(Video) Chinese Singer Della Ding Dang Sports Red Kebaya & Performs Malay Song During KL Concert
The singer was recently in town for her 'A Night Tour' concert at Mega Star Arena. During the concert on 5th July 2025 (Saturday), Della wowed the crowd with her powerful vocals and emotional performances. The last time the vocalist was in town was two years ago, so it's no surprise that fans were excited to see her back in KL. Della was equally happy to see her Malaysian fans, showering them with praise for their enthusiasm during the show.
Throughout the night, the 43-year-old made an effort to interact with fans as much as possible, greeting them with hi-5s and handshakes. As another show of appreciation to her local fans, Della also prepared a surprise performance. During the encore session, the star went on stage in a red Nyonya Kebaya to perform the Malay duet 'Masing-Masing' by Ernie Zakri and Ade Govinda.
The 'Masing-Masing' performance was a Malaysia exclusive, so only fans at Mega Star Arena got to hear Della sing the song live. After the surprise stage, the singer laughed in glee and said, 'Wearing traditional clothes, I suddenly feel that I have become elegant'. She also made sure to show her Malay skills, telling fans 'terima kasih (thank you)' and 'aku cinta padamu (I love you)' before ending the concert.
Interestingly, yesterday (6th July 2025, Sunday) also marked Della's 18th anniversary as a singer. The star celebrated the occasion with her Malaysian fan club at a local karaoke. She shared a highlight video of the event on her Instagram account and thanked fans for all the love and support over the years. She also shared a few snapshots of her in KL, including photos of her posing with the PETRONAS Twin Towers.

Kota Kinabalu: Some 200 guests took part in the Kaamatan celebration organised by the Sabahan Abroad UK (Sauk), which was held at Old Basing Village Hall in Hampshire, United Kingdom. Themed 'Kaamatan for Everyone', the event brought together Sabahan families and friends from across the UK, as well as guests from France, Norway and Germany. Their presence added warmth and strengthened the bonds of a growing diaspora community there. Sauk, a non-profit organisation active for nearly a decade, aimed at uniting Sabahans living in the UK through cltural events, friendship and heritage preservation. With an estimated 5,000 Sabahans residing in the UK, including professionals, students, and second-generation Sabahan-British, Sauk continues to build a sense of home away from home. The day-long celebration featured traditional games like 'mimpulos' (arm wrestling) and 'tarik tali' (tug-of-war), a lucky draw for charities in Sabah as well as a lavish spread of Sabahan and Malaysian cuisine, including bambangan, tuhau, hinava, basungan and a variety of Malaysian pastries. Guests were welcomed with Lihing shots (rice wine), produced by Nelda Hendon, who also demonstrated the art of Lihing-making. Cultural highlights included the Momokis ritual performed by Jennifer Lasimbang, the Magavau chant led by Olga George Kiloh, a Huminodun sketch directed by Savillah Angell, and a poem reading by Alfred Raymond Lee. The Kulintangan dance crew, led by Jessie Roberts, delivered captivating performances, while the evening's Magagung session, led by Hayden Hansanon, a student from Penampang, captured the Kaamatan spirit. A key moment was the Unduk Ngadau pageant, where five young women of Sabahan heritage – Mia, Anya, Cami, Maya, and Clara – graced the stage with pride and poise. Mia Ming-Steel was crowned Sauk Kaamatan 2025 Unduk Ngadau, earning admiration for her cultural pride and grace. The event also received personal greetings from Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor and Sabah Tourism Board Chairman Datuk Joniston Bangkuai, recognising the community's efforts in preserving and promoting Sabah's heritage abroad. Now in its eighth year, Sauk's Kaamatan celebration continues to grow in scale and significance, serving as a bridge between generations and geographies. Representing Malaysia, Muhamad Aiman Ms Saad, Muhammad Faikandar and Muhammad Nazzim Safian outshone competitors from 15 other countries to emerge as champions in the Tag Team Barber Battle category. Infidel hubby caught cheating by spouse but should he alone shoulder all the blame?
IT TAKES two to tango. That seems to be the sentiment among some commenters in relation to a video posted on Singapore Uncensored Facebook page. In it, a middle-aged man is caught with his pants down as his spouse caught him in the act of cheating with another woman, apparently in their own home! It is not known if the lady was a professional escort or a lover engaged in a sordid affair, but from the angry rantings of the wife, it would appear that the hubby's cheating has been going on for some time. The post was shared on the Facebook page of by award-winning lifestyle writer, fashionista creative director and accomplished beauty pageant judge Francis Yip. Of course, there was plenty of sympathy for the wronged wife with some admiring her calm demeanour when confronted by such a scene! One commenter just advised the wife to move on as the husband no longer has feelings for her. One advised that the scorned wife just file for divorce. In fact, better to never get married to avoid such headaches, it was counselled. No point harping on his foibles, contended one commenter, as the man was never going to change. Just walk away from the marriage was the advice proffered. The other woman was also blamed for breaking up marriages and families. A few also suspected that the video was Malaysian in origin judging from the dialect spoken. But rather interestingly, quite a few commenters sympathised with the cheating husband, pointing to the wife's incessant nagging. Like the poster aptly hinted, it takes two to tango in a successful relationship. 'Husband caught by wife in bed with other woman. Then she started scolding him. Very long video but it made you realise why the husband flirt – the wife loves to nag,' he observed. 'Yes, the husband is wrong. But we've only heard one side of the story – the wife's side. We haven't heard from the husband's side yet. Ask yourself why (the) husband flirt?' With one further advising the 'uncle' to keep calm as the storm would eventually pass. Some commenters went on to surmise that the wife had neglected her husband and the man was forced to seek out companionship elsewhere. However, quite a few were in disbelief that the man thought it was wise to commit adultery under his own roof with one observer pointing out that it was a cost-saving move. Men behaving badly and instances of marital breakdown due to infidelity are nothing new. But this video does highlight a few moral lessons. Firstly, there are reasons for straying and it isn't confined to lust and desire. It could just be the need for a friendly ear and perhaps, to escape incessant nagging for a while. Secondly, this is not an excuse for philandering but it does seem like common sense that such activities should NOT take place in one's own home! – July 7, 2025
