Citing the 'divisive' interest the high-profile case has received, Cannone said she believes 'there is a risk of immediate and irreparable injury should the list be made available to the public at this time.'
In light of that, the list will remain sealed 'until and unless otherwise ordered by the Court.'

Read, 45, was acquitted June 18 in Norfolk Superior Court of second-degree murder, manslaughter while operating under the influence, and leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death. She was convicted only of a misdemeanor OUI offense and sentenced to a year's probation.
Prosecutors said she backed her Lexus SUV in a drunken rage into Boston police officer John O'Keefe early on Jan. 29, 2022, after dropping him off outside a Canton home following a night of bar-hopping.
Her lawyers said she was framed and that O'Keefe entered the property, owned at the time by a fellow Boston police officer, where he was fatally beaten and possibly mauled by a German Shepherd before his body was planted on the front lawn.

Read's first trial had ended with a hung jury last year, and she still faces a wrongful death lawsuit brought by O'Keefe's family in Plymouth Superior Court.

Dad, daughter killed after car ran out of gas, CA cops say. Now push to close case

More than a decade after a father and daughter were fatally shot while waiting in their car, California police detectives are pushing to close the case. A $225,000 reward is being offered for information in the 2012 slayings of Allen Vance, 39, and Chastity Dollison, 20, the San Francisco Police Department said in a June 25 news release. Shortly before 10:30 p.m. on June 13, 2012, Vance and Dollison were driving in a San Francisco neighborhood with a family friend visiting from out of state when their Lexus ran out of gasoline, police said. The three sat in the car, waiting for a friend's help, police said. Then, an unknown person walked up to their car and fired several shots inside, according to police. Vance and Dollison, who were in the front seat, were hit and killed, police said. The family friend, seated in the back seat, was also shot but lived, police said. This isn't the department's first push for information in the case. In 2018, police announced a $50,000 reward for information about the fatal shooting, according to a news release. Anyone with information is asked to contact police, either Inspector Daniel Cunningham at 415-553-9515 or Sergeant Kyra Delaney at 415-734-3102.

Quincy man arrested in Weymouth bank heist, has history of robbery convictions, authorities say

The suspect, who was wearing a face covering and gloves, pointed the firearm at the teller several times and ran to other teller windows demanding more money, authorities said. When the teller told him the cash box was empty and showed him an empty cash drawer, the suspect fled with roughly $947, the statement said. Advertisement Investigators identified a Jeep Grand Cherokee linked to the bank robbery through security footage and later discovered the vehicle was allegedly registered to Legere, authorities said. Legere was convicted of an armed bank robbery in 2011 in Norfolk Superior Court and served three to five years in state prison, authorities said. In 2010, he was convicted of armed and unarmed bank robberies in Braintree, Hanover, Duxbury, and Plymouth and was sentenced to three years in state prison. If convicted, Legere faces up to 25 years in prison, five years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. Advertisement Sarah Mesdjian can be reached at
