Emma Stone lists Texas mansion for $26.5 million
The listing comes despite the fact that the mansion still undergoing renovations.
The Oscar winner - who recently garnered a standing ovation for her new film, Eddington, at the Cannes Film Festival - purchased the Tarrytown property in 2021.
For three years, the actor and her husband, Dave McCary, have been renovating the home with the intention of moving their family there, but have since opted to abandon those plans.
The listing agent told Realtor.com that the couple's business in New York is keeping them there, but they still hope to settle in Austin at some point in the future.
The main house, which sits on more than an acre of land, has four bedrooms.
Also on the property is a two-bedroom guest house and a spacious three-car garage with a screening room above it.
The mansion, which was built in the 1940s, also offers a swimming pool, hot tub and a boat ramp that leads to Lady Bird Lake.
Renovations on the home are yet to be completed, including the landscaping at the front of the property.
Last year, Stone also put her Los Angeles home on the market. It sold just two weeks later for $4.3 million (£3.2 million).

Billy Bob Thornton Reveals He Was Cut From 1990 Horror Film 'Misery'
Billy Bob Thornton revealed he was cut from the movie Misery, but it was done in a 'cool' way. In an interview for Variety, the actor told Kathy Bates that he was originally cast for the iconic film that she starred in 35 years ago. Bates won an Oscar for her role as Annie Wilkes in the 1990 psychological thriller. 'There was a time I went in and read for Rob Reiner for Misery,' Thornton revealed to a stunned Bates. 'I swear to God. Originally, Richard Farnsworth, who played the sheriff, had a deputy. I saw Rob Reiner for it. And Rob said right in the room, 'You're the guy. We can send everybody else home.'' Thornton said he was 'very excited'—until he got an unexpected call from Reiner soon after. 'Not many directors would do this,' Thornton noted. 'He called me and he said, 'Listen, I've been looking at the script and been planning out what I'm going to do with this movie.' He said, 'You can come up here and shoot this for the money or the insurance or whatever you need, but I'm just telling you, it's not going to be in the movie. …I don't want you to come up here expecting that this is going to be in the movie. And I didn't want you to be disappointed.' He said, 'But I'll leave it up to you. Do you want to come shoot it anyway?' And I said, 'No.'' 'I thought that was very cool of him,' Thornton added. At the 2025 TCM Classic Film Festival, Reiner revealed that he knew Bates was perfect for the role of evil nurse Annie Wilkes as soon as she auditioned for the part. Casting her victim, played by James Caan, was not as easy, the director said, per IndieWire. Reiner revealed that William Hurt, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Harrison Ford, Dustin Hoffman, Michael Douglas, Robert Redford, Kevin Kline, and Gene Hackman all turned down the role of novelist Paul Sheldon. As for Thornton, while he never made it to Misery, the actor has worked with Bates on several occasions. The two co-starred in the 1998 Mike Nichols comedy-drama Primary Colors (Reiner also appeared in the film). In 2016, Bates played Sunny, the estranged mother of Thornton's character, Willie, in Bad Santa Bob Thornton Reveals He Was Cut From 1990 Horror Film 'Misery' first appeared on Men's Journal on Jun 16, 2025

Mark Ruffalo criticizes Joe Rogan for shock over Trump's ICE raids: 'A little late now'
When it comes to politics, Mark Ruffalo isn't the type to mince his words. The Oscar-nominated actor, who's been a vocal critic of President Donald Trump's crackdown on illegal immigration, slammed Joe Rogan after the podcasting sensation shared criticism of the Trump administration's sweeping deportation efforts. In June, several demonstrations erupted across Los Angeles in response to several immigration raids. The federal invasions, carried out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, took place in parts of the city as part of a directive from President Trump to find immigrants living in the United States without legal status. "We were told there would be no, — well, there's two things that are insane," Rogan, 57, told guest and Replit CEO Amjad Masad on a July 2 episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience." "One is the targeting of migrant workers. Not cartel members, not gang members, not drug dealers. Just construction workers. Showing up in construction sites, raiding them. Gardeners. Like, really?" 'It's painful to see': Shakira laments 'constant fear' faced by immigrants Rogan previously shared support for President Trump, endorsing the billionaire businessman in the lead-up to the 2024 U.S. presidential election. Despite Rogan's political grievance, Ruffalo criticized the podcaster for changing his tune on the Republican president. "Dear @joerogan, it's a little late now to pretend like Project 2025 didn't exist and wasn't the playbook all along," wrote Ruffalo in a July 6 Threads post responding to a clip of Rogan's comments. "You are either not that smart or not that dumb. It's hard to tell at this point." 10 bingeable memoirs to check out: Celebrities tell all about aging, marriage and Beyoncé Project 2025, also known as the 2025 Presidential Transition Project, is a political agenda published by the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation in April 2023. The mandate suggests overhauling federal agencies like the FBI, abolishing the Department of Education, reversing federal approval of abortion pills and bolstering powers for immigration officials to deport undocumented immigrants. Throughout the 2024 presidential campaign, Trump attempted to distance himself from Project 2025, claiming he knew "nothing" about the controversial plan. But a USA TODAY analysis showed at least 31 of Project 2025's 38 authors or editors had connections to Trump or his first administration. Stars turn out for 'No Kings' protests: Jimmy Kimmel, Mark Ruffalo and more Amid protests against ICE's deportation raids in Los Angeles, Ruffalo joined the political front line and marched in a "No Kings Day" protest in New York. The nationwide rallies against the Trump administration occurred on the same day that the president held a controversial military parade in Washington, marking the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army. "The Avengers" actor delivered a passionate speech at the rally, in which he claimed the Trump administration is "trampling on our rights and our laws and our freedoms." "It's on us, guys. Literally, together, we're the Avengers now," Ruffalo said. "No one's going to come and save us, man. Americans unite." Contributing: Brendan Morrow, Natalie Neysa Alund and Kinsey Crowley, USA TODAY
