Video: Plane Crashes Into Italian Highway, Killing Two In Fiery Explosion
The incident occurred when the Freccia RG ultralight aircraft nosedived and hit the road, leading to a massive fire and thick black smoke. The crash was captured on video, showing the aircraft descending at high speed before hitting the pavement.
Authorities believe Ravaglia was attempting an emergency landing on the highway but was unable to regain control of the plane, which then spun out and crashed.

Two motorists were also injured due to the explosion but survived. Several vehicles were seen near the burning wreckage as drivers attempted to avoid the crash site.
Emergency services arrived quickly, but the plane was already completely destroyed by the fire. The Freccia RG is an Italian ultralight aircraft made of carbon fibre and has a wingspan of around 30 feet.
Italy's National Agency for Flight Safety is sending a consultant to Brescia to support the investigation. Meanwhile, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Brescia has opened a manslaughter investigation and will examine the plane's maintenance history and mechanical condition.

The water was deep, the waves were strong, I reiterated to her to stay calm, stay on her back, and that in five minutes it would all be over.' He took her to safety near the shore and turned around to look for the lifeguard and the other girl. 'She was in shock. The lifeguard couldn't help her, so I immediately turned back. The younger girl's situation was desperate: she kept disappearing, going down, and then coming back up, and above all, she had already drunk a lot. Meanwhile, the rescue boat had picked up the lifeguard and was trying to reach us, but we were too close to the rocks. They started throwing ropes at us from the rocks, but we couldn't reach them. I started to get scared, especially because the girl was dragging me into the water. She was convinced she was going to die,' Stramaccioni told La Gazzetta. Somehow he managed to tell her to listen to him and trust him. There was just one way out to safety from that point where she was stuck. '… which was to slip into a small cove between the rocks, so I grabbed her and literally 'threw' her there, ending up underwater. At that point, after resurfacing, I lost my bearings and fell against the rocks.' Only when he used the rope thrown by people and hauled himself back up, did he find out that the girl was indeed safe. 'I breathed a sigh of relief … My son asked me, 'Dad, what if I died?' Delhi HC declares Nutella a ‘well-known trademark' in Ferrero filed infringement case
The Delhi High Court has officially declared Nutella, the popular hazelnut cocoa spread, as a 'well-known trademark', observing that the brand enjoys widespread recognition not just in India but across the globe. 'This leaves no shadow of doubt that plaintiffs are well established in the markets all across the globe and are not mere fly-by-night operators. Their registered trademarks 'NUTELLA'/ and its variants are recognised all across the globe, including but not limited to India,' LiveLaw quoted Justice Saurabh Banerjee in his ruling. The Court also took into account that Nutella had already been recognised as a 'well-known trademark' by both the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the International Trademark Association. The judgment came in response to a suit filed by Ferrero SpA, the Italian confectionery company behind Nutella, against a company accused of trademark infringement. According to the allegations reported by LiveLaw, the defendant was engaged in the manufacture, supply, and sale of counterfeit Nutella products that bore identical trademarks, labels, and trade dress to that of Ferrero's original. Ruling in Ferrero's favour, the Court expressed concern over the public health risks posed by such counterfeit goods, particularly because they are edible products consumed by a wide demographic, including children.
