The pair enjoyed some carefree time in the Spanish island filled with 'sunshine, sangria, beach days, rooftop swims and incredible food'.
They were staying at the luxurious 5-star TRS Ibiza hotel - sharing sun-soaked selfies of herself and Becky, Amy accompanied her latest post with a very emotional lengthy caption.
She wrote: 'Some much-needed twin time.
'We had the perfect little escape – full of sunshine, sangria, beach days, rooftop swims, incredible food, and most importantly, proper quality time together.
'After my cancer diagnosis, I promised my family (and myself) that I'd take more downtime.
'I used to live life at 100mph, saying yes to everything and everyone. But cancer shifts your perspective.
'This year I've been incredibly lucky with new job opportunities which have been full on but so rewarding and I can't wait to share all to you very soon.
'So having time to slow down isn't just okay – it's essential.
'These past few days have been the perfect reset and I'm heading into the new season feeling recharged, happy, stronger, and HEALTHIER than ever.
Amy added thrilled: 'Also bursting with pride for my sister @becky_dowden
She told fans: 'These past few days have been the perfect reset and I'm heading into the new season feeling recharged, happy, stronger, and HEALTHIER than ever'
'She was accepted into her master's program in midwifery while we were away (yes, while still working full-time in the NHS!). I'm so proud of her and loved treating her to a well-deserved break
'Lots of you have asked – we stayed at @trsibizahotel and absolutely loved it. Huge thanks for the cheeky upgrade – the food, the views, the vibes… all 10/10. We'll be back✨
She finished off emotionally as she announced: 'Feeling grateful, grounded, and SO excited for @bbcstrictly rehearsals to start tomorrow.
'Year 9 – let's go! ( ive tagged outfits in pics, one dress is from my sis 6 years ago so no tag for this one).'
Amy and her twin sister seemed to be enjoying every minute of their fun-filled getaway, beaming for a gorgeous selfie by the sunset in front of a lavish pool.
The dancer was the epitome of happiness as she posed on a boat with a radiant smile, while elsewhere captured amazing shots of breath-taking sunsets, food, pool dips and flawless looks.

It was during in his former job on Dancing with the Stars, which is the Oz version of Strictly, and dints the idea that he is as "squeaky clean" as British show bosses hoped. The ballroom and Latin American expert said: 'Reality TV is not necessarily what you think. A massive aspect of reality TV is not really real. "I remember in one episode of Dancing With The Stars, one of my celebrities was late to rehearsals and the producers were asking me to go around and pretend that I was frustrated. 'But she had something pop up and stuff happens sometimes and life gets in the way and we get a little bit late. It's not the biggest deal in the world. We just stay back a bit later. "But they made this whole kind of thing out of it. 'I think during my earlier experiences, whatever I was asked to say or do, I just thought 'It's a privilege for me to be here. I need them to like me. "So I'll just say and do whatever needs to be done'.' But Caillon claims he has more confidence to stand up for himself and insist he would no longer fake anything for the cameras. He told the Try With Alex podcast: 'In a way, it teaches you to know what your values are and what you're willing to do and not to do. Shirley Ballas reveals Strictly's new signings and teases line-up is 'off the charts' 'As I got more confident, it made me be confident in my own choices. Now I know I have clear boundaries and lines where I know 'This is what I'm willing to do. If they ask me to say this, I'm just gonna say No'." Julian, who grew up in Australia, began dancing at the age of 10 and has represented his country at international level in both ballroom and Latin styles. He's appeared as a professional on three seasons of Dancing With The Stars Australia and has toured worldwide with Burn The Floor. Alongside his dance career, Julian holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from UNSW Sydney and has worked as a personal trainer. In December, he got engaged to his girlfriend Sofia and shared a video of his beachside proposal with followers on Instagram. He said: 'Joining the cast of Strictly really is a dream come true. Games Workshop to open new stores in US, Europe and Asia this year after Space Marine 2 success
Games Workshop is plotting dozens of new store launches around the world after the Warhammer creator's profits were supercharged by the launch of 'Space Marine 2'. The group cheered a record 2025 on Tuesday with pre-tax profits soaring by nearly 30 per cent to £262.8million, beating guidance of £255million, as sales jumped 19.6 per cent on a constant currency basis to £628.7million. It came as licencing revenues jumped from £31million to £52.5million after Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, a third-person shooter video game launched last year, performed 'well above' the group's expectations with seven million copies sold. Games Workshop is best known in the UK for its tabletop miniatures and high street stores across the country. But it has increasingly moved into video games and books, and a film and TV deal with Amazon that was finalised last December and is expected to be fronted by Superman actor Henry Cavill. Games Workshop cautioned that the next 12 months would suffer tough comparisons owing to the success of Space Marine 2, while the group thinks tariffs could impact profit before tax by around £12million. It said tariffs would be 'dealt with in our normal pragmatic way'. Nevertheless, Games Workshop outlined plans to boost manufacturing capacity and said it aims to open around 35 new stores globally over the next year. These are set to be focused on North American, continental Europe and Asia. The Nottingham-based firm's chief executive Kevin Rountree, CEO of Games Workshop said: 'After a record year, we remain focused on delivering our operational plans and working tirelessly to overcome any significant obstacles that get in the way. 'We will continue to give ourselves the freedom to make some mistakes, constantly working on improvements in product quality and manufacturing innovation. 'Despite our recent successes we will never take our hobbyists' support for granted.' Games Workshop declared and paid dividends worth 520p per share last year, up from 420p in the previous 12 months. Games Workshop shares were up 5.6 per cent to 16,110p approaching midday, having more than doubled over the last three years.
