Helen Skelton is finally moving on from her marriage split to rugby league ace Richie Myler after selling her former family home - or at least half of it.
The TV presenter was left heartbroken after the former England and Leeds Rhinos star walked out on their nine-year marriage in April 2022, just four months after she gave birth to their third child, Elsie.
The devastating blow came just months after the couple had lovingly created their dream home - turning two adjacent houses into a sprawling eight bedroom property.
Within weeks of the split, the lavish home set in two acres was put on the market for £1.8 million - with Helen hoping to make a cool £500,000 from the sale.
Now it appears the couple had a change of heart and divided up the properties once again, as Helen's rumoured romance with BBC Morning Live co-star Gethin Jones hots up.
Helen and her ex have sold the first home they bought in January 2020 for £500,000 after it was listed on the market for offers over £895,000.
They appear to still own the second property they bought for £635,000 in 2021.
The first property, which is sold subject to contract is described as a 'link detached house' and is a four bedroom period property was given a spectacular modern makeover by the couple after they moved in.
When it was up for sale, the hideaway, which is set within a private development along a tree-lined private road, was described as 'a hidden gem that perfectly combines period features with contemporary styling'.
The quirky ground floor features a 'showstopping' open-plan kitchen and living space with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams along with a log burner and access to south facing gardens.
There's also a dining room, snug and a bedroom with ensuite as well as a separate larger bathroom.
The house has two further bedrooms on the first floor with one including a large dressing room and another ensuite bathroom.
Outside there's an outdoor heated pool with annexe, which also has an ensuite bedroom and is described as a' perfect guest house' that could also be used as 'the ideal summer entertainment space'

Since the split Helen, 41, has been living in her native Cumbria and has recently been linked with Gethin Jones, 47, her co-host on the BBC's Morning Live programme.
While neither has commented on talk of romance sources who know the pair have described them as being 'very happy together'.
The pair have been spotted leaving a spa close to Gethin's Cheshire home and have been seen leaving the BBC headquarters in Salford on a motorbike together.
