Princess Andre 'scaring' dad Peter as he looks forward to her wedding
Peter Andre has admitted that he's been left 'scared' over his daughter Princess turning 18 this week, with the singer even looking ahead to his eldest daughter's wedding.
Peter Andre says he's 'scared' after his daughter, Princess, turned 18 on Sunday, admitting the thought of his little girl growing up isn't an easy one.
Even looking ahead to her wedding, the doting dad of five says he's excited to walk her down the aisle one day, despite Princess reportedly splitting from her boyfriend last month.
Taking to his weekly New! Magazine column, Peter said of his daughter's milestone: "My beautiful daughter, Princess, has hit the 18 mark! It is so scary, but she's a blessing. She's very driven, she's funny, she's kind, she has a beautiful heart, and she's completely bonkers – and that's exactly why I love her.
"Yes, I'm a bit nervous about it all, because, by the time this column comes out, I have no legal parental responsibility over her… She can do what she likes and make her own decisions," he continued.
Peter added: "To be honest, she's been doing that for the last year anyway, and I'm proud of everything she's done. She'll always be my little girl, and I guess I can rest in the knowledge that hopefully, one day, I'll be the one walking her down the aisle. So I'll be a soppy dad all over again."
Alongside Princess, Peter shares eldest Junior with his ex-wife Katie Price. While he and wife Emily MacDonagh are parents to Theo, Amelia and Arabella - keeping all three children away from the spotlight.
However, Princess and Junior are quite the opposite as the teens are already following in their famous parents footsteps with large social media followings and budding careers in showbusiness.
With her own reality show on the way and several brand collaboration deals already under her belt, Princess is clearly determined to make it big. While Junior has already pursued a career in music and has a strong social media presence.
Admitting she knows it's not easy for her dad to see her grow up, Princess - who bought herself an Audi as an 18th birthday present - recently shared: 'He's so proud and so supportive, but I think it's hard to see your kid get older... he was the first person I took for a drive in the new car.
"We were listening to music and suddenly I heard him sobbing. I was like, 'Are you okay?' And he admitted it was weird for him to see me grow up.'
While Princess may be 18, Peter won't have to worry about her getting up to too much mischief, she said. "I'm not really a big drinker or a big party-goer, but it'll be nice to be able to go to pubs and stuff with my friends,' Princess explained.
'But at the same time, I'm not the sort of person who would embarrass myself. I'll never put myself in a position that would make me look bad.'

Princess - who Katie, 46, shares with first husband Peter Andre - hit the milestone on June 29 but the former glamour model initially posted a birthday tribute two days early. 3 Katie has been forced to wish Princess happy birthday again after an awkward mix-up Credit: Getty 3 She posted a birthday tribute to her daughter two days early Credit: WireImage 3 It's not the first time Katie has forgotten her childrens' birthdays Credit: Getty Taking to Instagram on her daughter's actual big day, mum-of-five Katie shared a stunning snap of Princess. She added: 'Happy birthday to the most amazing daughter @princess_andre. 'Now you're 18 so much more adventures we can do. I love you baby girl always and forever.' Getting her dates mixed up two days previously, Katie wished her daughter and 'best friend' happy birthday before swiftly deleting the post. She captioned the image: "Happy 18th Birthday to the most amazing daughter. "And my best friend @princess_andre. I love you so much." She replaced it with another snap of Princess and wrote: '2 days until Princess turns 18 can't believe it xx.' It wasn't the first time that Katie forgot her childrens' birthdays. Back in 2019, with her ex Kieran Hayler, the pair tried to sort out when they'd each have their children Jett and Bunny in scenes in her reality show My Crazy Life. After having said she's not 'bothered' if she has them on her birthday, Katie then said: "At their age, what do they know? Katie Price reveals exactly how much she weighs after fan concerns over her skinny frame "When's their birthdays? Let me Google it. Or do you know?' Katie is also mum to Junior, 20, from her marriage to Pete, 52, and Harvey, 23, whose dad is Dwight Yorke.

Peter Andre turns back time with Mysterious Girl move - 3 decades since hit
Peter Andre says he's bringing back a 'Mysterious Girl vibe' to 2025 with the release of a brand new hit, with the singer pulling out some moves very similar to the ones on the 90s track. Peter Andre has revealed he has a new song, Island Girl, being released this summer - and it is very similar to his hit 1996 track, Mysterious Girl. Bringing back the popular song after three decades, but in a brand new form, 52-year-old Peter says he's dusting off some of his old dance moves to go alongside the release. Writing in his weekly New! Magazine column, Peter said: "My new song, Island Girl, is coming out this summer and I'm getting very excited about it. I had so much fun writing it and working with the brilliant Lady Leshurr. "We're bringing a Mysterious Girl vibe to 2025. The kids love it – so that's a win for me already," said Peter, who is dad to Junior and Princess from his marriage to Katie Price and Theo, Amelia and Arabella, who he shares with wife Emily Macdonough. Urging fans to get involved in the new release and the corresponding dance moves, Peter said: "In the meantime, we're asking people to show us their Island Girl dance. Upload on Instagram and tag me, so I can repost." Alongside his music career, which Peter has kept going on and off since his '90s fame, the star has also gone down the route of acting and recently had a new movie released, Jafaican. Launching at the Gold Coast Film Festival in Australia earlier this year, the film follows the character Gary Buckle - played by Peter - who decides to impersonate a Jamaican gangster in order to steal his money to pay for his own grandmother's care home fees. Peter stars alongside the likes of Wil Johnson, Jamie Lomas and Oliver Samuels in the film. However, it's been a controversial reception for Peter as the film's trailer was met with a backlash, including over footage of cast member Peter wearing a dreadlock wig and putting on an accent. Some viewers suggested that the film was "gross" and "mocking Jamaican culture". Others instead appeared to find the film's trailer amusing at the time. When asked in an interview about the mixed feedback surrounding the film, Peter responded: "Well, to be fair, I mean, I think it's good to get all sorts of feedback. I mean, this is not ... it's my first lead role but I've done quite a few roles before. And all of them, I've played different characters." He continued: "So for me, it's acting - I get to do something light-hearted, something funny. Something that y'know is the kind of film I'd wanna watch. So it's almost like a little bit self-indulgent in the sense that I get to do something that I've really, really wanted to do."
