Sophie Cachia lists four-bedroom Melbourne home for $1million - ahead of buying dream property with AFLW star girlfriend Madison Prespakis
Sophie Cachia has listed her fully renovated Tullamarine home on the market for almost $1m, as she prepares for a new chapter alongside AFLW star Madison Prespakis. The four-bedroom home, located in Melbourne 's north-west, has a price guide of $900,000 - $990,000 and is set to go under the hammer next month. The stylish residence was purchased in 2021 and completely overhauled under Sophie's direction. It features a striking monochrome palette, high-end appliances, a designer kitchen and an oversized ensuite with double vanities, a double shower and a custom-built step for children. The Melbourne influencer is selling the property to take the next step in her relationship with Prespakis, as they prepare to buy their dream home together. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'Maddy and I will definitely be buying together. It's not about proving anything to anyone else, we're just really aligned in what we want,' she told 'Whether it's near family or by the beach, as long as we're together, that's all that really matters.' The Tullamarine home includes two separate living areas, secure gated entry, integrated appliances, a walk-in dressing room and a spacious backyard with a pool. The main bathroom is another standout, featuring designer tiles, a freestanding bathtub and luxurious floor-to-ceiling finishes - all part of the home's complete top-to-toe renovation. Sophie worked closely with an interior stylist to ensure her home décor vision was brought to life, and the property will head to auction on Saturday, August 23. The social media star, who co-parents three children and boasts more than 300,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, said the home had been a refuge during a time of personal growth. 'That whole front section of the house became a sanctuary. I'll miss it so much,' she said. It comes after Sophie hinted at plans to marry her girlfriend Madison. The former AFL WAG, 34, and AFLW player, 24, debuted their romance on Instagram in December, one month before Sophie welcomed third child, Esmé, into the world after undergoing intrauterine insemination (IUI). And it seems, things are already getting serious between the couple. Taking to her Instagram Stories in June, Sophie didn't miss a beat when responding to a fan who asked: 'Would you consider marriage again?' 'Absolutely,' she said. 'With every part of my soul.' 'Am I married? No. Am I engaged? No,' Sophie continued in her response to other questions about her relationship. 'I always wear these rings. They are my rings. Yes, I would get married tomorrow, if I could,' she said. Sophie was wearing a large sapphire and diamond ring in the video that could be confused for an engagement ring. Sophie has had several high-profile romances with top female athletes since the breakdown of her marriage to AFL star Jarryd Cachia in 2019, with whom she shares son Bobby, 10, and daughter Florence, seven. She was married to Jaryd from October 2015 to September 2019 after welcoming their two children. Since their split, she has struck up several back-to-back romances with high-profile sportswomen. She first dated Matildas soccer player Alanna Kennedy, before briefly getting engaged to WNBL star Maddie Garrick, and she then went on to have a year-long romance with AFLW star Sophie Van De Heuvel.

'Rattled' new mum lashes out after her husband leaves her at home with their newborn while he enjoys a boys' trip at the snow
Steph Claire Smith has hit back at a follower who suggested husband Josh Miller was being neglectful. The criticism came after the fitness influencer, 31, revealed on her Instagram story that Josh had gone away on a 'boys' trip' to the snow, leaving Steph at home with their two children - Harvey, four, and Billie, two months. The follower slid into Steph's DMs to slam Josh for leaving the parental duties solely on Steph's shoulders while he was off enjoying himself. 'But why does your husband need time with mates? Like, what about you? Doesn't sound like time alone for you nor a vacation for you,' the fan wrote in the message shared to Steph's Instagram story on Thursday. 'Like, I could never imagine my husband going on a snow trip with friends while I'm with basically the newborn baby. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'Like WTFFF? He's always with me or one of the babies. 'Also not to mention, you're the one who works on top of it all. Sorry but that doesn't feel right. I can't imagine.' Steph shot down the suggestion that Josh was neglecting his young family with an expansive response. 'This DM rattled me and I want to talk about it,' she began. 'Our dynamic is, sadly unique. Me being the working parent and Josh being the stay-at-home dad is unlike the majority.' She added that while their situation was not the norm, it had taught her a lot about relationships. 'This dynamic has taught me a lot though. Really it's taught us both a lot about understanding the other person's perspective and position in the relationship,' she added. Steph also pointed out that, after children, a father's life changes as dramatically as the mother's. 'Dads' lives change too when they become parents,' she said. 'Sure, their body doesn't go through what ours does through pregnancy and postpartum... a lot of the time, they are the ones that kind of get to go back to their lives/work in their career. 'But it doesn't mean they don't deserve time with friends or time to themselves.' Still not done with her response, Steph added that Josh's contribution to the family as a stay-at-home dad was immeasurable. 'As partners, we check in on each other constantly and encourage each other to fill up our cups,' she said. 'I've always encouraged him to book in some time out of the house and to connect with friends. 'And same goes for me. When I'm not working, I'm craving time with my kids, but that doesn't mean I don't also deserve me time/alone time and/or time with friends to recharge. She continued: 'Josh does so much to support me and our family. He is constantly putting us first. I'm so sorry but he absolutely deserves his time away.' She rounded out her response, suggesting that the follower think before they post. 'Next time you feel like writing this to someone, pause to think to yourself: "Am I projecting my own personal frustrations and feelings onto someone else's life choices?"' Still not done dressing down the follower, she continued with another story slamming the message as 'contradictory'. 'Also, the "you're the one who works on top of it all" was a little contradictory because generally men who are the working parent are the ones who feel like they can't go out and see their friends because of either the guilt they feel for their partner at home carrying the load... or they generally want to spend their non-working hours with their kids. 'At the end of the day, no matter your gender, no matter whether you stay at home or work, you deserve time with friends. 'Unless of course you're never home and never doing anything to help with the load at home. 'Then yes, get your butt home and prioritise giving the stay-at-home partner a break.' She then shared a third post that praised both stay-at-home and working parents. 'And then there's dads like Josh who do both, and constantly put themselves last. You deserve me-time, too,' she wrote.

