Brad Pitt 'Desperate' To Reunite With His Twins Amid 'Devastating' New Blow In Angelina Jolie Legal Battle
Insiders say the actor hopes he can "make amends" with his youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, and has allegedly reached out to them ahead of their 17th birthday this weekend.
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt is said to have "accepted" that he and Angelina Jolie will always "be at odds," amid their continuous clash over their French winery Château Miraval.
Pitt is not giving up yet on being present and active in the lives of his children, despite being estranged from them for years now.
The "Fight Club" star announced his split from ex-wife Jolie in 2016 following a private jet incident that allegedly saw Pitt hit the address and some of the kids.
What followed was a years-long divorce and custody battle in which the kids seemingly sided with their mom and kept their distance from the actor. Some even went as far as dropping his last name, and his son Pax called him a "world-class a-shole" on Father's Day in 2020.
Despite this, Pitt is looking to "make amends," especially with his youngest children, Knox and Vivienne, and is "desperate" to reunite with them ahead of their 17th birthday. The actor is "praying" they'll be willing to give him a chance, but has not heard any word back.
A source told the Daily Mail that Pitt is desperately looking to make amends with Knox and Vivienne and has tried several times to reunite with the teenagers.
"Brad's desperate to give it one final shot to get together with them and make amends, even though he knows the chance they'll agree to spend time with him is remote, to say the least," the source said.
"So far there's been no word back from the twins or their reps," the insider continued, explaining that when "Vivienne dropped Pitt from her name, he got the message loud and clear," and was "totally devastated" by the move.
However, a "glimmer of hope" emerged for Pitt because Vivienne's brother, Knox, "has kept Jolie-Pitt as his surname."
Pitt and the "Maleficent" star began dating in 2004 and tied the knot a decade later in 2014. Unfortunately, the marriage only lasted 2 years.
Throughout their 12-year romance, they expanded their family and now share six children together: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox.
Amid their legal battles, another insider told the Daily Mail that Pitt has "accepted" he'll continue to be "at odds" with Jolie, but is not closing the chapter on his relationship with their children just yet.
"Brad is a family man," the source said, noting that the love he once had for Jolie and all their kids is something that's still "very important to his life."
"Now that he and Angie are at odds, and have for years, he has accepted that [that] is the way it is going to be with her. But when it comes to their children, he will always want to be an anchor in their lives," the insider explained.
"There is a bond that parents have with their kids, and Brad would be very happy to have them all back in the fold of his life," they shared.
The source went further to explain that the "F1" star is not ready to "give up" yet on his children and has done all he can to get back in their good graces.
Last year, when Pax was involved in a bike accident, Pitt was "distraught" and "worried," and reportedly tried to reach out, but the kids "won't take his calls."
"He will always believe and always hope there is a chance to be back with all of them, and he doesn't want to think otherwise," the insider shared, per the Daily Mail. "He doesn't want to give up, he's not that kind of guy, he's not that kind of father. He is a proud father, and he would be happy to have them see that eventually."
The insider added that the children now "have to make the move because he has tried over and over again to get back in their good graces."
The 61-year-old Oscar winner has seemingly had a rethink and is ready to move on from his past with Jolie.
"The divorce is something that had been controlling his life for so many years," a source told Us Weekly of his split from the "Tomb Raider" star. "He loved her, and he knows he made mistakes."
"It was such a divisive, toxic situation," the insider said of their split, adding that the circumstances surrounding it "turned the kids against him," but that the actor "doesn't blame [Jolie] for everything."
The source explained that Pitt's "biggest regret" is that he can't repair the broken relationship with his kids, adding that "the case is over, but there are no winners."
"To have that behind him is a relief. But on the other hand, it's been hard for him because he doesn't have a great relationship with his kids," the insider noted.
While the couple has settled their divorce, there's still a huge legal war brewing between them over their french winery, Château Miraval.
In the latest development, the actor asked a court to force Jolie's company, Nouvel LLC, to sit for a deposition regarding their initial investment in the winery. Jolie sold her stake in the winery to a subsidiary of the Stoli Group, Tenute del Mondo, prompting Pitt to sue her, accusing her of breaking an agreement.
To take things further, Pitt made a more aggressive legal move by demanding private communications between Stoli Group's Alexey Oliynik and Jolie regarding the sale of her stake in Château Miraval.

Elmo's Wholesome Feed Got Hacked And Took A Very Sinister Turn
Someone hacked 'Sesame Street' character Elmo's account on X, the Elon Musk-owned platform formerly named Twitter, and turned it into a hateful pit of despair. The heartwarming messages and questions that are usually shared on the lovable, fictional character's feed were replaced with racist, anti-Semitic and offensive bile. There were also slams of President Donald Trump over the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein controversy. Elmo's account was 'compromised' by an 'unknown hacker who posted disgusting messages, including anti-Semitic and racist posts,' a spokesperson for the nonprofit organization Sesame Workshop, which produces the educational children's television show, confirmed to The Daily Beast. The posts remained live for less than half an hour, reported Mediaite. They have since been deleted. Video: Golden Retriever Puppy Wears a Tie for the First Time & Charms the Internet
Playing dress up with your furry baby never gets old, even though they don't need an outfit to steal hearts. It's also true that there doesn't have to be an occasion to put on their best clothes, and the same goes for our pets. So, it made complete sense when this dog owner shared the most adorable video of his Golden Retriever puppy looking all suited up in a tie and his utterly loveable personality. The pooch didn't just look like a distinguished gentleman, but acted like one, too, spreading charm like confetti and leaving a trail of admirers. If you have been thinking about getting your pet an outfit, this is your sign to suit them up for no reason at all. A too-adorable-to-handle Instagram video showed how a dog dad dressed up his Golden Retriever puppy with a tie, instantly creating a fan club for the little guy. 'Tell me if you guys think this is cute?' the owner, Jack Ruff, said as he looked into the front camera before switching to the back one to show the distinguished gentlemen who stood in front of him like a total heartthrob. The clip then showed Buddy, the Golden pup, proudly standing in front of his dad in his outfit of the day, which was a tie. Furthermore, the caption read his inner thoughts, sharing that this was his 'first time wearing a tie.' The text continued to explain how it took the dog 'forever to figure out how to tie it.' Back to the video, it captured the pooch appeared to be as dashing as ever, with a confident grin on his face on what seemed like a good fur day, while his eyes glistened like literal beads with happiness. Ruff continued hyping up his Golden Retriever puppy in the Instagram video, which has since gone viral, amassing thousands of likes. 'Owwww, the boy,' he praised the dog, who shyly looked away for a brief moment before turning his gaze back toward the camera. The dog owner remarked, 'My handsome,' and a smile popped up on Buddy's face. Commenters agreed he looked like a nobleman. 'What a distinguished gentleman,' wrote one user, while another pointed out how 'proud' he appeared.
