After taking some time to think about it, Smith announced he would be returning for his senior season. With the All-American coming back, Purdue has become one of the favorites to win the 2026 title.

49ers' Drew Moss, Mya Lesnar hard-launch relationship: ‘Forever wedding date'

This is quite the power couple. 49ers offensive lineman Drew Moss and Mya Lesnar, the daughter of WWE star Brock Lesnar, hard-launched a relationship after Moss shared an Instagram post of the two of them last week. 'Forever wedding date,' Moss captioned the post of the two attending a wedding together. 'My handsome man,' Lesnar, who attended Colorado State like Moss, commented. The 22-year-old Moss joined the 49ers this offseason as an undrafted free agent. The 6-foot-3, 303-pound lineman spent two seasons at Colorado State after transferring to the Rams from Lamar University. At Lamar, Moss started all 22 of his career games in 2021-22. Upon joining Colorado State in 2023, Moss started all 12 games at offensive guard as a junior. He was an important piece of an offensive line that helped the Rams average nearly 400 yards per game and allowed just 14 sacks on the season. In his senior year, he started all 13 contests and helped the offensive line bring down the already impressive low sack count to just 10 on the season. Moss earned All-Mountain West Second Team honors in his final year and was an honorable mention his junior season. As for Lesnar, her time at Colorado State was highlighted by becoming the 2024 NCAA indoor shot put national champion. Commanders 'finalizing terms' with 8-time Pro Bowler Von Miller

Von Miller's IG post: The Washington Commanders made a big move on Wednesday night, signing eight-time Pro Bowler, seven-time All-Pro and two-time Super Bowl champion Von Miller to boost the pass rush. It was Miller who reported the news. Miller posted the following message on his Instagram page. Schefter confirmed that Washington was indeed signing Miller, and the two were working to finalize a one-year agreement. It will be a one-year deal between Von Miller and the Washington Commanders, but the two sides still are 'finalizing terms', per a source. Miller, 36, spent the first 10 1/2 seasons of his NFL career with the Denver Broncos before he joined the Los Angeles Rams at the 2021 trade deadline. He helped the Rams win the Super Bowl, the second of his career, and has 129.5 career sacks, 16th in NFL history. In 2022, Miller signed with the Buffalo Bills, where he dealt with injuries, including a torn ACL in 2023. Miller returned in a part-time pass-rushing role for the Bills last season and recorded six sacks i 13 games. While much will be made of Miller's age and Washington's propensity to sign older players, it's only a one-year deal. Those one-year deals have worked well for General Manager Adam Peters since his arrival in January 2024. Miller joins a Washington defense that lost Dante Fowler Jr., the team's leader in sacks last season. The Commanders haven't confirmed anything yet, but clearly wanted to get Miller in town before training camp opens next week. A healthy Miller, even at 36, can be excellent in a specified role, as he proved last season.

Miller spent the first ten and a half years of his career with the Broncos, helping the team win Super Bowl 50 following the 2015 season. After taking home Super Bowl MVP honors, Miller went on to spend five and a half more years in Denver before being traded to the Los Angeles Rams.
