4-star TE recruit projected to commit to Georgia over LSU, Penn State
Fogle is a member of the class of 2026 and recently narrowed his top three down to Georgia, Penn State and LSU. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound tight end plays high school football for Lexington High School in Lexington, Ohio. Lexington is located about an hour north of Columbus.
Fogel is the No. 8 tight end prospect in the country. He is the No. 6 recruit in Ohio and the No. 132 recruit in the nation, per 247Sports. If Fogel commits to Georgia, then he would be UGA's second tight end commit in the class of 2026.
Georgia already has a commitment from four-star tight end recruit Lincoln Keyes. The Bulldogs are still expected to be in the mix for Prothro. Georgia has signed three tight ends in a single recruiting class in the past, so it is possible Georgia lands all three tight end prospects.
Georgia could lose junior tight end Lawson Luckie and senior tight end Oscar Delp to the 2026 NFL draft, so Georgia's tight end room could use a few reinforcements in the future.

Georgia's LB CJ Allen ranked as No. 1 LB in 2026 NFL draft
Georgia Bulldogs football program has an impressive track record of developing linebackers, arguably more so than any other position over the past decade. Since 2018, eight Georgia linebackers have been selected in the NFL draft, and rising star CJ Allen is already being projected as a potential first-round pick. NFL draft experts are often debating who is the top linebacker in the 2026 NFL draft. The debate often ends up being between Texas Longhorns start Anthony Hill and Georgia's CJ Allen. Dane Brugler, an NFL draft analyst for The Athletic, has identified CJ Allen as his top-ranked linebacker for the 2026 NFL draft. "Between his range, instincts and the fact that he dons Georgia's No. 3 jersey, Allen brings back immediate flashbacks of Roquan Smith patrolling the middle of the defense in Athens," Brugler wrote (subscription required). "Allen is quick to key, read and flow and shows the range to make plays outside the numbers. Although he isn't the longest player, he can defeat blocks with quickness or force. Allen also hits like a ton of bricks without sacrificing his balance at contact, which makes him a reliable tackler." While Dane Brugler of The Athletic ranks CJ Allen as the top linebacker for the 2026 NFL draft, he notes that Allen needs to improve his playmaking in coverage. However, Brugler highlights Allen's football awareness as his best asset, which aligns with defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann's reputation for developing linebackers with exceptional football IQ. In 2024, Allen recorded 76 tackles, three tackles for loss, and an interception. Given that Georgia linebackers often show a significant jump in production in their third year within the system, it will be compelling to see if Allen, a junior, follows this trend. Allen has been named to the Butkus Award watchlist and will look to become UGA's fourth Butkus winner in the Kirby Smart era.

Ex-NBA All-Star Calls Out Jeff Teague For "Moonwalking" On His LeBron James Steroid Use Accusation
Ex-NBA All-Star Calls Out Jeff Teague For "Moonwalking" On His LeBron James Steroid Use Accusation originally appeared on Fadeaway World. Going into year 23, LeBron James has played at the pinnacle of basketball for over two decades. He has exceeded all expectations in terms of longevity and efficiency at this age. Just recently, Jeff Teague, a former NBA player, accused him of using steroids during his time with the Miami Heat from 2010 to 2014. Just hours after this accusation, Teague retracted his statement on Instagram, saying he was joking when he said that. That did not sit well with Gilbert Arenas, the former NBA All-Star, who went on social media to call him out for retracting his words as if he was "moonwalking." 'Ah man! They got you, Jeff, but look, congratulations, I heard the Colts just signed you to cornerback, they said they loved the way you backpedalled out of that statement,' said Arenas as he laughed at Teague's situation. 'They said you were out here moonwalking, man. Michael Jackson on them, man. Damn, Jeff, you can't say that about the King, man. I know your page started flickering, didn't it? Page started flickering, algorithm started messing up? Club 520 about to be Club 260 cause you're a** would've been gone.' 'Ay, Jeff! You better stop it because there are a few people you can't talk about: LeBron James, Bronny James, and that's it. Nobody else got that kind of power, you see, your daddy called, and they got to him. Boy, you better buy your LeBron jersey and sit back and be Team LeBron like the rest of us.' LeBron James became the only player last season to not miss a single attempt in 50+ dunk attempts across all teams, going 71 of 71. He averaged 24.4 points, 8.2 assists, and 7.8 rebounds in 70 games played in the regular season last year. James not only made the All-NBA second team last season, but he also did it with impeccable efficiency. Playing at this level, at his age, also makes him vulnerable to baseless accusations that he may be using performance-enhancing drugs in one way or another. LeBron James became the only player last season to not miss a single attempt in 50+ dunk attempts across all teams, going 71 of 71. He averaged 24.4 points, 8.2 assists, and 7.8 rebounds in 70 games played in the regular season last year. Seeing that LeBron James' legal team has been active recently, Teague may have anticipated some legal action against himself, too, for making such a statement about James without concrete proof. They never played on the same team, and Teague's podcast has recently gained a massive following, which could have prompted the Lakers' superstar to take legal action against him for slandering him in front of a massive audience. Therefore, it seems that Teague took the safe way out and claimed he was joking. Sources have previously also claimed that it is an unsaid and secret belief among players in the league that James uses PEDs. The lack of any concrete proof, instead of loads of circumstantial evidence like the time taken in his return from injury or performance at this age, is probably the reason why players have not made public statements to this effect. Now, Teague did that and immediately played it off as a joke. Maybe we just have to accept that LeBron James is a story was originally reported by Fadeaway World on Jul 25, 2025, where it first appeared.

Fran Brown details playing 'blue blood' Tennessee, Josh Heupel's offense
Second-year Syracuse head coach Fran Brown took part in ACC media days on Wednesday in Charlotte, North Carolina. He guided the Orange to a 10-3 (5-3 ACC) record in his first season as a head coach. Brown discussed playing Tennessee in the Aflac Kickoff to open Syracuse's 2025 season. Kickoff between the Vols and Syracuse is scheduled for noon EDT on Aug. 30 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. 'We're blessed to be able to play in such a prestigious venue against the blue blood of college football,' Brown said. 'They've been doing well for years. I've got a cousin that played there, all the way back to Reggie White, so we get a chance to go and play against Tennessee. "We're just thankful to be able to play in that venue. We're extremely happy to get a chance to go and play against Tennessee. They do a real good job. Our team is excited and thankful, but the main thing is the main thing. We're trying to focus on, like, today. They're back there, they want to focus on the skull session, right? Then they want to focus on the workout they'll have today, so that way we can be ready for that big stage." More: Tennessee versus Syracuse ranked as third best football game in 2025 He also discussed playing against Tennessee and fifth-year head coach Josh Heupel. Brown served as Georgia's defensive backs coach from 2022-23, during Heupel's second and third seasons with the Vols. 'It's an honor,' Brown said of coaching against Heupel and Tennessee. 'I'm thankful. I think coach Heupel is one of the best coaches in college football. His offense does an amazing job. His defense is rolling. "What happened at Georgia don't have anything to do with Syracuse. I'm just focused on my mental toughness. I'm going to be where my feet are. We're locked on the day so we can be ready for that big stage. It's a big venue, so we've got to make sure we're ready when the time comes."
