in the squad will not be made until after the Club World Cup. With the emergence of Gonzalo Garcia, it has placed the future of Endrick Felipe into doubt, while Rodrygo Goes is being heavily linked with an exit too. Garcia has been one of the sensations of the tournament, scoring three times and assisting in his four appearances. As interest in his signature grows, there has been some suggestion that he could be kept around for the season. However that would likely reduce the role of Endrick Felipe, who is currently out with injury. Advertisement Xabi Alonso counting on Endrick and Gonzalo Garcia Alonso was asked about the role of Endrick ahead of Real Madrid's clash with Borussia Dortmund. Endrick reportedly traveled to the USA of his own volition to discuss his future with the club. 'I'm counting on all three of them. Endrick is recovering, but of course we're counting on him. We're not planning the squad [for next year], just looking for immediate performance. We'll make decisions later.' Image viaOn whether Garcia had 'forced the door' to a place in the squad, Alonso was complementary if not decisive. 'He's doing very well, the desire he's showing is what we expected… and we're happy with him.' Advertisement 'Rodrygo can return to best at Real Madrid' – Alonso Meanwhile Rodrygo continues to be heavily linked with a move to Arsenal. Alonso said he was in conversation with the Brazilian, who has played just 23 minutes in the last three games. 'I'm sure he can return to his best. I spoke with him yesterday, and he's in a positive frame of mind, eager, and ready for whenever he's needed.' Squad planning for next season Clearly there is a degree of time pressure for Los Blancos though, who will go on holidays after the Club World Cup, and then will have little over a month until the start of La Liga's season. Alonso said Real Madrid would need to have moves lined up. Advertisement 'There's still time, but we have to plan ahead… We'll all need rest, training at Valdebebas, we won't be doing a training camp away; it will be with a reduced timeframe, with decisions already made with the players.' Los Blancos are expected to bring in left-back Alvaro Carreras after the Club World Cup if they can agree a deal with Benfica, but beyond that, only one or two more additions are being considered. Those will come in function of the exits, which seem as pertinent as the arrivals at this point.
