EXCLUSIVE Brit air stewardess who faces 25 years in prison smiles and chats to guards as she leaves court following an appearance before judges over £1.15million cannabis charge

A British former cabin crew member has been seen smiling and talking to guards in Sri Lanka after a court appearance over drug charges.
Despite the gravity of the charges, Charlotte Lee, from Couldson, south London, seemed to be in high spirits as she walked down the stairs of the court.
Miss Lee, 21, who worked for TUI, was arrested in an airport in the country after £1.15million worth of cannabis was allegedly found in her luggage last month.
She had flown in from Thailand on an a Sri Lankan Airlines flight before she was detained by police.
The alleged discovery of Kush, a strain of cannabis is the is the biggest amount of the drug since Bandaranaike Airport, in Colombo, opened its international hub.
It has been reported that the drugs, which weighed 46kg and worth 460million Sri Lankan rupees, were 'tightly' packed in a luggage and meant for 'high-end local buyers'.
In pictures, custom officers were seen posing behind the several bags of the drugs they say Miss Lee flown in with.
She is being detained in a prison north of Colombo and could face up to 25 years in prison if found guilty.
Last month, her legal representatives told the BBC that she was in contact with her family and was getting daily visits from lawyers to help with her mental wellbeing.
Miss Lee has denied any knowledge of the drugs.
Speaking to Mail Online after her arrest, she said: 'I had never seen them [the drugs] before. I didn't expect it all when they pulled me over at the airport.
'I thought it was going to be filled with all my stuff.'
She also claimed that the drugs may have been planted and said she knew 'who did it.'
According to her, she had packed her luggage before heading out for the night and did not check it again before setting off for the airport.
Lash technician, Miss Lee, who previously worked for TUI as a cabin crew member, has allegedly been warned that she may not get sentenced for another year, as she awaits her fate.
According to The Sun, she first flew into Thailand from the UK to meet a mystery man called Rocko before her flight to Sri Lanka.

She has slammed the conditions of her jail cell saying she has had to sleep on bare concrete floors.
She told Mail Online: 'I am trying my best to stay positive because what else can you do?
'But it is hard. I feel as though I have no human rights here. There are no beds, no blankets. And where you sleep is like a long corridor with lots of other women.
'I am sleeping on a concrete floor - literally. All I have is my jumper as a pillow.
'There is a ceiling fan but it doesn't really work and there's a TV but that also barely works. I only have this one pair of clothes, nothing else to change into and I'm not being allowed my medication for ADHD.
'The only thing they give are sleeping tablets that properly knock you out.
'The shower is not really a shower, it's just a bucket that you pour over yourself but they don't give you anything for that.
'They put you in an alleyway with a bunch of other women, that's it.'
Her arrest has been noted for bearing similarities to Bella May Culley, 18, who was also intercepted by police in Georgia for allegedly having a luggage full of cannabis.
If convicted, Miss Lee could be sent to the infamous Weilikada Prison, where 650 convicts are packed in a ward meant for just 150 women.
In 2012, 27 people died after violent clashes between prisoners and guards.
Sri Lanka is known for having one of the toughest drug laws in the world.
Capital punishment is a legal penalty for those found guilty of drug crimes, although no one has been executed since 1976.

The ex-neo natal nurse is said to be chaperoned by prison guards wherever she goes, and special areas have to be cleared whenever she wants to visit - due to the high risk of her being attacked by fellow lags. The Sun reported last week how the evil pair play card game Uno for hours in their cushy jail unit after being given 'enhanced' privileges at HMP Bronzefield, Surrey. They also have "a lot of freedom" and can buy foods that others can't - often in the kitchen making cheese toasties together. Letby allegedly moans she's the "fattest I've ever been" due to her diet of junk food, including chocolate. Sources have since told The Mirror other female murderers in Houseblock Four are fed up with Letby and Batool - who is serving 33 years - getting special treatment. They say the government's Incentives and Earned Privileges Scheme, which is designed to encourage good behaviour among prisoners, is being used by Letby who manipulates prison officers to get what she wants. The source said: "She turns on the tears at the drop of a hat, she gets all her visits in the family room which is really lovely even though she doesn't have children, it's meant to be for children and they've made it really nice. Her parents come to see her," our source said. "She walks around like she's Queen Bee, she stops other enhanced prisoners going to the library because she says 'I'm scared, I'm scared, I don't know what they'll do to me' but what about other people who are enhanced and want to use that library, they can't. "When she and Beinash go to the salon, the whole salon has to be shut down, because they are scared that other prisoners will attack them and obviously there are scissors and stuff there." The source said the pair go to the salon "at least once a month" and Letby is "always getting" her hair and nails done, adding the wing is "like an upside down world". Lucy Letby cops arrest 3 senior members of leadership team at hospital where killer nurse murdered 7 babies Letby and Batool, 31, have also reportedly been awarded "positive behaviour comments" by prison officers as part of the IEP scheme. This means they get extra perks like visiting the prison staff restaurant, called Vita Nova, which has two qualified chefs, and inmates can be trained barista and knife skills, it's claimed. And when Letby attends the likes of the salon or Vita Nova, it is closed to others to protect her, but she chooses to take Batool as her plus one guest, according to reports. One prisoner told The Mirror, there is "so much hatred for her" because she's "treated like she's Queen Bee". As reported by The Sun previously, the killer nurse works three different prison jobs and blows her wages on sweets and crisps. Letby has jobs as a laundry worker, earning £8 a week, a kitchen worker - another £8 a week - and a library worker. Lag sources say she's put on so much weight "you wouldn't recognise her". Unit 4 of 527-inmate Bronzefield, which is run by private firm Sodexo. Letby and Batool both have TVs with Freeview channels and a DVD player, along with books and films, which they can order from the library. Others on the unit include Sian Hedges, jailed for life in 2024 for killing 18-month-old son Alfie Phillips. Shamed prison officer Linda de Sousa Abreu, who romped with a lag, was also held there until her release last month. Letby — convicted of the murders of seven babies and attempted murders of seven more while a neonatal nurse — has regular legal meetings as she plans her appeal. Batool was sentenced last December for the murder of her tortured stepdaughter.
