Al Tayer Motors, one of the UAE's premier automotive dealerships, has launched the highly anticipated DEEPAL S05 compact SUV from DEEPAL, the intelligent mobility brand under Changan Automotive.
Designed to be compact, confident, affordable and intelligent, the S05 introduces a new benchmark for everyday mobility in the UAE. It follows the successful debut of the DEEPAL S07 in the country earlier this year.
Speaking about the launch, Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, Al Tayer Motors said, 'We are delighted to unveil DEEPAL's newest model within a span of just four months, a testament to the significant interest and enthusiasm the brand has garnered since its introduction in the UAE. I am confident that the S05 will further enhance the momentum established by the S07 and broaden the appeal of this innovative EV brand among discerning customers.'
DEEPAL vehicles are available for customers to purchase through https://www.altayermotors.com/deepal/ or via the Al Tayer Motors app. Test drives can be booked via these platforms and by contacting the showroom via 800 MOTORS.

'With its dual-power flexibility, sleek design, and connected cockpit, the S05 is built for UAE customers who want both advanced technology and practical style.'

The DEEPAL S05 is available in two variants:
• EV – offering a fully electric range of up to 460 km
• REEV (Range Extended Electric Vehicle) – offering an electric range of 160 km with a fuel-based extender for longer drives, and the combined range is more than 900km
Built on DEEPAL's Changan Platform Architecture (CPA) and powered by next-generation electric architecture, the S05 combines rear-wheel drive performance with an aerodynamic silhouette and a futuristic driving experience.

The facility will enhance Autoworld's ability to serve rapidly growing markets across Africa and the Middle East with affordable, fuel-efficient two- and over 162,000 sq. ft, the facility will include an assembly plant for Bajaj motorcycles and three-wheelers, as well as storage and distribution space for spare parts, tyres, and lubricants. Scheduled for completion by 2026, the hub will also support the introduction of new product lines through partnerships with international manufacturers, strengthening the company's global two- and three-wheeler market is expanding quickly, particularly in emerging economies where urbanisation, e-commerce, and last-mile delivery needs are reshaping mobility needs. Industry analysts project Africa's two-wheeler market alone will grow at nearly 5% annually, driven by demand for affordable and fuel-efficient vehicles.'This facility marks a major step forward in our growth strategy.
