She wrote against a plain background: "I'm entering a new chapter and no longer in a relationship with Lee.
"Grateful for the past, focused on the future. Appreciate your understanding and kindness."
The break-up comes exactly a year after the My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding star gave an exclusive interview to The Sun's Fabulous magazine - describing Lee as her "soulmate".
She revealed the pair met by chance in their local Co-op, where he helped her pick up some dropped change.
They soon struck up a romance that culminated in a Greek holiday proposal.
Danielle said at the time: 'I feel as though I've met my soulmate.
'He proposed a week ago while we were on holiday in Greece and I can't wait to marry him. We're thinking about having a big white wedding – but we might end up eloping to Vegas if the planning all gets too much.'
Danielle had spoken candidly about her turbulent romantic history, including a volatile nine-year relationship with traveller and MMA fighter Tony Giles - father of her two children, Rudy, 13, and Delilah, 11 - and a brief fling with reformed criminal and ex-Broadmoor inmate Ben Hatchett.
'It lasted for months and all I can say is that it was a mistake,' she admitted of the 2021 relationship.
'I look back on it and wonder what the hell I was doing.'

At the time of their engagement, Danielle said she felt finally ready to settle down with a "kind, considerate" man.
She praised Lee for everything from packing her lunches to helping with her car and bonding with her children, who both have autism and ADHD.
The former glamour model said: 'He treats me so well. He'll make me sandwiches for a packed lunch when I'm working and buys me flowers constantly…
"It's the first relationship where I've felt safe and secure.'
Dnaielle, who previously earned up to £10,000 per glamour shoot and rubbed shoulders with stars like Orlando Bloom, now runs a cleaning business and social media brand, Miss Mason Cleaning.
She also works as a TV presenter and entrepreneur.
In last year's interview, she reflected on her past with humour and honesty: 'I was cra**ing myself with the thought of getting my tits out, but the money was really good.'
Danielle Mason's very normal job
She is the little sister of EastEnders star Jessie Wallace who became one of the hottest stars of the cult TV series My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding after appearing in season two in 2012.
And for eight years before that, Danielle Mason had already enjoyed a lucrative career as a Page 3 pin-up who jetted across the world for glamorous photoshoots earning as much as £10,000 a pop.
But since appearing in the 2019 Channel 5 documentary The Gypsies Next Door, the 40 year-old has swapped reality TV and topless modelling to become a full-time cleaning expert.
The mum-of-two now has regular clients she does cleaning and housekeeping for.
She also films cleaning hacks under the brand name Miss Mason Cleaning (MMC) on Instagram and TikTok - and it has led to influencer partnerships with brands including Dyson.

Strictly ‘drug probe' star was ‘off their face' on booze during show & crew smelt alcohol on their breath

ONE of the Strictly stars involved in the drugs probe was also suspected of drinking while working on the show after other cast and crew smelt alcohol on their breath. The Sun exclusively revealed at the weekend that the BBC had called in external lawyers to explore claims that two people from the dance contest had been taking cocaine. They were widely known to be using the drug, and it's been alleged that one of these Strictly performers were equally infamous for being a drinker. So much so that it was believed that junior members of the team were asked to keep an eye on them, during last year's show, to look for signs that they may have been boozing during work hours. When The Sun took these claims to the BBC last year they said they were not true, but its understood that the drugs probe may end up scrutinising all of their behaviour. A TV insider said: "The person in question is renowned for loving to party, and that is a major problem when it impacts on their ability to do the job they need to do on Strictly in a safe and professional manner. "It's not just about something being illegal or legal, it's about the BBC's workplace policies and how the behaviour of certain individuals can impact on their work colleagues. "On a very physical show like Strictly, with lots of sets and moving parts, the idea of someone being intoxicated in any way is wholly unacceptable." It's now believed that the BBC are set to offer the two stars at the centre of the drugs storm the chance to attend rehab. It comes amid claims it was widely known they took cocaine on the show, with a celebrity claiming it was "well known on the show that two stars took cocaine" One star allegedly said to another, about a third: "Have you seen their pupils ... they're off their face." Executives are now considering adding random drugs tests next year when Strictly tours where after-parties are known for wild scenes. A BBC spokesperson: 'We do not recognise these claims and, as previously outlined to The Sun, the scenario they put to us involving anyone being asked to monitor an individual is categorically untrue.' Miley Cyrus goes totally nude and reveals massive rib tattoo on Perfect magazine cover

MILEY Cyrus has gone totally nude and revealed her massive rib tattoo on the Perfect magazine cover. Superstar Miley, 32, drove fans wild with her latest project as she shared the image on Instagram. 5 5 Perfect Magazine posted the image on Instagram and captioned it: "3 days with Miley. An 80 page special edition zine photographed by Paolo Roversi and Lynette Garland. "Styled by Katie Grand. A fashion epic (starting with no fashion). An instant classic. Cover 1/6. "Pre order now, link in bio, shipping 11th August." Miley looked sensational in the stylish black and white image with her flowing locks hanging loose over one shoulder. As she stared moodily at the camera, the stunning singer covered her modesty with an outstretched arm. She also showed off her magnificent dream catcher tattoo that she's had since 2011. Fans flocked to the comments section calling the superstar an icon and praising the image. And one fan wrote: "The woman you are!!! We love you Miley." Another added: "The Power of this woman." A third said: "OMG she broke the internet again." While another said: "Oh my goodness, are we back at the nakedness again. "I was so ready for her to shed all of that and focus on her talent… And be taken seriously. "Sorry guys I'm just not as impressed as you are." Miley revealed a few months ago that she was dashed to hospital after filming for her music video caused a shock illness. She explained her surprise stint in intensive care caused her to develop a nasty infection, despite only shooting on the popular Hollywood Walk of Fame. In a recent interview with DJ Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Miley revealed she suffers from a large polyp on her vocal cords, as well as a condition called Reinke's edema - both of which make touring nearly impossible. Miley recently spoke out for the first time about speculation of a family rift after rumors of tension began circulating online. The 32-year-old singer addressed the rumors in a heartfelt statement shared to her Instagram Story, as she shut down the ongoing chatter around her mom Tish Cyrus-Purcell and her dad Billy Ray. She also addressed her relationship with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, 62, acknowledging their complex relationship but insisting they are in a good place. In the past year, Billy Ray has found himself at the center of allegations of domestic abuse from Firerose, which he has denied. He also made headlines for a widely criticized performance at an inauguration event for former President Donald Trump, which was marred by technical issues and awkward moments. He is now dating Austin Powers actress Liz Hurley, 59. However, none of his six children including daughter Noah have liked or interacted with any of their posts together online. It comes as Miley's mom was last year accused of stealing husband Dominic Purcell from daughter Noah - and Noah was supposedly exiled from her mom's wedding. 5