Why 'brilliant' $10 item with 10,000 five-star reviews is flying off shelves (and it's sold at Woolworths)
Daily Mail journalists select and curate the products that feature on our site. If you make a purchase via links on this page we will earn commission - learn more An Aussie cult favourite has racked up more than 10,000 five-star reviews around the world - and it's not hard to see why. One of the top-rated natural deodorants in Australia has unveiled a chic new makeover with the launch of its sleek, limited-edition Midnight range - a collection of four matte black tins featuring the brand's two bestsellers and two new fragrances. Celebrating its 10-year anniversary, No Pong has long been the go-to for those seeking a natural alternative to combatting body odour. Available to buy direct online or at Woolworths, the range includes the original, sell-out bicarb-based product, as well as low bicarb and bicarb-free options for sensitive underarms. The newly unveiled scents are Beach Shackin' Bicarb-Free - a fresh, breezy blend of eucalyptus and lime inspired by post-surf chill sessions, and Midnight Jazz Bicarb-Free, a smooth, smoky and gender-neutral fragrance with earthy depth and subtle sophistication. They join fan favourites, OG Original and Lime Legend Bicarb-Free, in subtle new matte tins, designed to be a stylish addition to your bathroom vanity or a subtle take-anywhere item to throw in your gym or handbag. No Pong was founded by Sydney-based couple Melanie McVean and Chris Caley in 2015, with a mission to create a genuinely effective natural deodorant that didn't contain aluminium, parabens, or synthetic fragrances. The Midnight Range was created in response to customer feedback from those wanting a more minimalist, aesthetic option without compromising on performance. No Pong Deodorant No Pong Deodorant boasts a clean ingredient list, and the formula is made in Australia and suitable for all skin types, including those prone to irritation. $10 Shop The iconic silver tin is still available across the collection of bestselling deodorants, including Cool Lavender, Spicy Chai and Flower Power. Clinical tests have shown No Pong reduces body odour for up to 24 hours, without harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances. The brand boasts a clean ingredient list, and the formula is made in Australia and suitable for all skin types, including those prone to irritation. The milky sweat produced by apocrine glands - such as those in the armpits - contains proteins and lipids that serve as a feast for bacteria, which in turn produce the compounds responsible for body odour. 'Rather than mask the smell, block pores, or by using synthetic anti-microbial chemicals, No Pong uses all natural ingredients to create a water-resistant environment that smelly armpit bacteria can't survive,' the brand says. The bicarb-based products use Coconut Oil, Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Corn Starch, Beeswax, and a proprietary blend of 100% pure, Australian certified organic essential oils, while the bicarb-free range utilises Magnesium Hydroxide, Diatomaceous Earth in its place. No Pong is designed to be applied like a moisturiser: a small, pea-sized amount gently massaged into clean, dry skin with a clean fingertip. 'Not only does this keep the formula effective (because you're applying it right where it matters most), it's also a small but intentional way to connect with your body,' the brand explains. 'It's become second nature to us, and many of our customers have shared the same!' The $9.95 deodorant is applied like a cream: a pea-sized amount is rubbed into clean, dry skin Along with its 10,000 five star reviews globally, No Pong has an impressive haul of industry awards, winning multiple Clean and Conscious awards and Nourished Life Wellness awards in recent years. Loyal customers have been enthusiastic in their praise of the products. ' This product is by far the best,' one fan wrote. 'I've been using it for more than six months and wouldn't use anything else. The scents are beautiful, and the non-bicarb option is a game-changer for sensitive skin.' A customer who previously struggled with body odour was emphatic about the product's efficacy in her review: 'I love No Pong. I used to have to use the horrid '48h protection' deodorants before a friend put me onto No Pong. 'I swapped over during the winter of 2018 and have never looked back. While I was pregnant I swapped to the no bi-carb version after getting a rash from the original version and had zero issues after that. 'Having been a woman who was so ridiculously smelly that I was ashamed to lift my arms up (even with scrubbing my clothes each wash!) I couldn't be more grateful for No Pong. 'I still sweat like the kid out of the Lynx ad when I'm at the gym, but at least I don't smell! And then I don't smell during the day. Bonus, I rarely have to scrub the underarms of my clothing anymore either! Win-win!' Another shared: 'Love it! My under arms used to stink. Now they don't. Thanks to this brilliant deodorant. You have to stop using anything else and give it a good few weeks for your underarms to detox) and it works a treat. I have used the bi carb and bi carb free formulas and I personally like the bicarbonate free one. It seemed to work better for me. Not sure why. Perfect.' One customer said reading about the chemicals in traditional deodorants prompted the switch: 'Read some stories about what is actually in deodorants and had to change for the better,' they wrote. 'I bought some small tins to try and love them. The fragrances are fantastic. You've definitely got me sold.' Retailing at $9.95, No Pong is available to buy direct online and in select Woolworths stores. The brand also offers a discounted monthly subscription for $8.95 a month plus a $1 initial sign up fee.
