The order to remove Habba, who was picked by President Donald Trump as the state's top federal prosecutor, was signed by New Jersey chief federal judge Renee Marie Bumb. Habba, who has only had state level practice as a lawyer, has been criticised for her inexperience to handle contentious cases.
