The Georgian-born Spaniard is just days away from throwing down with Charles Oliveira for the vacant lightweight title at UFC 317 in Las Vegas.

Topuria, 28, will bid to become the tenth fighter in the history of MMA's top promotion to win titles in two divisions.
And 'El Matador' looks to be in razor-sharp form ahead of Sunday morning's Sin City showdown.
Footage of Topuria's recent open workout started doing the rounds on social last weekend.
And scores of MMA fans couldn't help but voice their concerns for former 155lbs champ Oliveira after seeing Topuria obliterate the pads.
One wrote on X: "Ilia Topuria hits like a f***ing truck."
Another said: "Charles is getting destroyed, bro."
And another said: "If that livershot hits, Charles is gonna p**s blood for one week."
One remarked: "Poor Charles. Two rounds maximum.

Another chimed in: "I dont think I've ever seen such power in such a small frame.
"What most people dont realise is how good this guy is at energy management.

Topuria vacated the featherweight title, which he won and defended against Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway respectively, earlier this year to pursue lightweight gold.
And he plans to become a two-weight champion in devastating fashion.
He said: "Charles is a great fighter.
"I'd say he's a legendary fighter, one of the few still active in the UFC.
"But the truth is that his style fits perfectly with mine to put him to sleep in the first round.
"Because he has no mobility, he doesn't move."

CONOR McGREGOR has blown fans away by revealing his bizarre new mohawk hairdo while on holiday. The UFC star is currently away with his fiancee Dee Devlin and their four children amid a cloud of recent controversies. 8 8 8 8 But the Irishman appears unbothered as he took to Instagram to reveal his shock new hair - shaved sides with a mohawk down the middle. He paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne - who this week passed away aged 76 - by blasting out Black Sabbath's War Pigs. McGregor, 37, captioned the post: "WAR PIG 1. FIRST BLOOD DRAWN OZZY OZ FOREVER, RIP!" And fans compared him to UFC great Chuck Liddell after showing off his new mohawk. Another added: "That's Chuck." A third joked: "Bruh it's over we in the Mohawk McGregor era." McGregor recently whisked his partner away to Sardinia to celebrate his birthday despite a cloud of controversy surrounding him. Detectives believe a person doused the Black Forge Inn with a "flammable liquid" at 3am. It's understood the suspect used a flammable liquid at the front of the premises before setting it on fire and then fleeing the scene. Gardai are examining CCTV from the area in a bid to identify the suspect. It's the second time McGregor's pub has been targeted in an arson attack. In 2022, a petrol bomb was thrown at the bar but it failed to ignite. Following that incident, McGregor also installed bullet proof windows in the pub. 8 8
